Overall it was a nice stay. Mostly quiet, except garbage truck at 4 am Monday.
Room was dated. Bed moved every time my husband turned in his sleep in a king bed.
Indoor pool was too cold to swim in.

We stayed because we had a baseball tournament close by. Check in was fast and easy. Room was nice and clean. Mattress was too firm for my liking. Breakfast was delicious! Everyone was very friendly!

The room was old/outdated and really not very clean. Maybe because we had our dog with us they give you a crappier room? Had to ask maintenance to clean the shower drain because water wouldn’t drain. They did clear it out right away though. Service was fine.

It's a nice hotel and the breakfast was really good. The carpet in the room desperately needs updating and was coming up from the flooring. The indoor pool is not heated which makes me wonder what the point is.

Had to check out in the very early am (3:30am) and nobody was at the counter for in-person checkout

Hotel is getting run down. Lampshades frayed, elevators dirty and banged up. Our room smelled musty. Not the best place to stay.

Tv broken—. Got no regular
Could not contact desk from room— had to use cellphone to get more than a busy signal. Despite describing situation very early—was offered no possible solutions. “Nothing could be done because it was a weekend .”

I stayed here three weeks and the 3rd week my room wasn't cleaned on Wednesday like it would normally. I went to the desk that evening and spoke with the manager and got some new towels and asked for my room to be cleaned on Thursday. The next day in my suite I went to use the second sink and found old Ramen noodles in the sink.

Morning desk clerk was less than helpful. She seemed to be bothered by the guest and more concerned with her conversation with the other help. Did not bother to try to rectify other concerns. Overall the place and our room could have been cleaner. Paying extra for parking after booking the hotel seemed pretty sly. Never had that happen before.

The stairwell in the garage was o dirty and smelled. The elevator button mount covering was broken so I didn’t want to take a chance so I too the stairwell.
I love the additional bar on the door for added security and the full length mirror, genius! The bathroom walllpaper should be replaced or painted but overall my visit was pleasant. Best part was the desk clerk, Charmaine, she was professional and pleasant

The hotel advertised an indoor pool. This was the only reason I booked this hotel. When we arrived we found out the indoor pool was not heated and too cold to swim in. Ruined my kids night!

The room's layout was nice. I liked the modular couch in the room. Breakfast was warm, and coffee was good.

The room was spacious. The rug could use a deep cleaning. The AC/heating system worked great. The bed was ok. Not my favorite as it needed a new mattress. The pillows were lumpy. But the worst part was the bathroom. The shower was full of mildew. It also smelled like a sewer which leads me to believe they do not clean the drain. Won’t stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here so much! We were so grateful to the staff for being incredibly kind and welcoming while we spent Christmas away from home. April always had a welcoming smile on her face and was so helpful when we had any questions. Thankful for the breakfasts that Jennifer prepared for us too! Such generosity and true southern hospitality. Room was great too.

w enjoyed our stay was just for one nite, beds comfy and shower hot. Only complaint was coffee for breakfast was very weak and had no flavor. rest was GREAT. only 10 minutes to the Garden Squares we wanted to walk around.

The staff was very accommodating from the front desk, maintenence, and breakfast staff. We had an issue with the room inreported it to the front desk staff and it was immediately taken care of. Inreally appreicate great customer service.

I used to love the Hampton Inn properties but like some lately this one was lacking in a number of ways. Cost way above value and other hotels I stayed at on this trip.

Bathroom was designated for handicapped people, but it is not an easy enter shower but a bathtub with edges which you have to step over to enter, which might be impossible for elderly or those with mobility issues.
Parking is extra and not as convenient as the other motel which had its own free parking lot. The building that is set aside for parking backs onto a busy street and is separated by a chain link fence that has been breached.
There were some unsavory people loitering in the parking lot next door that started to approach me as my husband and I were looking for a quick way to the shopping center next door. (There is none. You have to go out to the main street and circle back around the block) When they saw that my husband was there as well, they backed off and pretended to be looking for their car. Lighting is not that excellent.

The shower door would not close
Tiles missing in bathroom. The cleaning needed to be done. Dust and stuff on walls

The room had not been inspected prior to us checking in and the sheets on the bed were dirty when we called to the front desk they told us someone would be there to change it in 15 minutes. We left our hotel room. We came back that evening. The sheets had not been changed when we called to the hotel desk, we were told that there was no one available to change the sheets and basically that it was our fault we we checked in to the room before it was inspected. Eventually someone came to change the sheets. Also, the shower head fixture looked old and rusted needs changing

The hotel has small signs of showing its age but the staff and facilities makes up for that in spades. One of the best breakfast that we have come across and we stay at a lot of hamptons due to sports travel

Bedroom Shade to block night lights outside would not pull down. Another person told me on the last night chain was hidden behind the curtain. Nice night sleeping on the 3rd night.
Bathroom has no towel bars. Safety bar is needed for shower when you step out of the shower.
Friendly staff. Breakfast was good.
