Comfy, quiet, great hot breakfast options, great value, close to multitude of dining choices & shopping. Our handicapped accessible room did not have a handheld shower; the shower nozzle was so tall that an average height person (without disabilities) could hardly reach to adjust. Room servicing limited to fresh towels & emptying trash if you left room after 1 pm. We had to ask for sheets to be changed after 5 days of a 7 day stay. Safe parking

Room looks like it had not been cleaned in a month. The bathroom was filthy. Grime and mildew was all around the caulking around the tub. Some of the caulking was even missing. One wall in the bathroom was filthy with some unknown stuff on it. The main door to the room was missing the safety lock and there was unpainted section. Just awful.

The stay was very nice. The person at the front desk was very friendly and efficient.

Room was clean and comfortable. Pillows were just okay. View was of a fence and the roof of a building next door. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay.

The blackout curtains did not extend over the windows meaning no privacy and no ability to close out sunlight. What kind of design was this? Also squeeking bathroom door. Beds quite comfortable as were pillows. Scalding hot water.

I normally have no issues with staying at Best Western hotels, but this one left a sour taste in my mouth. My room smelled of urine, multiple stains on the floor, loose bath fixtures, sink drain was so slow the sink would fill up, hair clogging the bathtub drain, hallways wreaked of pot, and there were multiple people smoking pot in the parking lot. The one shining light was that our bedding was fresh, but I did not enjoy my stay and will probably reconsider staying at Best Western hotels in the future.

Staff was rude. Beds were like concrete. Not a real safe area. Breakfast was ok at best. The best I can say is the room was clean.

The hotel was clean and very quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect. The room had everything we needed. The area around the hotel had lots of options for dining and shopping. We absolutely enjoyed our stay! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Maid service was sketchy. They weren't consistent with cleaning our room or supplying us with towels Breakfast was good hut boring. Too many cheese omelets.

Great staff, but they charged me $50 for no reason to check in. If there are hidden fees, they need to become unhidden and verified at the point of reservation.

I stayed in the first room on the first floor. There was over an inch of space under the door to my room, through which all sounds carried almost as if there was no door. A male employee spoke loudly at the front desk all night and I could hear every word he said.
I went out and bought earplugs the next night, which helped some. But I still had great difficulty sleeping due to noise getting through them. In the mornings, I was awoken around 5:30 with clanking breakfast preparations.
I saw two roaches crawling on the ceiling, once in my bathroom, and once above my bed.
This was an awful experience overall.

This hotel showed us 3 of the last rooms available for our 4 night booking with a reservation and all three rooms were terrible! First room smelled of cigarette smoke and mildew, 2nd room had shredded curtains and the hotel clerk closed the door and took us immediately to the 3rd room which had dog feces on the floor. We left but they would not give us a refund, stating it was at the managers discretion. we were told he was not available or on the premises. We are in the process of pursuing a refund!! Met others at another hotel who had similar experience. HELP! We are Best Western Reward members, too!

The room was nicely furnished and clean. Bathroom, however, seemed a bit dated. Some noise in halls and adjoining rooms until around 10:30 and then relatively quiet. Average breakfast, with hot and cold items; pastries were virtually gone when we arrived shortly before 8 AM.

You don't need to keep searching; click "Reserve" at this outstanding location! I work for a non-profit, and so I'm always looking for clean, safe, and reasonably priced. Convenient to major highways is a huge plus. This outstanding hotel checked all my boxes. I will DEFINITELY reserve here again. Friendly staff, clean & quiet rooms, comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower, nice breakfast set up, lots of restaurants in walking distance and safe area. This location was PERFECT for me, and at a great price!

Hotel was clean and had a welcoming lobby. It’s very convenient to Mercy Hospital. Room was quiet. I had to skip breakfast so no review of the food but it looked good. They have a weekly breakfast menu posted showing what will be served on which day. Nice touch!
My only negative is it felt like bathtub was slippery and it doesn’t have a large flat surface to stand on. Made showering a bit precarious.

Bathroom was NASTY ! I paid extra to get a room with a jetted tub and it was black with grease and dirt ! I had to go buy cleaning stuff to clean it good enough to even take a shower in it ! no way I would have used the tub

Property was rundown since my last visit. Pool was green and not usable. Bathroom in lobby out of service entire 7 days of my stay. My room not cleaned 2 days in a row and staff not too concerned. Actually told me it may not be cleaned the next day. Not offered an apology but did offer me clean towels and replacement trash bag liners. Not interested in staying there again. Too bad because it had been quite nice in past visits.

This was the first time my wife and I stayed at this establishment. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was spacious, clean, and had multiple plug-ins. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good, with quite a few different choices. Checkout was quick, just put your key cards in a locked box on their desk as you leave. We would stay here again.

Made a reservation. Paid with cash. When i arrived i informed them that i had a pet. Was told that there was a pet fee and i could pay it when i check out. Next morning, i was locked out of my room because i haven't paid the pet fee. Ok, no problem. I was then told that i had to pay the fee in cash instead of my credit card. No ATM on the premises. I had to get cash and pay the pet fee which i incured additional costs for withdrawal. Pool was not open. Rooms could have been cleaner. Dirt in corners of bathroom. Housekeepers were friendly. Front desk person didn't have name badges

The room and location were good. The breakfast service was lacking. Some equipment was broken and some food quantities were limited. We did not choose to eat there.

the staff were nice and friendly but i picked up a dead cockroach wadded in hair and fuzz from behind the bathroom door, the toile had old urine on it, the tables were not wiped down and the bed was fully made with the dirty sheets from a previous guest.. hairs and body fluids in the bed. I asked the desk to bring me new sheets at 11pm and i made my own bed
