ive switched my room THREE TIMES because of all of the malfunctions, the first room was fine, but it had roaches. Overall it was a 6/10 room. Then we left and then came back once again, we expected it to be okay like the first one, but NO the air conditioning was broke, and the stove didn't work at all. They didn't even have a maintenance worker. We switched rooms once again, expecting it to better since the workers said it was an "upgraded room" but when we walked in, it was fine but the bed was very dirty under the sheets.. the sheets were a bit dirty too, i went to use the bathroom, but.. THERE WAS NO BATHROOM DOOR. And you can feel the springs in the bed, I thought it couldn't get worse but there was a spider on my bed. Big one, and then i thought again, it cant get worse now right?? But NO! The stove didnt work well, and the shelf fell off in the kitchen!!! And now they let someone book the room were staying in!!! Were forced to leave. Theyre very unprofessional, unorganized, and workers are rude. That was my experience in this terrible expensive so called "hotel"!!!! Very mad ❌️❌️😡😡

The first room stunk! Also lights did not work. Second room smelled better & since it was late took it but 1/2 lights in room didn’t work so couldn’t see enough regarding cleanliness but bed was clean. We basically grabbed some rest and left as early as possible. Would never go back.

The office was closed when we got there, but that was a blessing in disguise as we were accosted by a group of kids in the parking lot at 1130 at night asking if they could clean our car windows. There were also multiple people outside of their rooms partying and yelling. As my daughter and I were two women traveling alone, I would never have stayed anyw

They said they did not have smoking room. So at One O’clock this morning I went for a smoke,Shut the door with the keys inside, it took tell 730 this morning. Too get in.. Then they call ask me when I was checking out

This was the worst stay I experienced in the country especially being a truck driver I don’t recommend anyone to stay here, they have roaches at both locations, I was just passing through the mgmt on Phillips hwy was terrible, unprofessional, I got a refund roaches were in the bed, I can upload pics as well

Room flood 162, stayed another night, toilet wouldn't flush had a straw in place of the part supposed to be #125 , and I've been here for two nights and no hot water. I feel it only right for them to give me a free stay in a room with everything working

We asked to view the room before booking the room. Quick view of the room seemed fair and the front desk person was very pleasant and understanding.After booking the room, we found the bathroom to filty and flies coming from the toilet. We immediately asked for out monies back and are still waiting for the refund to hit our account.

As this is an extended stay motel, there are some long term tenants humanly down on their luck. I’m not being judgmental I’m just saying the area didn’t feel the safest to me. The first stay I had a room change due to a smoke detector needing a new battery. The replacement room had several small German roach bugs on the walls. I kept my luggage zipped up, the second stay someone had smoked in my Non-smoking room. The air cleaner had done pretty well. Towel bars dangling. I won’t stay here again.

The property was in disarray. I paid for a non-smoking room, but the was cigarette stains on the edge of the bathtub. The tub was completely de-laminating. Poorly filled gaping holes around the tub. And no towels were provided. The lighting was atrocious. No ceiling lights anywhere including over the "kitchenette." And at no additional charge, I woke up to cockroaches on the counter. Worst hotel stay EVER.

When I first checked-in, the room provided had smelled of smoke (reserved a non-smoking room), the lights would not turn on, and there were several holes in the bathroom door and wall. I immediately packed up our things and went back to the office. The clerk was very help and got us another room. The new room was not much better. I believe it was in the process of being cleaned as there was only a top cover on the bed; no pillow or blanket and the bathroom had one used towel left for us.

We areived early. The clerk on duty said we couldnt check in early unless we paid a $20 fee. We opted out and returned 45 minutes later. We were greeted by a much nicer couple of clerks who got us checked into a ground floor room rather than a second level. Unfortunately the room was not clean, had no toilet paper, dead cockroaches, filthy floors, and smelled like animal urine. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee. The door wouldn't close all of the way, and the latch was difficult to engage to secure our room. We won't recommend this location, nor will we be staying there again.

