Staff was friendly and helpful. The water pressure in the shower would go up and down constantly. Breakfast was not great, eggs were stiff, sausages were withered and looked bad, potatoas were mushy.
Great location. Room was clean

Ok hotel for a few days stay-over. The hotel and rooms have seen better days, but bed was good! Time to do some refurbishment on the bathrooms though...
Pleasant receptionist, breakfast hosts could work on their service skills.

To advise that I booked in error a king room and needed a twin queen room, was advised that all had been changed and when we arrived after 7 hrs travel the abnoxious reception lady advised there was no change made on line and although there were twin rooms available I’d have to cancel my king room with full loss and book a new room for $190
I said no, I utilised the king mattress on the floor alongside the base bed with towels for some comfort
Stayed in the hotel location several times as my record will show, advised my office to block it for all future bookings, needless to say all was returned to original when I left

The hotel is old and smells bed. The ac was very noisy, worst than trying to sleep in an airplane.
The sofa bed was not ready for my son and both sofa and kind bed were really uncomfortable.
I don’t recommend. The location is great but they really need some renovation.

Was not as clean as I would prefer.

Great hotel well located for the social life

Room rates are pretty high for the quality of the rooms, then you also pay $20 per car for parking. They also told me that breakfast was included with my stay and then told me in the morning I had to pay $18 per person. Will definitely choose a different hotel next time.

I did loose my Yetti coffee cup after I left it where I was eating breakfast the day we checked out. I call immediately after and it wasn’t found

Upon check in, no personality by the woman at the front desk. Prepaid for a King Room, got two doubles and the musty stench in the room and dirty carpets are disgusting. Outdated is mildly put. Late arrival and wanted to put on the TV for some background noise to unwind and it doesn’t work, none of the inputs do. Will never come back.

They reservation/ check in process was flawless and simple. Reception people were friendly and eager to help. Lobby was pretty with desired snacks and light meals. They had a full bar which was nice since it was storming outside. BUT THE THING THAT MADE ME THE HAPPIEST IS THE CAME IN AND FRESHENED MY ROOM! After Covid no one wants to go back to that. That's why I stay in hotels! The service! Other more expensive hotels don't do that so Hilton is my new Go-to, whether garden Style or Luxury Tower. I'm in

Lobby area was nice and updated but the room needs help and definitely needs a technology upgrade. No smart tv. No phone charger outlets and we didn’t bring the plug-in for our charger so we were out of luck with that. But it was quit and close to market street with sidewalks

The manager remembered my name at checkout from checking in the day before. Very impressed!

The property & lobby was very fresh & nice looking. The rooms could use a refresh

Great property, well maintained and staff is friendly. Honestly I would almost consider this a 4 star hotel. And at $60 cheaper than the Residence right next store. I even splurged for the junior suite (suite was not available.

The hotel had obvious signs of "I don't care anymore" wear and tear. Wallpaper, all up and down the hall, peeling off the wall at the places where it connects. AC units that barely worked, or worked too well, with no in between. One moment the room was 78, the next it was 65... then back to 78 in 10 minutes without us touching the thermostat. They charged for parking in a non-covered parking area. They had a breakfast buffet that reminded me of a Holiday Inn, but they charged $17 a person for it. Lots of little reasons like this make me feel not quite like picking this hotel was a mistake, but more like it will be the last time I visit that hotel, as there are so many other options around that hopefully care more about their facilities, and the value they bring to their guests.

The staff was very friendly. Close to shops, restaurants and the Pavilion. Clean room. The pool was great to cool off in.

This is a very comfortable hotel. I am not crazy about $12 a day for parking, and the ice machine on our floor was broken the closes one was leaking with a dirty towel placed to absorb water on the floor (reminded me of a cheap motel). That aside, this is a good place to stay for concerts at the Pavilion and shopping at the Woodlands.

It was very clean and presentable. Staff was amazing. I had a little issue with checking in but was resolved quickly.

Should not have to pay for parking. And it’s high.

We were not happy with our stay. Only one staff member was personable, Daniela. And we were shocked at the lack of housekeeping service (unless we scheduled it and even then it came late) I was shocked that breakfast was nearly $20 apiece. We found the food available to be seriously lacking. The room was very basic. There were no bathrobes, not adequate blankets, nor extra pillows. We found it uncomfortable, and very scaled back. We expected more from the Hilton. Next time I visit Houston I’ll stay at the Hyatt Regency. The other thing as there was no business center so I couldn’t print boarding passes or do anything for myself that way. it was a major let down. They were cookies at the front desk, and we were told that “we’re not supposed to give them out” which is stupid why I have them there?

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was great. It has been a while since my wife and I have been able to getaway for a weekend and all the staff that run the Woodlands Hilton Garden Inn made us feel right at home. Also, the hotel is about a five minute walk to all the prime areas around the Woodlands, so it was very convenient and my wife and I always felt safe on the walking route. The one recommendation I would make for the Hilton Garden Inn is to add an Umbrella or two in the pool area for people who are more susceptible to sun exposure. Other than that though, this place is a really great one and if you are looking for a great and affordable place well you’ve found it!

Very dissatisfied. Arrived and checked in,get up to room that smells. Woke up to find a 12 dollar chrge to park in their parking lot. Go down for breakfast, sit down to eat and find out that i just payed 17.50 for a breakfast thats free inmost hotels . Basically30 dollars added charges on top of a 200 night hotel. Very outdated hotel. Will not be back.
