Positive: The staff was super friendly and very helpful!
Not so positive:
Very stained (or dirty?) bed linens and bath towels.
The walls between guestrooms are paper thin, to the point that I had to use earplugs to ignore the loud snoring sounds coming thru the wall.

I cancelled my trip before the 24hours - was told I would be refunded. I received an email that states I will not be refunded and obviously they did not cancel my reservation. This is the 2nd time we have tried hotels.com and we're scammed out of our money. Customer service and Hotels.com lie to you and then take your money.

Everything was very good except the alarm clock. It went off at 6 AM and I tried to turn it off, but 10 minutes later, it went off again, I turned it off and 10 minutes later, it went off again. We couldn’t find anywhere on the clock that you could turn off The alarm. None of us needed to get up at 6 o’clock, but the alarm changed all that. I did report it to the front desk, so hopefully they change the clock.

Knocked on our door at midnight to wake us up and move us to another room and then we had to move to another room again.

The stay would have been at least a 4 but for the 2nd stay in a row check out is at noon not 10. Why are you knocking on my door waking me up at 10 when checkout is at NOON. Beds are nice showers are nice pretty clean all around but stop waking me up every time I stay there. May have to look around for another place if this doesn’t stop.

We were there for the Marshall marathon over the weekend. Very easy check in. Clean comfortable room. The price was good. Had a great time there. Backyard pub and Black Sheep bistro were right across the street and next door. The party kept rolling. If you are in Huntington, this is the place.

We arrive around 9pm. The bar was open, but no food was available. We ordered DoorDash from a local restaurant. Breakfast is not included in the basic room reservation. We ordered AM room service because we had to get up early. It was very expensive and terrible. They did not have fresh eggs to order them over easy. Everything was very salty On-site parking is limited and not guaranteed. Paid public parking is behind the building. The staff was friendly.

The property is close to a lot of restaurants and bars which is nice. Lots of parking on site plus they offer a shuttle.

There was a small mix-up at check in but Samantha (front desk manager) took care of it right away and bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. She was a true gem. The hotel was amazingly comfortable and the shower was the absolute best!! Highly recommend!

Nice location. Staff was very friendly. Our suite was above the lobby and very noisy. Also myself and other folks staying reported their rooms lacked decent cooling/ac. Was very hot in the rooms despite thermostats were set to 65.

Breakfast was great, really nice hotel, probably one of the best I been to, beds are hard as every hotel but it what it is. The service was above and beyond the room was well upgraded and was worth the money.
