The positives: Our suite was spacious, and had great amenities. But it all went downhill after a quick trip to the pool before it closed. We got a text around 8pm saying there was a problem w/ the water in our building, but it would return soon. At 9:15 we got a follow up text to say the water was now back on. However, when we got back to the room at 10:15, there was no water. I called the front desk, and they assured me it was being worked on. No water meant no showering, and more importantly, no flushable toilet. If we would have known this, we could’ve planned a little better before heading upstairs for the night. We followed up with another call to the desk at 10:45 and they told us it would be fixed in the morning. How could there be no emergency plumber, and instead tell hundreds of guests you can’t go to the bathroom tonight? I wanted to change hotels ASAP, and move to the sister property down the road. However, when I called the desk at 11:05, I was told by security that the front desk area was closed for the night. The next morning, still with no timetable for the issue to be resolved, Hotels.com worked with the hotel and I was able to get a refund. And while that’s generous, we will had no water. The friendly staff told me if it wasn’t resolved by 4, we could change rooms. 4:15, incredibly still no water, so we took the offer for a new room, and we were sent to that other Hyatt down the block. And we were not the only ones. Finally, I could brush my teeth again!

The Hyatt Vacation Club is built in nature. So views are so beautiful. Our 2 bedroom residence with a full kitchen and double wide balcony was absolutely beautiful. There was a restaurant and golf course on the property, a warm resort pool, three jacuzzis and a lazy river. We stayed 3 nights, next time our stay will be a week. The staff and service was excellent !

Our stay was wonderful. The two bedroom condo was comfortable, spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The pool, Lazy River and propertygrounds were beautiful. The staff was very responsive and helpful. Definitely booking again in the future.

I enjoyed my stay

The desk staff were nice, the facilities were ok, but I’m miffed that we never, not once, had our room cleaned. WTH. No beds were made, nothing. We called for towels after the first day and I let them know no one cleaned so they delivered a large bag of towels and coffee that we used the rest of the stay. Aside from no cleaning service, the rest of the stay was nice/fine. We were off season so there weren’t many people out at the pool. We went down the lazy river, which was nice, the pool was ok, jacuzzi was luke warm at best. D+?

My daughter & I stayed for a weekend. It was a nice place. Not the most modern & some areas could use some renovations &/or enhancements. However, our room was very clean, the beds comfy & the staff was wonderful. A guest host did try to rope me into a session about the vacation club, but backed-off without too much pressure. The mini-golf offered is actually just a big, nice putting green. Overall, a nice place for a family getaway…

Great property and convenient to lots of dining and shopping.

We had a terrible stay because the room was not tidy and they gave us a pee´d bed by some previous guests, when we complained they suggested our kids had made the bed wet which of course was not true since our kids never even sat on that bed. Completely unhygienic and impolite, the reason for us to report it was for no other guest to suffer the same experience and they more worried about blaming someone than reviewing their faults.

Our stay was a lot of fun! There are so many activities to do as a family. I would recommend going for a multiple-day stay.

Property is very quiet and clean! Rooms are very clean and comfy. Studio is nice but the one bedroom is nicer especially the bathroom with the jacuzzi tub. Recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet getaway or for a family trip. Plenty of activities for family to do. Recreation area has a indoor/outdoor pool as well as indoor/outdoor jacuzzi. Front desk staff was amazing. Austin went above and beyond for my stay and his supervisors were just as nice and accommodating.

This place is a joke. It doesn’t look anything like the pictures. The swimming pool is not indoors. Plus the heater on it wasn’t working. I called before I made my reservation to make sure it was working. The kids clue area is not as nice as the picture. Everything seems to be run down. While we were there the lazy River was shut down too. Went to the restaurant and the food they serve is like cafeteria food but expensive.

Great hotel with a definite resort feel. Guest accommodations truly felt like home.

Beautiful Property! Excited to come back when it’s warmer to use the beautiful and massive pool and lazy river. Service is great as well, units are beautiful and very clean!

Nice place to stay. Room was spacious and beautiful. Comforter was stiff so everytime one of us moved the other one woke up. The people above us had a kid and you could hear the child which sounded like it was running or jumping above us. We went to bed early that Friday night because my son had an early weigh in for a competition and the noise above us kept us awake until they finally went to bed themselves. I know that isn’t the hotels fault but just want others to know you can hear other people so you might request a top floor if this is something that would bother you.

Excellent for deer sightseeing

The hotel is in the middle of nature so you can see deers, pool is heated but not totally indoor, but it has water slides.

The staff have their normal welcome speech but an undertone of annoyance. Like you are bothering them with your presence. This hotel cared more about locking you into their Hyatt rewards than they did about updating their rooms. Old fridge made noise the entire stay. Rusty shower poles. Cable was from the 90’s. No update to watch your own Netflix account. The Christmas decorations they put up were beautiful and we enjoyed amores around the fire pit. All in all, if they start up keeping the place I think we would go back. The pool area was great.

They have done an excellent job of keeping the grounds in excellent shape.The 4 pits around the Christmas tree are very cozy and well maintained.There are a lot of amenities on the property to help keep you busy.The heated pool area is extremely nice.The staff is super nice and very friendly.Jeremy who is part of security helped us a lot in the evening with transportation between the different areas on the property and keeping the fire pits going in the evening.The property has maintained the ranch feeling but in a modern way.

I did not like that Expedia check in and out times were different, I wish I did not have to call the manager to ask for it. Manager was nice.

Very clean and staff was amazing!

Just spent 4 nights here. Property is beautiful inside and out. However Overall, the customer service was poor. The front desk messed up my room and sent us to the wrong room. When I called to tell them they had me in the wrong room type (I paid for a two bedroom suite and they tried to put me in a one bedroom) they were rude and said I was wrong. They realized their mistake and called me back, telling me to bring everything back and check in again. the front desk workers were very short and rude, even after I had to drive all of the way back to the front desk to get my correct room assignment. Housekeeping was also not very friendly. Knocked on the door and handed us towels and toilet paper (that we never asked for) without saying a word. Not even “hi” Pool staff and bartender were the only polite staff. Grounds keeper staff drive golf carts around all day and give dirty looks. Don’t seem happy. Don’t wave. I don’t know, I just got a crappy vibe by most of this staff. Hyatt vacation club needs to do a training and teach their employees to be happy and kind and wave and say hi!!!! Customer service 101! Again, property was beautiful and clean! Just wish I had felt more welcome.

I like the outdoor pool,

Our Vacation Club at Wild Oak Ranch, was just amazing. The location was a great, we had a nice time. The room was nice and clean and comfortable, we can’t wait to return for another stay soon.

I didn’t stay there long enough to enjoy the property. I really like couldn’t sleep because of the noise. It was raining that night and I don’t know what the rain was hitting but it made it extra noisy. The shower faucet very noisy as well. The facility was not well lit but your staffs were awesome.

Very clean and spacious property and room. Like brand new inside. Very comfortable stay. Great heated pool and unheated lazy river. Had a great stay here and enjoyed it.

Our checkin time was at 4pm, we arrived at 530pm and our room was still not ready. We had to wait an additional 15 min for the room to get ready. Other then that the stay was nice. Nice pool area.
