It was nice to stay a night and look at the recent renovation but the room seemed too small and didn't have appliances.

Super close to the beach and nice property. The room was clean and staff was very polite. It great for unplanned beach stay.

Is very small and dirty

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had originally booked with a different hotel, but after seeing the room we immediately left. We booked The Shore House at the last minute and we were able to get a room. Room was clean, mattress was super comfortable and we felt our belongings were safe.

Propert manager is horrible, service was good to the extent of checking in that’s it. Bathroom light wasn’t attached to ceiling all the way so while the shower was on the ceiling leaked or dripped water. Proper cleaning and dusting needs be to done in every room. I had spiders, water bugs found while there my stay.. The audacity for this hotel to literally lie to me over the phone to tell me they kept a 75$ incidental fee because “I WAS SMOKING” and honestly I wasn’t smoking I can’t SMOKE I HAVE SEVERE ASTHMA DOCUMENTED AND I GET RANDOM DRUG SCREENED so how tf can I smoke if anything I was drunk asf literally. Horrible HOTEL and also fix your bathrooms while I was taking a shower the light above the shower isn’t even operating properly and it was leaking while I was in shower. NEVER WILL COME HERE AGAIN.

This place was great recoomened for anyone with pets kids or any tyoe of family situation.

The bathroom wasn't clean. Also, was missing the toilet paper! And no one in service after 5 pm. So, you can't get any help after 5 pm!! Bad and no recommend!!

The property was fine for 1 night at the beach. The people were very noisy.

We had a very nice stay in Ocmd. It was nice and had the things we needed. Kitchen to to cook for ourselves sometimes. The beds we’re comfortable. The tv was a little difficult to use , a lot of waiting to change channels but we didn’t need to use it much. The shower was ok for me but the shower doors were a little tough for my 6’4 “ husband. We were suppose to be a group of 6 but ended up just being the 2 of us. It might have been a little close with 6.

Only complaint was the exterior lighting was too bright and we shared the room with ants.

The staff is rude. When we first came to check-in, the staff didn’t acknowledge that they even saw us. The three ladies working there obviously needed to finish their conversation before greeting their guests. Then again at breakfast time, they failed to even acknowledge we’re there. Lack of courtesy. Mind you, this is on a night when it cost us close to $450 for one night (weekend and an event in town). I def wouldn’t stay here again.

This is a hidden little gem. I booked this room on the way to ocean city & it’s newly renovated , a cute pool mainly for kiddies , the hot tub was nice. Kimberly the property manager was a delight. Now remember these aren’t designed for a long term stay so it’s very small & gives a motel vibe but the new grey floors gave the room a contemporary vibe, you get fresh water , a mini breakfast that’s just ok & it’s not far from the beach. Good price compared to others, I will come back !!

Unsafe, not private, not as described, rude staff

Ants in the room. Staff did not respond to requests. Shower was COLD. Room was not as pictured. It's 2023. Get a smart tv I can run my streaming on.

Convenient last minute spot close to the beaches and Assateague

It honestly isn’t bad at all. Newly renovated rooms and clean. Friendly staff

The smoke alarm would not stop going off , the air conditioner in the bed room part sounded like It was falling apart , the refrigerator sounded like it was on its last leg , the light on the outside walk was in front of the window and with curtains closed it was still like daylight in the room , hard time sleeping

Then room was small but very clean and the king size bed was comfortable. No chairs for watching tv and had a bit of trouble with spotty internet but otherwise fine. The staff especially the lady at the welcome desk was very helpful and pleasant. We had a very bad two days with a car breaking down and nowhere to stay after our other hotel booking ended. We were lucky and grateful for our room that night and would stay there again should the occasion arise.

The property was pretty clean and the room was clean. The staff was helpful and courteous. The indoor/outdoor carpet was in need of repair on the second floor.

Upon first looking at the property I was disappointed. Only to find out that the rooms were newly renovated. To be created with such amazing staff like Kimberly (property manager) and Tye (Front desk). It definitely made the experience pleasant and comfortable. Can’t judge a book by its cover. Will definitely stay here again.

Relatively clean, but not very comfortable for a family of 5. Sleeping accommodations are there but the room and bathroom are very tight. There is no place to sit other than the bed. We were there for the beach and there is no place to hang wet suits and towels. And the dryer was broken so we were not able to use that option to dry our beach things. Overall not bad but for multiple nights at the beach and all the things that go with it, I'd opt for something more roomy next time.

This place was disgusting. I did not stay, I booked a different hotel. Bugs in room, mold, cops, unsafe. They would not refund me.

data service was terrible (although it wasn’t due to the actual hotel) but again they had no personal wi-fi to connect to in case you need it. room itself was decent although the beds shown on here versus in person are a bit misleading… but overall my stay was around a 6.5/10

I had a great stay over the weekend! I booked for 2 nights over the weekend. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable! The front desk associate was very nice and overall really accommodating. Also the pool is open till 10, which was a plus!

The room was too small. There was no fridge or microwave. We weren't able to get service for the television the whole time we were there.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no coffee maker??? That would actually deter me from staying here again, really, it’s that important!! Also could have used a chair or suitcase holder as there was nothing except the bed. And one last request, leave your rooms with either a full roll of TP or leave an extra roll there. Once the desk closes you’re on your own if you need TP.

Rooms are renovated nicely but the bathrooms are gross. The tubs are dirty and the hardware is rusted. They also don’t provide extra too. “You get what you return,” is the response we were given when we asked for an extra towel. I understand hotels have problems with people stealing towels, but if you’re charging $75 incidents fees, there shouldn’t be a problem providing extra linens. The staff is ok, not the hospitality I recommend hiring to greet paying customers. We also wanted to extend our stay but decided against staying here. Instead we chose a nicer and less expensive motel in north oc - less than 5 minute walk from beach - for our last two nights. Coastal Palms Inn and suites
