Nicely furnished. Large room with nice lauout amd plenty og closet/wardrobe space.

Nice place , but was amazed you couldn't get coffee or a pastry for breakfast unless you ordered it.

Staff was incredibly friendly & helpful, we walked in just as a College Basketball team was checking in & the staff was just refreshingly friendly.

I loved the courtyard... the fire pit is perfect for staying warm whike out on a cold night.

This was a great place to stay. Rooms are clean, and everyone was professional and friendly. And as a bonus, there is a Starbucks!

The staff here - from the front desk to the lady taking care of the breakfast - were top notch! Very friendly, pleasant and helpful. They made our stay very pleasant

Staff were great! Never opened breakfast area, put out coffee pots at 8am!

The breakfast was not included in the price of the hotel. If you wanted coffee or anything you had to pay for it. Will not stay here again

After several hours driving I wanted somewhere for a good nights sleep and food, didnt want to go out for food. After checking in online, found restaurant and bar are closed Sunday and Monday. Great. Picked up food. No microwave in the room. No breakfast, not even coffee in lobby in the morning. Room and bed were clean and comfortable, but the road noise was hellish all night. For the price, not worth it

Location around hotel is nice. Bristol is a fun place to be at. The hotel itself advertised a working hot tub which is why we picked this hotel but we got there and found out it hadn’t worked in months which would have been nice to know before booking. The rooms were rather small for the price and doesn’t provide a microwave to warm up your dinner leftovers for breakfast which would have been nice since continental breakfast is NOT provided. The provide breakfast that you have to pay for and it’s wayyyy over priced. Very disappointing

Great property and enjoyed my stay

For the cost of the one night - no complimentary breakfast. Everything else was normal.

This place is an old property with a facelift, noisy air unit in room, cracked shower, only 2 towels, etc.

Clean rooms.

Very nice hotel. It is surrounded by great restaurants and has a movie theater across the street. It is within fifteen minutes of the Creeper Trail.

Excellent facility. Breakfast on site understaffed.

The staff was very kind and courteous. At check in the person doing my check in went to extra effort to get me a room away from street noise. I was very disappointed with my room that had no microwave oven at this expensive property. This is a simple standard these days even at much lower rate hotels!

Nice hotel, nice room, warm indoor pool but radius tiles around pool corners were raised 1” - 2” and it looked really bad and dangerous, hot tub had caution tape all around it so we couldnt get in it and didnt want to as it was freezing cold. We just wanted a hotel with a hot the and warm indoor pool and free breakfast. Breakfast, if they had any, idk, we were up at 9:15am and didnt see any coffee, food, not even any employees around the kitchen area to take our order even if they didnt have free breakfast- i know they had breakfast to order as i saw it when we walked in the night before. Also the pool didnt have any towels, i had to go get some from front desk and that was like asking for 4 ounces of 24 kt gold for free or something. It was much better then the last Marriot which was in charlotte by airport, the bristol location was much cleaner, smelled and looked better and was possibly newer. At least it didnt smell like maarijuana all thru the hallways like the Charlotte marriott did.

The main reason we booked here was the hot tub My husband has cancer and the hot tub does wonders for his painful bones ☹️ Needless to say 200$ a night for a bed was definitely not worth it I spoke with the desk attendant and “unfortunately was unable to give any discount “ 2.00 for a coffee and 17.00$ for scrambled eggs couple slices of bacon and toast 😞😞😞 Lesson learned

Terrible property, do not stay here. We booked a room with a queen bed and a pull out couch. 1st room they gave us didn't have the pull out couch. 2nd room smelled like a smoker just checked out and the couch was filthy. Also we specifically searched for a hotel with a pool and the pool was closed when we got there. Why wasn't that mentioned in the description of the hotel so we knew before booking?

The toilet as clogged, pool area was closed and thats the main reason we stayed there, chips and marijuana all over the carpet, Marijuana on the balcony, and i have a 6 year old kid,

We were very pleased with our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott. The rooms are lovely and clean and access to dining was great! Very nice facilities!

July 2023, hotel pool was down since June and not advertised. They let us use hot tub however it was cold like a pool not very useful. Service area for food and bar was barely open. Checkin/out were no issues. Room was great. Li.ited gym basically treadmills. Would stay there again but make sure everything is working first because the hot tub and pool was main reason for staying at location.

Clean hotel / bed super hard / shower very good / ac works good / nice size room / good parking / friendly staff

This stay was terrible our original room was dirty and the bed was wet, my son was hit by something I won’t say bed bugs but something for sure. They charged my credit card 3 times for 1 charge, they were supposed to comp one night for the inconveniences, has not been done yet then the room was dirty and looked like it was under construction then have the nerve to charge for breakfast like they are a luxury hotel and they are far from. Don’t book.
