Clean room, but bathroom door knob was broken. Almost got trapped in there.

Customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. The young man was rude and nasty during check in. In the morning the guy snatched the room keys and didn’t say anything.

It was "ok", if you're a sound sleeper and all you need is a locking door and a bed to rest up and keep on driving the next day. The place looks ok until you walk inside the doors, then you feel like you entered some type of "jail cafeteria". The people hanging around in there were pretty sketchy looking, and I don't usually feel like that. However, my room door locked and the bed appeared to be clean. If you sleep lightly, this is NOT the place for you! People walking in/out of rooms and talking very loud, until pretty early hours into the am. Water pressure was almost none, the toilet wouldn't even flush the toilet paper down. I would not stay again. I booked online, then saw it was advertised for half the price I paid, when I went to read the reviews further after booking... Kinda pissed about that!! But I had already booked and it said non-refundable, so I felt stuck with it..

The clerk checking me in was so rude. I waited at the counter while I could hear her around the corner watching TV. I walked back towards the door and back to the counter hoping to catch her attention. I finally knocked loudly on the counter and she yelled out quite shortly that she would be out in a minute. When she came around the corner she said she said that I had just walked in. I told her I had been waiting for a while and she said I was lying.
The bed was uncomfortable and the blanket and bed cover had to be taken off as off as they were obviously unwashed by their smell. The following morning I passed the maid cart and saw that there were no replacement blankets or bed covers on her cart so they obviously don't change them.
I stayed a few weeks ago and the young man then was very nice.

Front door was literally taped together, the elevator had trash and food on the floor, and my first room was flooded when I checked in, and the beds are awful.
Despite all of these things, the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

The only reason we stayed there was that it was last minute. The only good thing about the hotel was that the room very clean. Otherwise, traffic and parking area was liud all night, the plumbing from rooms around ours sounded like a jet engine and the bathroom sink barely spit out water. The front door to the lobby was also busted, no glass, and replaced with two sheets of plexiglass taped and screwed on.

It was clean and nice except our shower and sink made a lot of noise. So please check your plumbing. Other then that prefect. Great job.

The room was clean enough for my ocd on cleanliness. The entire Hotel was run down. Carpets were not clean in the hallways and appeared old from 1990. Smelled old. Hotel needs to test for mold in every room & hallways.
I needed to do laundry and front desk clerk, 18yo male, didn't know info to answer my question: how many minutes does $2.50 buy on the washer & dryer? His reply was not satisfactory, "I don't know, I never use the laundry." STAFF SHOULD KNOW WHETHER HE USES LAUNDRY OR NOT!! TRAIN YOUR STAFF CORRECTLY, MOTEL 6!! Put a sign with info in laundry room & correct info when info changes.

This has the qorst service i have ever exsperienced this motel needs to fire the entire staff and not allow those people to ever get jobs again they arw worthless at customer service and really need ro be put back into there places they work at a motel it aint a goverment job and there rooms are dirty too the sheets had not been changed the bathroom had hair all over it it was down right nasty just like their attitudes were and they lie to customers they pick and choose who they like and treat the rest poorly horrible exsperience im gonna tell everyone i know how bad it was and never to stay there

Clean priced right convenient good bed

I get that this is a value motel, but it really didn’t even meet my expectations for a motel at this price point. The front doors appear to have been broken out and replaced with plexiglass, neither key card worked, the hallway reeked of pot, and the entire premises were fairly run down. We were routinely awakened by noise from the hall, including what seemed to be a serious fight/argument. The room, at least, seemed clean. If you just need a cheap room and are willing to accept what comes with it, go for it. If you can spend the extra $20 and stay someplace better, you should do so.

This was a typical Motel 6. Nothing great. Property is a little run down and Rough. The side doors to this property never locked during the day or night, so anyone could enter the hotel through side doors. Low security. Our heater in our room would shake and make a loud screeching noise every time it came on, making it hard to sleep. There were people hanging outside the building most the night, and returning late at night made us uneasy walking back to our room. We have stayed here before, but this time was a little worse than usual.

I like how convenient of an area it is. Staff are friendly.

Room seemed clean. Beds were firm but generally comfortable. Room on back overlooking pool was quiet except for occasional people in hall.
Housekeeping was in daily. Some towels were very nice.
Elevator was fairly fast which helped as the stays are somewhat inconvenient. Generally happy with my stay.
It's on a one way outer road, so there can be a bit of looping around the block to get to/from hotel.

area is borderline "good area" but.... the rooms are very small and basic. Stayed for balloon festival, and would reccommend, but note - you aren't getting a microwave, or a refrigerator. You have a room and bed with a tv, and great view. Try tin can alley near by. We loved the location of the hotel.

The reception staff were all very pleasant, helpful and welcoming. The entire hotel had a fresh, clean smell and my room was very clean. I felt safe and secure. It has all the basics but no frills. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Great staff, you can tell they like their jobs and they work great together as a team. All were helpful and kind. Very clean and close to the balloon fiesta. The only complaint is that if you are in room 110, there are vents that go straight out to the smoking section and you can actually see through straight outside so that room smells like smoke when they are smoking out there. ewww They should block out those vents somehow. Everything else was great.

Room was fairly clean. Cigarette burns on the bathtub. The elevator wasn’t working. Wi-Fi was down. The laundromat was broke as well. Got woke up at 3am to a burglar alarm going off at the property next door. It’ll be a cold day in hell before this motel gets any more money from me

When checking in was told the elevator was not working. I was unable to open the door to the room because both the key fob and the door handle did not work had to walk all the way back to the front desk. The bathroom faucet was hard to open to get any water. The shower had a very slow drain. The property just seemed dirty and very poorly kept. I was very dissatisfied with my stay!

After arriving for check-in I was informed the elevators were broke and no rooms on the first floor. Wi-Fi was down for the entire stay. I realize it's not the most expensive hotel in the world but can you say down run down (being polite). But the guy says he was more than happy to not charge me for the room if I didn't want to stay. How kind of him huh?
