Would definitely stay again. The reason I did not give it five stars is one morning the cleaning crew was cleaning super loudly so hard to sleep pounding on the wall. The view from the room was awful but we didn't mind too much as we don't stay in the room to look out the window. However the staff was nice. We were able to check in early for $50.00. The rooms were nice the beds were decent. Nothing that hurt and I have a bad back. For budget friendly its a nice place to stay.

The hotel check-in process is a nightmare with long lines and rooms not being ready. They want you to use mobile check-in so it is hard to find assistance when there is an issue The piano bar had great music but the waitresses are rude if you don't buy drinks ($17 for a glass of wine). I was hassled by security entering the pool area with a glass of water from my room. I would not stay there again or anywhere else on the strip due to a lack of customer service from staff.

Room did not have a mini fridge to save items that required to be kept cold. Had to improvise. I also has trouble with self parking. Room key was supposed to allow us to exit however would not work for us and had to pay at exit. Made staff aware and they submitted to 3rd party reimburse.

Check in not efficient or helpful. No toiletries. Parking sucks. Cigarettes everywhere.
2.0
The room was not clean, blood stains on the sheets the shower looked nasty and it was dust everywhere!!
Then they had the nerve to only offer me no resort fee charges for 1 day $50.
Dont stay here!! Im calling corporate for sure

Okay. Needs updating

The hotel was the most affordable on the strip that I could find. Comfortable pillows. Super bad insolation you hear everything including plumbing noise. You hear the hallway as if there is no door. No fridge in the room. The most insulting thing is not the 20$ coffee at one of the 2 in-hotel Starbucks locations ( twice the price outside of the hotel) it’s the pool. They have only a dozen free chairs the reste you have to pay for them. The chairs get reserved at the beginning of the day with a towel and you hardly see anyone sitting on them. So you have to just take one.

The room was very clean and updated and spacious. Check in was a bit of a hassle the kiosk did not work for me.

A resort fee of $51 was charged per day, for what? There was no complimentary coffee make up remover pads or robes in the room. You had to request housekeeping. There were additional charges to use the pool. Food and drinks were 2x the price of other well established hotels.

The hotel room was ok, very clean and better than I expected. The only thing that we didn't like was that the plugs in the side table were not working so we couldn't charge our phones there during the whole trip. There was no plug in the mini desk, so couldn't connect my laptop there. We needed to charge the phones in the bathroom.

Wonderful! Conveniently located. Seeing Donnie Osman was the icing on the cake.

Good: location! Easy access to the monorail, easy walk both directions of the strip. And the room seemed clean.
Bad: skip if you don't want to read a rant.
We have stayed at the Flamingo a few times for events due to the location with the monorail and price. We decided to try Harrah's since it's the same location and similar price. At check in and after paying extra for a king bed they tell me they have no king beds left but they can give us a room with a view. I agree because we're exhausted but I asked if it would be possible to try to switch to a king the next day. And the woman at the desk gives me a condescending speech about, you want a king? You want to switch to a room with no view? You want a regular room and not a room with a view? Like I said, it was 2 in the morning so I told her no nevermind that room was fine.
The view was decent, if we leaned really far into the corner of the window we could see the sphere and we could see the high roller.
We took to calling the pillows "dead bodies" because they were so huge, so hard, and so heavy. Really horrible uncomfortable pillows. My husbands pillow case had a huge tear in it also.
The shower floor was gross. I feel like they just didn't want to spend time scrubbing so left caked on dirt in the crevices.
Final issue, the pool! It is so so tiny! Very few free chairs but the daybeds were only a $50 drink minimum and the drinks were $25 a piece. Won't stay again.

It was good but got overcharged 50$

terrible service at check in they give preference to vip guest and I reserve a king bed and they give me a room with 2 queen beds

The front desk folks were both very friendly. Room was clean, though the bathroom walls by the sink could have used a good wipe down/sanitation. The location is awesome and why we chose to stay. The burlesque show was entertaining, though I think the girls should work the crowd so they can earn more $

Everything is good but the secret extra 50 dollars for for the room insurance should also be disclosed and not left until the day of your check in

Hair on pillows, bed sheet, side table that wasn’t ours. Tiles in bathroom needs to be cleaned.

