Courtyard, 3'6" pool, fitness room, and expensive ($15/person) hotel breakfast were very lackluster.. Had to pay for internet that wasn't the greatest.. Overall, the room was fine, could have been cleaner.. Lots of splashes of God knows what on the various walls, tiny microwave (not big enough to fit an 8 cup French press glass carafe), only 2 body towels although I probably could have requested more... MOSTLY UNDERWHELMING FOR THE PRICE.

The outside looks nice, but rooms are run down. We didn't have a fan in the bathroom or it didn't work so the whole room got humid whenever you opened the bathroom door after a shower. Bed was rock hard and we both left after two days with back pain. Fridge also didn't work. Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was a buffet that was $15 per adult, we didn't try it so I can't give a review. W e absolutely love staying in the area of Brookfield when we come down to Milwaukee 3-4 times a year, but we will be choosing a different hotel next stay. Pool and hot tub had such a strong chemical smell our eyes turned red and watered. Also, the pool was not well maintained and gross.

I thought the room was clean when we checked in dropped off our stuff and came late back to the hotel and there was a dirty sock near bed , a used wash cloth hanging on shower curtain and on the side of the couch a red stain not good at all

This is a beautiful hotel. It is very comfortable and restful for sleeping. The staff is very nice and competent.

Front Desk attendant, Robinson, was wonderful! Excellent customer service! Had food for dinner in the hotel restaurant, it was delicious.

Hotel is next to many shopping and food options, Major Hwy to get into Milwaukee. Very Clean and comfortable room. I just wish people learn to not let the room door slam shut!! come on man!

This hotel is so pretty. Just really well done. Quiet, very spread out. Big rooms & most importantly - clean & safe! Shane at the front desk was so helpful, professional, friendly & kind!

Did not get the room that I had reserved and the smoke alarm kept beeping throughout the whole entire night

The personnel is friendly and willing to help. However, the cleaning services and physical property needs attention. Cleaning the room every 5 days is not acceptable.

We loved the pool, it was nice and also warm enough to enjoy. thank you for being thoughtful. The only negative, the blanket between the sheets was dirty; coffee stains on it. Kind of grossed us out. We noticed it on the second day.

Room was nice. Too bad bar & restaurant closed on Friday & Saturday nights so had to drive if wanted a drink and food. Asked for garbage in room to be emptied & no one came so had to ask again - maybe lack of staff? Otherwise great location

This was NOT the normal Doubletree Hotel Experience. For starters we arrived to find the pool and fitness center was closed for renovations. We also didn't receive any chocolate chip cookies at this location but we did receive better services at the Pleasant Prairie Wisconsin back in May/June of 2022. We also found that we did not get the free breakfast option although my reservation specified same. The restaurant/lounge was also closed over the weekend and appeared to have limited hours during the week. We found it was easier and less expensive to dine away from the hotel. We also had specified a handicap accessible room but were given one that was not that but we made do for the 3 nights we were there.

I enjoyed my stay overall, only issue was the exercise room and it was noisey .Several pieces of equipment were broken. Even with that said, I would return.

Nice place to stay. A little further than I thought to Brewer stadium, but an easy drive. Bar/Restaurant was closed at 9pm on Saturday night. Clean and easy to get to off the highway.

This hotel was fine - clean enough and everything was kept up. The general location felt safe, but there seemed to be a lot of people just hanging around the parking lot and entrance to to the hotel. The walls are paper thin - you could hear everything as people walked past in the halls.

Bathroom had no fan to remove moist shower air. AC unit on dry struggled to remove damp sticky feeling.

Quiet & peaceful community. Most everything you might need is reasonably close. Centralized enough to be close to many fun activities.

This is a very nice, attractive property. Well maintained and spacious very clean room.
Convenient to many restaurant and shopping options. Friendly helpful staff. Comfy bed and room amenities. Will stay here again!

There is a tree outside the window so i can't see outside clearer, the bed sheet is not clean, it has leaf oh my gosh.
