It was amazing stay

The hotel was excellent. Very clean comfortable. Enjoyed the living area to watch TV one night when not feeling great. The breakfast buffet was great, as well as the staff. Interesting that they split the shower and the toilet into two separate areas so they could be used by two people at once. The jacuzzi was not working during the entire stay though. Good location.
We were able to walk to most of the museums and waterfront, etc.

We paid for a suite with a sleeper sofa...but that sofa was broken and stained. We couldn't even sit on it without getting the heebies.

The jacoozi wasnt working and i wasnt told so. The service cpuld be better with the customer service it could be friendlier. The price is too high and the tables werent all clean. The cofee maker wasnt clean in my room. I should have a bathtub for that price i paid too. The breakfast shoukd be opened til 11am. The room could be cleaner. The blow drier and light fixtures. I used to clean hotels so. The prices of snaks r too high.

We loved the location and the breakfast. We were surprised by the lack of towels and waste baskets. There was a false alarm at 1:00 pm that was not handled very well - communication was slow.

The hotel location in a very convenient to downtown, the rooms lacked the appropriate amount of towels for its occupancy size, the elevator floor was dirty and poorly updated. The lobby tables had chips in them making them look out of place and brought down the elegance or its surroundings. The room had plaster missing at the base of the doorway exposing rusted molding. The biggest issue I had was the couch in the room looked as though someone threw up on it and it was stained from end to end, probably other biologicals as well.

The location cannot be beat! Most of Savannah's historic sites are in walking distance. So are many great restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and free. Negatives: Decor is ugly and dated. Beds and pillows aren't great and the AV is noisy!

No ice pool and hot tub was dirty only one elevator breakfast not good the money we pay not good Marriott sure take care of me some how I did stay at lot of Marriott

We had a family suite with 2 queens and a sofa sleeper. We had 4 adults, and it was perfect! My husband and myself, my mother-in-law and 23 year old son has plenty of room! The refrigerator wasn’t very cold, but just used ice.

Can’t say I have any complaints! The valet staff was good, everyone was very respectful. The cleanliness was good. It was our first time in Savannah so we did a lot of walking and eating

Given a room with a jacuzzi tub next to the bed. We did not ask for that; we hate tubs by the bed! When we asked to be changed to a different room we were told that since the reservation had been made through Expedia we'd have to contact them for a room change. Clearly, we were 2nd class guests since we had booked with Expedia.

Property was fine a little older but clean! Everyone was great no issues. Convenient location.

Overall the hotel is in a safe and convenient area. Able to walk everywbere we wanted. Also easy to get to without driving through tons of busy streets.
With that being said tons of room for imrovement. The rooms are big and spacious. Our mini fridge didnt work and smelled terrible. Some of the lights on the wall also didnt work. Lots of cosmetic things that you just expect could he fixed- red stained carpet in the room, ripped lamp shade, cracked sink, broken toilet paper fixture. For the price you would expect something a bit nicer that way. Breakfast was okay. The last day we were there housekeeping staff cleaned our room and threw away our valet ticket. I talked to the front desk staff who weren't friendly or helpful and told me their staff wouldnt take it. Thankfully the worker outside was more helpful. Random 150$ in fees at check in that were not disclosed in listing. Also appears as though their fridge in the lobby drains onto the sidewalk outside in the front of their building.

Not many choices for breakfast. There weren’t any curtain in the bathroom.

The couch had a huge rip. It also had two of three non-matching cushions on it that I assume was to replace damaged ones.
The bathroom lighting was not bright enough which made it difficult to shave.
The thermostat did not work and would not turn on and the heater would not put out heat.
Parking on site was expensive…$35/night.
Carpet in the hallway was ripped.
Only one bed table.

The every staff member that we met from the front desk, valet, concierge, kitchen and housekeeping was super sweet, happy and helpful! The room was very clean and comfortable beds. Good selections with the included breakfast. The hotel is within waking distance to lots of sights, shops & restaurants.

My family and I stayed in two rooms. We all liked the place, it was comfortable. Our TV wasn't working properly and the maintenance person came over right away to resolve our issue. The breakfast is well worth it. You can walk everywhere in the historical district. Great experience.

The worst pillows I have ever had to sleep on and I travel a Lot! The mattress was bowed inwards from use and the substandard pillows led my neck to be at a horrible angle for 4 nights. At the end of the 1st night, I had the worst pain in my neck and it got worse each night. No housekeeping done until I requested at least towels be freshened. Never staying here again.

Clean comfortable room. Good breakfast. Efficient check in and out. Ladies at the front desk super helpful and kind. Same with Joyce at the breakfast buffet. We were able to walk to everything we needed. Would stay here again

Had a great time. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was in a great spot for walking to all the places you want to see. It was a busy time of year and the hotel was very busy so I did not get to try the free breakfast but I was fine with that since there were some great spots close by for breakfast.

Room was perfect for what we needed. The bonus of having the shower and the toilet in different rooms was great for a family of 4. The valet was well worth the cost as well.

I would stay there again, staff was very helpful. Beds comfy. Very clean to be an old building. We walked everywhere.
