Had a fantastic stay! Very clean and modern. Wish I had a chance to try the breakfast but maybe next time.

The hotel room and public areas looked worn and tattered throughout the hotel.
Too many people on the room e-chart. Had to change rooms twice.

I enjoy staying at Homewood Suites chains. This visit was fair compared to my other experiences. Incidentials were held including the entire stay fee upon arrival.
I have never had this experience at Homewood Suites or any other hotel I have stayed at my entire life and I was never provided a policy to approve such a transaction. To make mistrust worst, the front desk receptionist looked me right in my face and told me that the hold was for incidentials only. Had she stated the incidential fee and my stay fee, I would have still requested a policy about this, but at least, I would not have been taken aback once I got to my room and saw the transaction email from my bank.
Being transparent with a customer should be top notch performance and I do not believe this hotel executed that.
The room was in a quiet area and floor, however, as soon as you walked in the room there was a horrible odor. I checked in on a 90+ degree day and the AC was not on. So it was hot and muggy. Besides turning the AC on myself, I had to open the window, in hopes, the room would air out because of the horrible odor.
The paper towels in the kitchen were dirty. The bed linen was extremely thin. I even used the extra ones in the closet and I was still dissatisfied.
Breakfast was great and the staff ensuring this experience were absolutely helpful and friendly.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and I was highly disappointed.

Overall, this hotel is pretty good, in a pretty nice area. Like most Inner Harbor hotels, parking is a pain and costly. Our room was clean but had a terrible odor. We arrived so late that we decided to just deal with it. However, I am certain someone noticed at some point (it hit you as soon as you opened the door) and should have done something about it. The room was spacious but the “double beds” were tiny! They were more like oversized twin beds. That was disappointing, but again, we just dealt with it because otherwise the room was nice.
Having access to the MAC (the Maryland athletic club) as a hotel guest is fantastic. I will definitely stay here again because of that. And the breakfast is really good. The staff did a great job of keeping the food well stocked and they were super kind and helpful. I also like the location - easy access onto I-83 and a short walk to the Aquarium area. Fells Point is close too.
While there are things about our stay that were less than ideal, this is a decent hotel. This was our second time staying here and this stay was better than the last time (it was a better room and the MAC opened early enough that we actually got to use it). This is not my favorite Inner Harbor hotel but certainly one that I would stay at again.

Overall, the stay was nice. The staff were all kind and helpful when needed. Great location around a number of things within walking distance, such as restaurants the Inner harbor and Fells point. The only thing would say is the hotel is quite outdated and could benefit from some updates to the room, such as bedding, dishes, cabinets, and better bathroom upkeep.

Front desk staff and restaurant staff at breakfast were really nice. This hotel has a fantastic gym! That’s where it ends.
- keys kept deactivating (i had 11 by the time I checked out after 6 days). This was VERY problematic.
- virtual key worked for a day then never again
- washer broken on the 3rd floor, no sign so you figure that out after you pay
- laundry rooms were really dirty and the machines were as well
- dirty hallways (the food on the floor when we arrived was still there when we left 6 days later)
- room had several amenities missing like dish soap, towels, kitchen sponge, etc
- dishes in the room had food and lipstick on them so we had to was them all before using
- room was very old and run down

Great experience. Got thier a bit too early for check in, but hotel was able to Vallet our bags, as we started to explore Baltimore. The hotel was in very good condition. No messed up base boards or damages in the rooms. Attention to detail was a 10 for our experience. The front desk did mention they have had some guest damage some in room amenities from the prior week in other rooms. But ours was great.
The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. Ive been told by people who live in Baltimore about some of the not so safe places. So I had a bit of concern. But the Homewood Suites area was top notch. Right in the middle of Fells Point, and Downtown, and off the Harbor. Lots to do, with lots of safe spaces to explore. We venture over alot of the Downtown area from Memorial Park to CGF Bank Arena and Fells Point, and not once did I feel unsafe.
When we come back to Baltimore Homewood Suites will be my first option of hotels. It was also the cheapest of the hotles I was personally looking at staying.

I requested an early check in which they couldnt accommodate so I explored the surrounding area for a couple hours and came back 30 mins after official check in time and was still told my room wasnt ready. We were traveling with 2 small toddlers so that was super disappointing. The location of the hotel was great and within walking distance to attractions but the rooms were basic and could use some updating. Overall hotel is just ok. For the price I would expect a little nicer.

Location is great. Staff were helpful and professional. However, room had seen better days.

Great, reliable suite. Perfect for an extended business trip so I had space to spread out and set up a workspace for a few calls. An older hotel (some peeling wallpaper, etc.) but nothing terrible and the kitchenette features were all great. The Inner Harbor can be loud, but it's also a terrific location so it felt like a fair trade-off. Would definitely stay again for business or as a family!

It was our 5th time at homewood, excellent service, vary friendly staff. They had the crib ready for my baby.

I was in town attending an engagement party with friends, the hotel location is fantastic, easy walking distance to the National Aquarium and inner harbor. We had breakfast at a local restaurant, Miss Sheila's (located right across from the aquarium). There is fresh coffee and breakfast on the second floor of the hotel. Good location for a visit to Baltimore!

All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. But, we got there for a 3m check in- said room wasn’t ready so went to eat and went back at 4:30. Stood in line and didn’t get an available room until 5:30. Told Hilton let’s go of cleaning staff during slower winter time. So they are killing their staff and getting angry customers. Internet did not work, couldn’t get in because my reservation wasn’t found and then the front desk never answered. The wonderful staff are set up to fail. Won’t stay there again.

The hotel room and staff was amazing. I booked the hotel for its location for a cheer competition we had. I booked it because it said it had a pool and I had two eleven year olds that wanted to swim after a day and dinner at the Harbor. Upon returning to the hotel at about 7pm we asked where the pool was. We were informed they closed it early on the weekends. Had I known that I never would have booked this hotel.

