Love this little oasis! Have stayed here 3x over the past 4 years when in town and always felt so relaxed in that space. The innkeepers were always great!

Older property in neighborhood close to university.
Our room was tiny, not private, furniture was rickety, only
one small wooden chair to sit on. The bed faced the bathroom and the make -shift kitchen - it felt like we were in a 1972 mobile home that we spent $343 a night - a total rip-off from the owners! The manager was sweet and did get best....

Great locstion, great breakfast and great bed...with nice host to boot. We would happily return. Our room and bathroom were a little cramped, but adequate. Bathroom is set to be redone.

This location was charming to say the least, we believe it is one of the most interesting places we stayed thus far.. It is beautifully adorned in Southwestern charm and well laid out for its purposes of a bed and breakfast. This has extremely good UofA Campus access as well. - Tom is a Gem!

It was the most excellent. We stayed in the family unit which had a mountain view (our own deck and patio as well). A southwest/romantic style with flowers and plants and beautiful landscaping, with a few quiet courtyards to choose from for tranquil relaxation; and sunny poolside ( pool not heated yet however ). The Innkeeper performed culinary expertise with elaborate breakfasts with wholesome ingredients; we werenāt hungry the rest of the day. This gem is in a safe, quiet, more upscale southwest neighborhood walking distance from the college; a quiet beautiful campus to explore.

Terrific location within walking distance of campus. Homemade breakfasts were delicious. We were treated like guests in someoneās home. Our family spent one night sitting around the dining room table playing games. Thank you for the hospitality!

Host is so sweet! This isnāt a huge hotel. This is a small house with a host who really cares. He makes breakfast for you and makes sure youāre taken care of! Traveling alone? Donāt worry! The other guests will talk to you during breakfast :)

We came to Tucson for a U of A football game and to relive some old college memories. The location was perfect - only a 5 minute walk to the stadium, and a short drive to all the old haunts around campus. We also loved the breakfast. We will be back!

The Adobe Rose is a charming six unit B & B located within walking distance of the University of Arizona. The unit we stayed in is a small stand alone casita, nicely and comfortably furnished. The innkeepers were friendly and engaging and a joy to stay with. The three course breakfasts--fruit, main course, and baked good--were consistently delicious. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay.

This is a fantastic place to stay when visiting Tucson - especially the university area. Hoping to come back many times in the future. Food was delicious, they accommodated my daughter who is vegan. Room was cozy and comfortable. Beautiful outdoor area, hope next time it is warm enough to swim.

Great location to the university, food, and a quiet neighborhood to stroll and enjoy. Food was wonderful and bring a big appetite to the table, you will need it. Patio areas are lovely with orange trees adding shade. Staff and accommodations are excellent.

Friendly, congenial hosts who seem intent on their guests having the "perfect" stay. Thoroughly enjoyed the conversations at breakfast. The outdoor pool is a bounty not to be ignored. If you stay in one of the main house rooms, be aware the hardwood floors creak and squeak loudly - if sleeping-in is your desire you'll likely find that difficult. The floor is the only reason I rated the Comfort and Condition categories as 4. Also a bit disappointed in the wi-fi being unsecured.

Adobe Rose is conveniently located near the University of Arizona and downtown Tucson. Off-street parking was available, which is important because parking in the neighborhood is restricted to permit holders. Our room was comfortable and had direct access to the swimming pool and hot tub. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Lighting in the room was less than desirable, with low wattage lights that made it difficult to read at night. Breakfast was not well done. The first and second courses were almost identical and the "scone" was tough, more like a biscuit than a scone.
