Everything was perfect! Check-in was quick and simple and everyone was very welcoming. Our room was so comfortable and spacious, spotless too. We loved the coffee and tea provided from Caliche Coffee and the breakfasts were amazing!

Wonderful stay in a unique setting. The room we stayed in was fantastic and super clean and cosy. Breakfast each day was a highlight. I thoroughly recommend checking them out and I will be staying here again when back in Fredericksburg.

The room we stayed in, Evening Star, was so cute. It was like staying in a log cabin. The bed was very comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean, and I really enjoyed the whirlpool tub after a long day of walking. We also loved the hot breakfasts that were brought each morning to our doorstep in a basket! The noise on the street was noticeable especially early in the morning, but we have a white noise machine which helped to make that less noticeable. Would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was great, delivered in a basket every morning to your door. The hosts also helped us with our laundry when this is usually not offered so an extra touch of care. Our only side note is ensure you bring mosquito spray as my partner got bitten to shreds.. it would also be a nice addition to have wine glasses available at the rooms as this is wine country after all. other than that, everything was perfect.

The property was lovely and the Calico room was so cute. Really loved the breakfast basket in the morning, such a nice extra.

Breakfast is served to your room each morning made from locally sourced ingredients. The staff is incredible. It’s quaint and quiet. Absolutely beautiful property. We’ve made this an annual trip and we always stay here!

This is a very unique property with lots of options for rooms, cottages and multifamily. wonderful breakfast brought to your room. Only attended until 4:00PM, but that has never been a problem.

All sinks and shower, bath were stock with hand soap, shampoo, lotions. Space was very large. Outside porch has chairs and table, listening to the water fall from outside pool was very therapeutic. Two TV' s , bathroom, has two separate vanity and a soaking tub. Breakfast was excellent 5 star. 1st time staying at B&B, this place exceeded our expectations.

This is the perfect place to stay in Fredericksburg. Walling distance to everything on main street. The breakfast basket delivered every morning was excellent and such a nice touch. Will only stay here when we come back to town.

We stayed in the Morning Glory room #4. It was rustic and spacious. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed the breakfast in the basket and with a sheet on top for any requests for our room that day. A lovely touch. I did not check out details when booking as the bed was high up and I needed a stool to get into. They did have a stool for the bed. We also need a walk-in shower and getting in and out of the tub was challenging for us. The kitchenette was great. The coffee they provided for the coffee maker was delicious. It was well appointed with anything we needed for our stay. It is great for those who want to dine in their room, which we only did for the breakfast provided we received. The grounds are maintained nicely and there is a sweet garden area. The Hummingbird lavender products are a nice Hill Country touch. Negatives: The outside door was not flush to the ground. Worms and bugs made their way into our room.

Great property, close to everything

Our stay was amazing! The breakfast was delicious each morning and rather spoiled us. The massage on site was very handy and enjoyable. The place is very clean and efficiently and friendly run. The location is great for seeing the town.

Hoffman House was a very unique property. More space in the room than a normal hotel. Breakfast delivered to the front door each morning was a plus. Definitely would stay again.

The staff was very obliging and timely. The cabin was rather rustic with the bathroom not having enough shelf or counter space to accommodate toiletries. This is typical of old time styles.

We stayed in the Quaint log cabin/ Evening Star. Very comfortable. The staff brings a delicious breakfast each morning to you in a basket. Loved having coffee rocking on the porch each morning. Convenient location 1 lock off Main Street and close to shops, restaurants and museums.

Loved the accommodations -- size of living space, etc. Wonderful breakfast in the picnic basket each morning. Would be nice if there was a fire pit or similar focal spot for sitting around in the evenings. And afternoon wine and cheese would also be great.
