The staff was rude. Instead of calling they just randomly knocked on my door and threatened to call the police at checkout. The room was nice but bedsheets were stained i asked for new ones and they said the laundry was closed. Overall decent place just didn't like the disrespect and disregard. Be more respectful to the guests

It was clean .

The room had vomit or something on the toilet and on the floor by the toilet. Not a little, quite a big area and it had been there awhile. The door handles to the room are loose and difficult to use because the deadbolt keeps falling down. Otherwise the linens and towels were clean. Very noisy heater and road outside. Park in the front because it doesn't feel safe in back lot.

There were burn marks on everything and the blankets had tons of holes from being burned. People also had tried to come into the room so many times, and once I unlocked the door, people were just walking right in. They didn’t wait till I was checked out. Not sure if I would stay again

Descent price-however very unclean and not updated!!! Toilet didn’t flush and when asked for a plunger we had to go get it from the staff-they didn’t offer to fix it. 1 inch gap mounded the door to the outside…. It was below freezing!!! Door on the bathroom was half gone!! Would not stay again… positive, it was quiet!

Toilet leaked and the heater was on the fritz. TV wasn't working and when calling the room phone didn't work. No one would come to the room nor offer to move us.

Smelly, run down and dirty. I got no sleep because it was so gross. You get what you pay for I guess.

I enjoyed the stay. Was very quiet and very private know one bothered me and anything I needed my needs were met to every expectations. It was a little outdated but for the price you can't beat it.

The property had only half of the amenities it stated it had. No microwave, no fridge, water didn’t work for the first 2 hours, and HORRIBLE customer service. The office attendant was super rude and dismissive.

The part i did not like is that the bed was to small when i booked a king bed and i a twin and there was no microwave or a fridge and i said when i booked the room there was not very satisfied

They kept saying my card declined even tho the money is there.. i checked in across the street just fine

We stayed in non-smoking room, but the smell of tobacco and cigarets was very strong first night. Maybe it was coming from the neighbour room, I am not sure, but I didn't like it. Otherwise, nice location for my trip. No-frills. No breakfast, but plenty of options to get one around.

The room is super small, the sheets had cigarettes holes, I went to celebrate a birthday in a Saturday within 10 minutes no music just sang happy birthday to my daughter people were complaining I felt like I was inside a box

Someone was stabbed in the parking lot while I was there. Heater didn’t work at all.

The place was invested with bed bugs. Severe bite requiring hospital and antibiotics. Had to leave and go to another hotel.

It's in a great spot for travel and idea for a one night stay. Unfortunately it is pretty loud with people coming in and out at all hours. They do owe we let you have two dogs for free which was a huge help for us!

Place was dirty ,bed was severely old 1 pillow that was hard ,lumpy ,small enough for a baby crib when asked for another one they were any available. Noisy , seemed like they're were long term residents with shaddy things going on in parking lot . Just a terrible experince !

It was horrible. Upon opening my door there was an insane amount of noise coming from the room next to mine. The outlet plugs in the room did not hold the charging or computer plugs and just fell out of the holes. I had to up my computer cord with my briefcase and charge my phone with my computer port. Toilet paper roll in bathroom was next to nothing..needless to say I was able to use what was left for blowing my nose. Absolutely zero Wi-Fi to the property. Tried connecting for almost 2 hours and finally gave up. Also, when a list of wi-fi networks came up, one said FBI Command Center van. Took a screenshot of it due to it being rather odd. In any event, if that was the real deal what does it say about this property that I haven’t said already. But that’s what I get for spending $96/night.

We are 76 and are glad to have a bed after traveling 12 hours Hard to understand the attendant He wanted to charge me more because we couldn’t climb the stairs We had previously stayed in one of your updated European style nothing fancy but enjoyed it This one was a disappointment

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!! I am giving 1 star because there is no Zero. We checked in on September 16th and checked out on September 17th.First of all the door of one of the rooms would not open, we had to ask the front desk guy 3 times to help us. He finally came upstairs and gave us another room. The rooms were dirty, smelling like cigarette; comforter had cigarette holes; bathroom ceiling had mold, toilet pump broken(water was running all night long, bathtub was clogged), metal rails all around the building were very rusty, building needs severe maintenance!!! Mattress was sagging. Tv wasn’t working. The front desk/ maintenance guy could not make it work, so gave us another room stinking like cigarette!!!Too many people smoking in front of the rooms during the night and morning! It felt like a lawless place, a nightmare!!Horrible!!! Unfortunately all the hotels in the area were booked up, otherwise we would have left.

It was a room and a hot shower

Clean enough but obviously built decades ago and not well maintained, Charged more for an advance booking than the rate they displayed for walk-ins. Not good value for the money. Might have been top-notch in the 70s. Not now.

They gave me a smoke room with flies. The smoke smell and trying to fight the flies to leave was annoying. When I made a complaint to a young guy who works there. He said that’s the room I booked at Hotels.com, I don’t even smoke and I should contact hotels.com. So I was force to endure smoke smell for two days. When checking out, and older gentleman was there, he said all the young guy had to do is change my room. The old man customer service went over and beyond even to assist with getting my car to work.

The pictures reflect the bed and desk upgrades, but overall the property is really dirty and rundown. We didnt feel safe and it was very noisy, with some scary clientele around. We will not be back.
