I waited an hour for someone to check me in. Then they claimed I didn’t have a booking without even asking my name. Then the guy got so rude to the hotels.com staff, customer service hung up on him.

I checked in and went to the room to turn ac while we went to eat .. came back a little after an hour and the room was still hot so i called front desk and was told ac takes longer to cool ... mind you that was at 10pm .. by 1 it was still hot so they changed us room.. and the room never got cold 😥... my daughter's had a game the next more and were very uncomfortable all nighy

Not a very good hotel front desk person is with shorts always asking for deposit room are dirty and not. Working was missing the tv control

We were very disappointed in the appearance of the property. Appears to have an abandoned van in the truck parking area. Dead shrubs and dirty parking area. The rooms appeared to be clean and attractive. We had to switch to a different room as the 1st room's deadbolt would not close. The new room was hot because the air-conditioner was not turned on. I believe as a money saving tactic. My biggest complaint is that the 2 Staff persons I made contact with appeared to be unfriendly. I smile goes a very long way in pleasing the customers.

The room was clean

No coffee available in lobby or rooms. Basic room at all levels. Lobby always locked.

Roaches were crawling everywhere even on the beds. Had to leave and book another room.

Could be a little bit more tidy

I've never rate a hotel or motel, but this time I had too because it was terrible. The room that they gave me was not clean and I had to wait for another room. Also, there were roaches all over the room. The lady that works there was rude. I won't stay there again.

Our AC was out & waiting for parts. If I could have afforded any other place I would have left. When I say bring your own supplies I mean everything! They don’t have tissues but I had to sweep the dead bugs out of the room, kill the flies, mop the floors, clean the toilet, & use my own sheets. The lobby had dead bugs everywhere and I was met with annoyance when I asked for enough pillows & towels. The entire place smelled like piss when you stepped outside. There was trash piled up in front of our door. No drain plug to give the kid a bath. The sheet oh god the sheets. Stained, cigarette burned holes and crusty with I don’t want to know what. The room and lobby smelled bad. There were water stains on the ceiling. More bugs all over the floor every day. Wasp & birds nests outside the door & near ice machine. The flood lamps were so bright in the parking lot that you couldn’t tell day from night even with the curtains closed. Bathroom doorstop was some plastic shoved in a hole and the molding was falling off the walls. The photos were not accurate to what the place looks like. Different beds & furniture. Looks like they used stock photos from another hotel. Worst stay of my life and avg about $100 a night after tax, a complete ripoff.

The room smelled really musty and was not very clean. Had dead bugs on the floor, trim board was just laying against the wall.

While staying at this motel the first room that I was given was full of flies when I brought this to management they gave me a new room which had unaligned doors that didn't allow me to fully latch the deadbolt or close the bathroom door at all, the smoke detector was missing, while staying in this room I went to plug in my phone charger in the bedside table in between the two beds when I did it fell directly onto my bare toe causing the nail to crack all the way down and bleeding when I called the front desk and had them come to the room they were completely unhelpful only giving me an email address and blaming me for the incident even though the bedside table was installed completely wrong only being propped up on a piece of plywood they drilled in the wall that didn't even span halfway across the thing having the bedside table placed on top of it on the flimsy back part that's only there to cover up any wires. They refused outright to write a incident report and said they couldn't do anything and they had no medical supplies other than Band-Aids and when I asked for the number for the manager they gave me the number to the hotel instead.

The place was duty, the shower tub had lots of hair from previous guests, only one towel for 4 people. Had to wait to check in, it looked like the receptionist was sleeping and was ringing the bell and calling the front desk for help.

It's close to a convenient store (next door) and a Jack In The Box for quick grab and go meals. It seemed like a safe place to stay as we briefly walked back and forth to the store several times. The staff was nice and informative. We checked out at around 7 AM, as were the oil field workers that were nearby occupants. The room was clean and the AC worked very well. They did include a $50 deposit in addition to the price. which we will await for return.

