A very poorly maintained room. Their “breakfast” option was a joke! Coffee and danish. I’ve stayed at many Super8s. This one is the worst. GFI receptacle by the loose from the wall, and the ground wire is not connect. So you can get majorly shock with GFI protection. The shower curtain rod twists down so the curtain does stay closed. If I stay here again I’ll wanna see the room first.

Not very well maintained, needs a lot of work, the room ridiculously smelled of smoke, could use a better cleaning, no cups or coffee in the room.
Really wish I would have stayed somewhere else and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I was gonna pay cash when i checked in and before i could get there they called and said either i pay with a card or the was going to give my room away. I get up and start packing up to leave to find my truck has been keyed very bad. We will never stay at this location again

Everything was stress free, plenty of room for my dog and the front desk staff was exceptional.

The property managers were great because Expedia never sent them my reservation information from last week's booking and lied to me saying they had been on the phone with them holding for 20 minutes on Saturday while the property manager had been there for 6 hours and told me he had received all incoming calls and none were from Expedia. He honored the Expedia rate anyway. Hotel was great. I have been using Expedia for over 20 years for flights, but I will NEVER use them again for hotel bookings. Beyond horrible.

The room I booked was a double non-smoking but I was given a smoking room. When I explained that the room was not what I was given I was told that they could not provide a different room or switch me to another hotel within the same branch. The comment that upset me most was that I was told that the room they were giving me was the one that smelled the least.

If we hadn’t just driven 14 hours straight and arrived at 11pm, we would have driven around to find anywhere else. The moment we stepped in the room we were met with a pungent, odor. Something between stale smoke and a retirement home. You could tell the entire room hasn’t had a proper cleaning in MONTHS. Dirt and dust caked im every corner & on every surface and ledge. The air conditioner was actually disgusting. Hair that wasn’t ours in the sink, shower and on the floor. Homeless people and addicts hanging around the parking lot made it feel unsafe the moment we pulled up. I can’t for the life of me understand how this motel had 7 stars but they couldn’t pay me to park in their parking lot, never mind stay in a room again. Go literally anywhere else.

Waffle House is on this property. There were homeless and addicts hanging around all the time. Tub wasn’t draining properly and the shower curtain rod was broke so the curtain would slide open all the time.

I was stopping in Chattanooga on a road trip from Philadelphia, PA to Houston TX and needed a basic place to stay for one night. Given the length of my drive, I arrived late and left early, so I needed something that was quick to get into and out of and could rely on being there no matter how late I arrived. This Super 8 met all my needs.

Room smelled musty. Toilet was broken and I didn’t want to shower there either. The smell kept me up most of the night.

Place was good for a quick overnight stay which is all I wanted. Room was very clean and the staff helpful. They advertised a free breakfast but when I got to the breakfast room all they had were honey buns in the plastic wrapping, coffee and juice. As it just so happened, there was a Waffle House on the other side of their parking lot, so that's where I ate. I have a funny feeling that the Waffle House people made a deal with the hotel staff not to have many breakfast options so as to increase business.

Non-smoking room has terrible smoke smell. No smoking sign on door, but ash trey in room as well as cigarette burn stains on tub a dcountertops.

Garbage dumpster pickup arrived @ 3:00am
Woke up everyone w/ all the beating and banging picking up and resetting of the dumpster. Not real good for workers or travelers.

Hairs in the bed, stains on blankets and ceiling. Could hear footsteps through the ceiling. Ad said “breakfast” was included- turned out the only food for breakfast was vending machine honeybuns.

This motel was decent if you're just looking for a fairly inexpensive bed for a quick overnight travel stop. It was safe and reasonably clean. However it did not offer a real breakfast... simply a honey bun and a cup of coffee. We had to resort to the Waffle House next door.

We checked in very late at night, we were tired and had to have some sleep. Staff was very courteous, but we weren’t particularly comfortable with surroundings. Room was decent - acceptable enough. The security lock on the door was broken, which was very concerning. 24-hr restaurant (not affiliated with motel) was adjacent to parking lot, which would be convenient - we did not eat there, however. Probably would not choose this location again, definitely would not suggest to women traveling alone or to families with children.

Breakfast was coffee only, the it was supposed to be smoke free but it was smelling horrible, toilet was broken not Stick to the floor.
When costumer look for hotel with breakfast we expect eggs at least.