The hotel is near the Ravens stadium, great price. The only inconvenient was the breakfast options. On the pictures, it makes you think it includes more options and when you go to the dining area it is quite different

Great stay overall! Staff were all very nice. The complimentary breakfast was wholesome. Only issue was that the kitchen’s stove was not working and there was no dish soap.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was a little dated but still clean and comfortable.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location. The room we had was awful. Light fixtures were literally falling off the wall, there were no remotes for the tv, the pull-out couch was disgusting, carpet was stained and dirty, hard floors hadn't been mopped ever, and every piece of wallpaper was peeling off the walls, throughout the entire room. Breakfast was average. Key cards rarely worked in the elevators. Front desk staff seemed uninterested in helping with any issues. The valet staff was wonderful but that's not enough to stay there ever again! Given the location in the Inner Harbor, this hotel could be a gold mine, if the rooms were better! Hilton needs to spend some money and repair/rehab this hotel!

We decided to book this as a family of four, so that our two kids could have their own bed and we would sleep in the foldout in the other room (kids are young). Unfortunately, the foldout was partially broken which led to an incredibly uncomfortable night of sleep. In addition, the fridge would make a rattling sound every 5-10 seconds. The toilet also had some issues that my wife was able to fix.

Old hotel but the rooms are very nice. I was disappointed with the beds as they were terribly soft. The front desk folks, bell hops and car service folks were all great!!!

This suite had the bare minimum in it not pots and pans , no dish washing liquid no pot holders one glass a few dishes it was old and dated for what I paid i should get a refund . You have to bring your own everything when you come here to stay .

Toilet was broken, disposal was broken which made the room smell, bathroom sink was leaking, and the washer and dryer didn’t work well. Didn’t have any soap in the kitchen

I had a nice one night stay I just didn’t like when it was day of check out house keeping kept knocking on the door only once and then just open my door and when I told staff they ain’t care for what I was saying because I was already checking out .

I had a horrible time. the waitress ran out and quit in the middle of serving us and we had to wait to be cashed out causing us to be late.

Stayed at this hotel with my Mother and sister for my mother's birthday weekend getaway. It is in a perfect location and was close to everything we wanted to do. That's the good. The bad is that check in was disorganized. The room had stains on the carpet and was in need of repair and just an upgrade. The biggest issue we had was a few hours after we checked in, they checked another family into our room. We were sitting having a conversation and heard someone trying to come in and they eventually came into our room. When we went to the lobby with the other family to fix it. There was no apology, just an excuse that this happens sometimes. After a couple of calls to management we were apologized too and compensated a little for the inconvenience.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, but the bed did not sleep good and the sheets kept coming off the bed. The breakfast was not good, but over all a good stay.

Had to cut my stay short this hotel lets kid’s parents book rooms so they can have parties all the kids were unattended and under age did get no sleep music playing until 2am and was smoking in the hallway had to pack my family up in the middle of the night and checked in at the four seasons

The only issue was that weren’t enough towels for the two of us. Other than that, everything was great.

The pots in the suite were rusted. The dishwasher hardly worked. The coffee maker didn’t work. When I asked for a new one I was given a Kurege without pod's.

It was due to home renovation my stay. The hotel is outdated but clean. When checked in Daniel helped me get a rollin shower room. He also helped me get my stuff up to room. Tia helped too by checking me in!
The room was large and bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is very outdated but the fridge, microwave and coffee maker worked well.
The staff makes this place a reason to stay here.

The staff are all warm, welcoming, and kind. Frontline staff, "back of house" staff, and food service staff were all wonderful.
The sheets were decent. Not what I would generally expect for this chain, but also not Motel 6 sheets lol. The room that I got - ironically 666 and that's okay by me - was very spacious. It was a wheelchair accessible double times two sweet. Had a very adequate kitchen with plenty of room to turn around. They did not have any sharp knives and you were not allowed to bring any - like a knife - back from the food services area. That was kind of a bummer because I didn't want to purchase a knife just for making supper and stuff while I was in baltimore. I was not in close enough proximity to get to any place even just very generic that would have those kinds of items. I am a full-time wheelchair user and I'm visually impaired and have a guide dog, so it can be a bit difficult to navigate the surrounding area. But that was one thing that really stood out to me because I've always been to Homewood Suites that had a full accoutrement of full silverware and at least a couple of sharp pointy things and a full set of pots and pans with lids. There were no lids. But of course obviously we survived and these are first world problems.
My room was in between stages of renovation but they are working towards complete renovation. The only real issue that I had was their housekeeping staff did not come every day and all of the trash cans are minute.

The location of the property is fantastic! Close to the Harbor and Fells Point. Walkable to stadiums. Starbucks on site. The staff is also really great. Valet and road get backed up during peak times and events. The rooms just need updating. We had a wonderful corner room, which worked out great; but the room needs some love (wallpaper falling off, floor cracked, broken cabinet, etc.). Hotel is expensive certain times of year, and the room quality should match the price. That being said, will book again!

The hotel itself is in good location close to the water and in a nice area. We stayed there for a Baltimore Ravens game and it was quite a walk to the stadium (20 mins) but good for a little exercise.
The suite rooms were spacious and well laid out, the beds comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was nice as well.
My only complaint is the laminate flooring in the suite was in very poor condition and starting to delaminate and fall apart, but other otherwise the room was very nice and very comfortable.
I would definitely choose to stay there again.

Our room is ok, the service from front desk is ok but the breakfast is bare minimum, we always have to wait for the bread or bacon even hot water because it doesn't refill fast enough.
. The staffs are nice though. The area in amd around elevator are filthy.