This place is terrible, there were stains all over the walls, in the bathroom it looked like feces was wiped off of the walls, bugs everywhere. Homeless population hanging out in the parking lot. We attempted to check out in the office and no one was there.

first they had me wait, don't know for what. two other customers went before me and they had trouble with there credit card machine. they took me and they had trouble with my card to, until they used the other credit card machine. they were not freindly at all. not impressed with the room either. towels were very thin. they didn't do room service, we stayed there two days. did get to get towels from cleaning lady. tv never worked we had to just see one channel or be clicking on channels to see which one worked. never stay there again.

The place was decussating, the front door wouldn’t lock. The bathroom door wasn’t on the hinges it was leaning against the wall. Overall the place was terrible!

Check in was at 3 couldn’t check in til after 6 . This really put us in a bind . Since we needed to be dressed and ready to be somewhere at 7 ..

Made for a funny story. My parents and I debated over which of the two rooms to take. My parents took a room by the enclosed service desk (the kind you see in movies) while I took one out back. I walked into my room and a, thankfully, fully clothed guy was knocked out on the bed with the lights on. I slowly backed out and verified it was my room. It was. I walked back to the enclosed service desk (did I mention it was enclosed? It was enclosed alright) and saw my dad walking over there as well. He told me their room lacked towels, pillows, toilet paper, cups …. I told him to go first before I noted my issue. It was hilarious. Later at dinner my dad laughed so hard while eating that part of his dental work chipped and came out. (Photo attached, kind of hard to see). Even my mom laughed and she usually takes things too serious

Very easy and comfortable to stay

Check in was great. Room seemed fine. Problem was the bathroom. Shower had been sprayed with some substance that was peeling on in sheets. Water in shower was one step above lukewarm. Saw 3 bugs that I killed. Also, no coffee provided.

while driving long distance, i needed a bed for the night & accidently booked the wrong date online. when i showed up to the front desk, very late at night, the associate was very calm & friendly. without hesitation, he fixed my check-in date & gave me a room for the couple of hours i had left before checkout. he forewarned me about the issues at hand, but i was okay with it. knowing i just needed a bed & was going to be gone before check out time, the issue did not bother me. i turned on the heat & slept comfortably. the bed was firm enough to help my back from driving so long. just passing through town, finding this affordable motel, made the rest of my trip this weekend pleasant. thank you kind sir, for helping a girl out! :)

The Manager was very rude and not profesonal. They never said anything about a deposit when i booked the room for my guest and then told them they had to pay it before going the room was given to them. wouldn't take the cc over the phone so i could pay for it. I extend the room for another night and instead of letting them stay in the room my guest had to pack everything and leave then come back at 3pm. I will not recommend your Motel in Seguin to anyone.

The desk clerk was not friendly at all not accommodating at questions asked of him he couldn’t answer just a bad experience all in all,room was clean until we used the shower it had spiderwebs that were in the shower curtain and on the shower head so when I turned on the shower the spiderwebs with dust flew off the shower head.

My stay here was nasty the room was filthy it had cockroaches didn't have hot water TV didn't work so I paid $70 for this room plus a $50 deposit and I am very very unsatisfied I was headed to San Antonio and needed a place to stay and this was the place that I picked and it was disgusting very very very disgusting there's no reason for a hotel to have cockroaches everywhere crawling on the bed crawling on me my husband that's disgusting I am very unsatisfied you guys need to do something about this give me a free night someplace else for the exact same price or something and San Antonio cuz that's where I'm headed but this place is very very disgusting I do not recommend this place for nobody

Staff was not very professional. At first was told they couldn't find my reservation. Telephone did not work. Water leak in bathroom under flooring. No staff at checkout to tell them of the issues.

It was very unclean, the floors hadnot been mopped in weeks- and the area was very sketchy.

I booked A two bedroom room I even called 20 minutes before we got there which was an hour and a half drive to confirm our reservation when we got there they didn’t have our room but they said they can put my seven and eight-year-old in a room by themselves that was their solution I ask for a refund and we went to the next place

Room was in poor condition. Black electrical arc marks on two of the outlets near the bathroom sink. Holes in wall. Bathroom door drug on bottom as it was opened and closed.

Online the picture of the rooms look way more better and modern and when i got there it was nothing like the pictures. Plus both of our beds had crumbs from chips and pieces of hair and a bunch of stains. We checked out the restroom and there was a bunch of dead bugs in the tub, toilet and on the floor. The ac unit took forever to cool down the room.
