Check in was really easy and quick. Room was clean and in a great location. The beach is just across the street with two restaurants practically on the hotel property. Very convenient. The bed was comfortable if you like firm. Would definitely stay another night.

My granddaughters loved the stay , one day at the beach, and after so much beautiful sunshine the next day in the indoor swimming pool 😀

Not the best choice to stay in St. Augustine Beach. Room was not cleaned daily despite hanging out the maid service please sign. Aircon not working properly and the beach clothes do not really dry in the rooms.

The Motel has the best location in St Augustine Beach für me, i have been coming here fir over 10 years now and it has been renovevated at least a couple of times over the years. Some rooms could need a little update(maintance) but for that price and location it is great...

Great location near the beach and restaurants . Room was clean and parking was easy. My only complaint was the elevator didn’t work which wasn’t a huge deal since it’s only a two story building.

I stay here often and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. Easy access to the beach, and plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Definitely my favorite place to relax and get a good night's sleep.

Location is great, beach and pier directly across the road and a variety of good restaurants less than a block away (easy walking). 5 minute drive into Historic District.
No breakfast on site (only coffee in morning) and no patio or outdoor sitting area.

The room was neat, lt looked like an IKEA room, sparce but had just enough, no extras. Staff was fast and friendly, it was close to the beach and quiet at night. Only negative was I found a bottle cap next to the bed so it made me wonder how well the floor had been cleaned. For the Location & price I would stay there again.

The hotel is not fancy but we found it more than adequate. We found the location of the Regency Inn excellent! It is bordered on both sides by seafood restaurants which were very good with other restaurants within easy walking distance; it is directly across from the public pier; and it is set back from the beach access street which means the hotel is quiet. Our only objection was the room has no place to hang clothes

The hotel, rooms, pool, etc. look better in the pictures than in person. Th room was clean but sparse. There was a single chair in the room and 2 "beaten up" wooden cubes (2' squares) that were set up like a coffee table in front of the chair. No luggage rack nor hangers or rack for hanging clothes. The shower/toilet area had been renovated (poorly) recently, but a bigger issue is the door swings into that space. My husband is a big guy and he could hardly find room to stand so he could get the door shut. The walls are very thin. We could hear every word from the TV in the room next to ours. Because it was clean we made due, but this hotel is not one we'll return to.

this is a great inexpensive option for a stay in St Augustine. The rooms are clean and meet all the basic needs

Room 204, with one king bed, was clean, spacious & comfy. The desk staff were friendly. The rooms have been remodeled & have no carpeting, which makes me happy, because carpet holds gross dirt even after vacuuming. There was a decent-sized mini fridge and a small microwave. Everything was in great working order. I could hear sounds from the adjoining rooms, but I travel with earplugs, so it didn't bother me. There was one stain on the ceiling that looked like a previous roof leak that had been painted over. The location is perfect - right across from a major beach access, tucked behind a well-stocked Circle K and with 5-6 restaurants within walking distance. I booked late - the same morning of my first night, and found a great rate on Hotels.com.
