Positives: The deck overlooking boardwalk was a wonderful perk. The staff was very nice and helpful. Boardwalk grill food on property.Negative: The room and condition of stairs, halls etc. Room was pretty terrible- very small, dirty shower, patched wallpaper, dented minifridge, worst of all the sheets were stained and there was hair in them !! YUCK.

The man at the check in office was very hospitable and polite. the room was not as large as i thought, however it was very clean so i wont complain. the only complaint i do have is that the parking was very inconvenient. beyond that, the location was great and the staff was delightful to speak with. would recommend to anyone who wants a few nights on the boardwalk

Amazing you can walk right out and be on the boardwalk.. 2 buildings away from Jersey Shore house which is cool! The room a little dated but you don’t spend much time in there as you’re out and about. I would definitely stay here again. The staff is so nice and get you anything you need

This was my first time staying here and the staff was very helpful. Only gave 4 stars because the room was very small.

The room was board walk level and looked clean and updated but with non-updated furniture and appliances. the toilet seat was bigger then the toilet and there were no hooks shelves counter space to put toiletries towels etc. The tp holder was non accessible and not in use so paper stayed on the back of the toilet. The staff was accommodating, and the room was safe. The room definitely needs work to make it more functional and cozier. the room also needs a microwave and coffeemaker. As stated in the room accommodations. overall the price to the room was satisfactory. Thank you.

I payed for a “deluxe” queen bedroom got there they gave me a two full bed room, not what I wanted when I brought this up they than tried to give me a single bed room claiming it was the deluxe queen which in fact just had a single full bed, room was dusty and dirty. Things broken no toilet paper roll holder toilet was dripping and leaking. Also so those know if Somone really wants the see through the window the blinds suck and have no true privacy. Convenient to the boardwalk obviously being it is on it, but could definitely find better for the price.

Went with a couple of friends. The room was very small. Not at all worth what I paid. Not at all like the pictures. No microwave or coffee maker. The door to the bathroom would not close easily. Nowhere to hang up your wet towels or bathing suits. And only 1 mirror for 3 people to use getting ready for the day. On the plus side- the room was very clean. Plenty of towels, soap, and shampoo was provided. The staff is very friendly.

This hotel was not for me. Maybe it's ok for others, but not for me.

It's right on the boardwalk, walking distance to everything.

It is right on the boardwalk and roof top view was awsome to see fireworks and the ocean. TV wouldn't shut off, had to unplug it and the volume was blasting and remote didn't work. The bathroom door needed to be cut on the bottom because the door had to be pushed to shut and open. Shower was gross, needed a good scrubbing.

Overall a nice accommodation within easy walking distance to the beach and boardwalk.

Friendly staff, parking is limited, but very accomodating, and right on the boardwalk so not much to complain.

Parking is very tight but at least you don’t have to pay for it. The balcony is public like any one can just be on it no privacy / romance. The walls are thin and you can hear people breathe. People outside get loud and make it hard to sleep- don’t bring small kids lol. The rooms are just that a space for 2 beds a mini fridge microwave bathroom and dresser- nothing extra. Staff was nice no issues. I didn’t see any roaches, I did look for them.

The staff there was excellent. They always had a smile on their face. Was always willing to help. I would say the worse thing was they had towels but no wash clothes. Other then that would definitely stay again

It was close to the Jersey Shore House from the show.

The property was just fine, decent room and close to the sand. Like we wanted to. Nice reception and staff.

I believe it was all contributed to the renovation of the building

On arrival, property manager did not greet us. He called to figure out the room is open and key is on bed. There was no trash can, burn holes in bed sheets. Bed felt like a pull out couch frame and mattress. There was food left in the fridge from previous guests. We had to ask about wifi and it was terrible service and was for the Sand and Surf motel next door. It was the worst experience I’ve had. We we’re out most of the day, but the time we we’re there. I wish I wasn’t.

Great location. Easy check in. Awesome service. Only 6 parking spots for 9 rooms, but they offered free parking at another problem a block away.

Room is dirty, Tv doesn’t work Tiny parking lot 4 cars Noisy Light from outside goes right into window drapes at night. Couldn’t sleep. Staff is nice but their facility’s limitation. Called front desk to ask wifi password no answer.

To be honest it's slightly run down and could use a few cosmetic fixes. HOWEVER it was cheap, and right on the boardwalk. Easy check in and check out. Parking was great.

There was no beach front view from your room. The place was dirty, the beds were on cot stands. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This property was an absolute disappointment. When we arrived we were given a room in a totally different motel across from the motel we booked. The pictures did not represent what the room looked like at all. It was outdated, had a very small bathroom including the shower, the beds were most uncomfortable and the blanket provided was rough and thin. The amenities that are listed for the room are not all actually provided. This was not worth the price we paid, especially after the peak of the season. The staff was very kind and friendly. That was the only positive thing about our stay.

We loved the location and proximity to the boardwalk and beach. Parking was sketchy - we had a large vehicle so they sent us to a small parking lot three blocks away. I ended up paying $30 to park in a nearby lot overnight. There were no towels in our room. We were given a few on day two after asking a second time. The bathroom was not very clean. Exhaust fan full of dust. Dirty discolored shower floor. Dust covered light fixture above the sink. No lock on the bathroom door. The beds were small and supported by a cheap metal frame that barely held us. The one light in the room was a lamp, complete with a broken lampshade of which the only thing remaining was the wire frame - so I hung a t-shirt over it for the weekend. The window was covered with white blinds, but no curtains making it quite bright in the room come sun-up, so we had to hang a blanket over the window on night two. The air conditioner was about 12 inches from my face while sleeping so we re-directed the air with a boogie-board. There was no elevator. We were on the 3rd floor - so hauling our bags up four flights of stairs was not very easy. I am not one to leave bad reviews, but for the price, this place was pretty disappointing. Would not recommend or stay here again.

This property is a scam and completely misleading. The pictures on the posting looked absolutely nothing like the room we were given. The price we paid was about 5x what the room was worth. We were so disgusted we left before the first night. We are demanding a refund.

The room was horrible. The bed sound everytime i moved. It wasnt clean dust all over , mattress cover broken. I had to park 5 blocks away. Overall i will never stay there again

Great location but it was overpriced.