Rooms needs a major update first thing you see when you walk into the room is the stains all over the bench sitting area
Carpets are stained too and I bought this up and all they could do is offer $50 bucks off. I will not be staying here ever again

Room was an economy bare bones room. No coffee maker, No fridge, No shower door .... go figure. Had to use my towels daily to wipe up the floor around the shower.
But, bottom line it served it's purpose and was comfortable.

One night trip. Beds were old and sagging. Few amenities in the room. Wo-Wi not actively promoted. Everything is automated now, so no personal touch.

Quick get away mid week. Lovely meal at Ruth’s Chris bar. Parking easy, check in easy, plenty of tables open also for cards. Never do a weekend again! Just wish parking was free again !

the smoking in the casino is terrible.

Considering the Vegas experience stay our window view was a wall with utility pipes.
Totally deflated the feeling of excitement
Prior to that we arrived at 3 and had to pay an extra $25. I did not receive the email with info on that until 3:34pm that day. Too late in the day to receive that kind of info.
And we paid $35 for parking. Nobody told us we would be able to exit by simply using the room key. So , money wasted there too.

Great location. Middle of everything.

After a VERY undesirable stay at the Strat for the first few days of NAB I moved to Caesars Harrahs for my last two night before leaving LV.
Izzy at the front desk was fabulous!

It was a little dirty in the bathroom no shampoo, the beds were hard.

Best elevators in Las Vegas! No wait. Water takes 10 min to heat up and only half glass door so that sucks but overall great place

First off when I arrived to check in the line took over 20 minutes and then when my turn came she wouldn't give me my room because I booked under one of my credit cards that had my maiden name even though my hotels.com account is under my married name, I had photo id, Birth Certificate and marriage license and still kept going back and forth to consult manager in the back and took over 45 minute to get me checked in. Late to where I was going. Then got "upgraded" to the same exact kind of room I initially booked to find the room wasn't cleaned there was still pee in the toilet and pubic hairs all over it, absolutely disgusting! None of the outlets worked the sheets were stained with makeup and the blinds had gross stuff all over them. So unfortunate! I would love if someone would consider a refund for me, I had no other choice but to stay there last night because of how long check in took.

Harrahs is always a good stay in Vegas. Middle of the strip and at a decent price. Rooms are clean and not dated.

Overall fine stay. Appreciated being at a monorail stop. Room was fine, except the bathroom did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned in a long time.

Clean room, comfy bed, sheets a little rough, didn’t like walking through hotel because of cigarette smoking in casino which cannot be avoided.

Harrah’s did not honor no parking fee as was specifically stated on hotels.com. I checked with the desk & they gave me a blank stare as if to say too bad for you. Wont be staying there again.

I don't recommend this hotel.

It was horrible…. They didn’t have a door on the shower & they didn’t have a microwave or fridge to warm up food and keep things cold and no cameras in the hallway for safety and the housekeeper didn’t speak English and was rude I don’t recommend anyone to stay here … and they charge 50 dollars for early check in and 50 dollars for damage fees !!!!

They could not find our correct reservation at check-in and it took a very long time. She said she had us down for 2 nights when we had a 5 night reservation so she said we would need to rebook the entire reservation that night at the new increased rate. The Customer service representative left and did not tell me where she was going, she was gone for a very long time and finally came back and said she found it. She still at that time charged us for additional charges as if we had a 2 night reservation and a 3 night reservation. We were finally able to go to our room which was very small. I am a Business owner and I need to work, the wifi did not work at all in the room and my laptop was extremely slow. The Gambling was terrible. This stay was during March Madness and they did not have enough waitresses. It took way too long to get a cocktail. We gambled at different casinos the whole 5 days we were there since the service at Harrah's was so bad. We have stayed at Harrah's in the past and were not this unhappy, it has definitely changed unfortunately. We won't be staying there again.

It was not clean or friendly. There is no fridge or microwave available in the rooms. It not a very quality hotel for the prices you pay.