I stayed here for 2 weeks on business .. location was excellent access to all major highways and interstate.... Staff was very friendly and help me in any way that they could.... Love the little kitchenette didn't have to jump up early in the morning to go across the street to get my coffee plus!!!!

Perfect property if you are traveling for work or leisure at an extended stay. Rooms are spacious and modern! The property feels safe for the most part. The staff is awesome, Miss Sevilla is a great GM with her team Harley and Shakira!

Checking in was great no issues staff was very hospitable properly was clean and close to what I needed to do with out having to look for directions a food availability was nice. One issue was the water first room I had to move as the room above was I guess flooding. Second room toilet over flowed at 3am not one staff member on property to get help. Was able to resolve the issue myself at a minor cost.

The Pool is refreshing and my children really enjoy being here. They have made friends, it's a reasonable price and they allow animals without some outrageous pet fees like Extended stay of America. Overall it isn't horrible.

The room looked nice inside and I liked that it had a little kitchenette, but the sink leaked on the floor every time we used it and the bed was very uncomfortable. We only needed to stay one night, so it wasn't the end of the world, but I would not go again.

Smelly room with bugs. Supposed to be non smoking room but smells like ash tray. There was a yellow stains on bed and sheets. Towels were smelly too. They never changed towels and soaps and toilet paper. But cheap.

Do NOT stay at this hotel. Our toilet would only flush first thing in the morning. The rest of the time we had to fill the trash can with water and pour it down the toilet to flush it. We were repeatedly told that maintainable was off. We had one washcloth from Wednesday until Saturday. The office said they “didn’t have any and couldn’t get any”. The floor was vinyl plank but was buckled up from what must have been water damage. There was not an outlet to plug in the microwave in the kitchenette. The police were there several times a day. We witnessed a woman retrieving a packet of drugs that had been taped underneath the picnic table. We also witnessed a man pimping out the same woman over and over. We couldn’t change hotels because they refused to give us a refund because the manager was never available. We were there for medical appointments and were very disappointed. We would have went somewhere else had we been in a position to do so.

The manager is very nice . She goes above and beyond for her guests . If there is something wrong with your room she has someone fix it right away . The staff is so friendly i will not go anywhere else .

When I booked it, had a pool! Got there & the pool was padlocked! Manager said it wasn't safe to swim due to chemicals!

I resorted to this place because my first choice didn't work out and I was in a hurry. Overall, it was a disappointment. The breezeways and stairs smelled like urine and the clientele looked sketchy. The room itself was not bad but I did see roaches. There is a girl named Moe in the front office who was very nice and helpful but another named Sevilla who just couldn't be bothered. I would only stay at this place again if I absolutely had to.

Very dirty floors, broken appliances inside room. Front office was locked when we needed a towel, despite saying they were open all night. Room smelled of smoke. Trash around property. My family and myself felt unsafe at times from other guests. Would not recommend.

Upon arriving to check in there was a commotion at the front desk with a guest on property. That alone made me want to leave, then when I checked in the person who was starting the drama was in the same building I was in standing outside complaining. The room itself was nice and spacious. Just a heads up, if you get a room with a kitchenette make sure u have utensils and dishes to cook with, otherwise you will be ordering out. There’s nothing to cook with, and there’s no ice buckets so if you need ice bring a bag of ice with you. There is a full sized refrigerator in the room. There was a lot of crying from babies and barking from the dogs. Other than those things the room itself was ok. The stay was ok. I probably won’t book a stay here again.

Very bad & dirty. Went in at 7pm they said my room wasn’t even ready. AT 7pm lol finally got a room & the lights didn’t work, rotten food in the fridge, and the beds weren’t made

This place was nasty! Barely any light in the room dirty tv screen, dirty mirror. Checked in and then check right back out. Pleople hanging out in the hallways (outside)smoking...i think they live there...crack motel! NOTHING like the pictures on the website.
