The neighbors were rude and people keep trying to hack my electronics. But staff are cool and is clean.

Very noisy. The construction of the building is very poor because I hear noises, Neighbor’s TV is on all night I can even hear them talking. I can also hear some people running above our unit. It was traumatizing experience

This is a shady hotel in a sketchy part of town- but I shouldnt expect much for the price. No fridge or microwave but hey- theres a bottle opener in the bathroom attached to the vanity!

Their girl at the frint was great she resññy did her best to resolve our issues unfortunately there wasnt much she could as the rooms were in such poor condition and the housekeeps seemed rushed and overworked i have worked as housekeeping management and wpuld never allow this to happen i had asked for a new room due to our shower being really dirty and the lady allowed me to check the room prior to switching us over and she had to open four different rooms for me to check and we ended up staying in our orginal room because the other rooms were worse

My room stinks of animals and the floors and all other areas surfaces were nasty filled wit pet hair The sink wound t drain and the shower was nasty Towels were old and beat up also the mattress was really uncomfortable For a chair there was a small hard wood one the refrigerator was really bad I left early because I did e want to spend another night in such an unsanitary place I will never go to that particular place in the future shame on you Mitel 6

This place is the nastiest motel I have ever stayed in. The rooms stunk so bad and were way to hot in December and no way to cool them. When asked for an extra pillow they informed us that they do not have any extras to spare. Would never stay there again

It’s exactly what you would expect, for the price and it being a motel 6. It was quiet, and staff was friendly. Great place to stay a night after coming from the airport, before going to your next destination.

The deadbolt locked on the door. I was locked out of my room from 2 o’clock in the morning till 12 noon because I couldn’t get the door open and then told me they couldn’t calm me a room.

Liked: The bed was comfortable. Disliked: The staff gave us the wrong key and we ended up opening the wrong hotel and disturbing the guests. It was late at night. When we got the room and opened it, The room was smelling. The bathroom was small as well. The room seemed to be clean. The floor was old and worn out at places. I saw good rating and booked but I would not recommend this hotel in Portland it is below par. We didnt have any other option so we had to stay. I have stayed at many Motel 6 and they are good. Surprisingly we stayed at another Motel 6 hotel in Seattle and that was very good.

Do not listen to the maps. In order to get there, you have to go straight on Marine dr.... the receptionist was very friendly. The bed was way, way too squishy. The microwave was still dirty from the last guest. Overall it was an okay stay.

One thing I didn't like was the shower head is so high up! But that is at almost any motel now days. :( So I am only 4' 9", yes, that's four foot 9 inches; but I can tell you, it would be a worthwhile investment to add a flexible hand held shower nozzle to ALL rooms. There are vertically challenged people everywhere who would greatly appreciate it!! Your staff is AWESOME! Check-in was a breeze. Getting into my room, I didn't use enough pushing down on the lever to get the door to open and the cheerful check in lady who helped me, sorry I forgot her name (about 4:30 pm) and then Shelly, who helped us to check out, after arriving back from a concert at 12:15 am. After seeing the weather report, we decided not to spend the night, but drive back home. She processed a refund right then & there! The property was well lighted. There was security patrolling the property. The staff was great. Motel 6 Troutdale will definitely be our #1 place to stay whenever we have reason to visit the Portland area in the future. Thank you for making that an easy decision.
