When we got our room after checking in,we got up to the room went in and started checking our bed the floor and both were completely filthy!! One bed had linens that had stains that was large in 2 spots with a rip in the sheets so I wasn't gonna let my grand son lay in that nasty bed so we called down and changed rooms from 731 to 727.then we got to the 2nd room and it was a lot better but the only thing wrong was the 2nd room they gave us they gave to someone else at 6:09 A.M when they took their issued key to try to enter our room which scared the crap out of my family and I jumped up looked thru the peep hole and saw them placing their card against the key reader several times then jigging the door aggressively while pushing and shoulder thrusting the door!@ the moment he pushed I opened the door letting them know the room was occupied and they went back down to check-in.thst was very traumatic and scary for my family but could have been very dangerous for the unintentional intruder..I feel as if Caesar should rectify my terrible situation for my family outing for mother's Day....

I went to the casino around 11pm . At the time we waited for over 30 to 45 minutes for a waitress to be seen on the floor. We attempted to stop her and she deliberately ignored me and kept walking. She eventually came from the back and I asked her why did she ignore me and she stated that the other waitress gets upset when she sees her talking to people in her section, because she feels like she is stealing her tips! I told Ms Michelle that was very unprofessional for her to deliberately ignore me. She could have easily stated that I will get someone to help u! She didn’t! We spoke to Ms sharon who was a supervisor and was very friendly! I felt discriminated and will never ever go back to harahs casino! Another problem I had was that the first room smelt like someone had poured 2 gallons of concentrated bleach everywhere! What scent were they attempting to cover up! The second room refrigerator was broke ! The food I put in it went bad! I must say the front desk people were kind and friendly.

We decided not to stay. Entrance to the lobby is through a flthy, dingy, parking garage. No bellmen on staff to assist with luggage after 9:00 p.m. No luggage carts are allowed to be used by anyone other than staff. Too far of a distance for a disabled person to drag luggage from a garage parking space to a room. Front desk said we should leave luggage in car. 3 police cars at the lobby entrance in the garage. We felt unsafe, disrespected, and left. We lost our money by booking through a 3rd party. The facility was not described accurately. Restaurants around front desk looked old and dingy. It was a disappointment having to find another room at 10:00 pm with luggage racks.

I was very disappointed. For $200 plus a night, there was no valet, or business center, and they charged $10 a night for a microwave. I will not be staying here again.
