If you are looking for an affordable, family friendly, nice place near the National Park, this is your place. The pool wasn’t open, but it was clean. Our room was very clean. They offered a lot of amenities. The beds are very firm. There was a lot of activity with folks visiting outside and enjoying the weather, but it was very quiet inside of our room. We look forward to staying here again.

What a gem! This cute motel was extremely clean and has a gorgeous view behind. Very welcoming staff.
The only downside was the strong fragance in the room- it wasn’t a bad smell, just intense. Once we found the diffuser and put it outside for the evening it was no longer a problem.

Stayed 2 nights in March while visiting Sequoia NP. Impressed to find a gas fire for heat in the room. Bed very comfortable. Towels could be thicker, but generally fine. Great location with property backing onto the river.

The Lazy J is the cleanest and friendliest lodging in Three Rivers! It has river access, horseshoes, volleyball, tetherball, etc. Just a great place to stay!

We had a very nice stay here after our trip to Sequoia. Very cozy, clean room with friendly staff. Perfect place to stay if you're visiting Sequoia.

The only reason I didn't give this property a 5 star rating was because of the pool. It was greenish and there was a lot of build-up on the bottom.
The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable

Really lovely one night stay, we wished it could have been longer. The lady at reception was so friendly and helpful, she gave us a map and a list of local restaurants/coffee shops. Motel is such a pretty setting. Room was very comfortable and clean.

The room is very small but clean. The best part is the river access that was nice

Classic old-style motel set just off the river. Reminded me of being a kid. Rooms are NOT fancy, but are well maintained and clean. Management was very friendly and responsive to a [very] minor issue with out room. NOTE: becasue of staffing (as of 1 June 2023) office isn't open for checking until 3:00. Plan your arrival accordingly.

I couldn't rest comfortably because there were many flying insects (huge mosquitos) in the room and we couldn't kill the all. Maybe due to the dirty pool in the property.
