Room was very spacious but the tub was gross and neither of the tvs worked. I asked for help in the morning and still no one has come to help.

Thx pool hot tub and gym were closed. Nobody wants to have to leave the property to go use the amenities at another resort. When I booked these reservations the pool was to be opened by April 1 and it wasn’t the stay was terrible.

The stay was great. It was really convenient and easy to access Disney. The hotel offered a lot of perks. Will stay again

Val the bellhop was fantastic! Very great customer service! The rooms were your average 3-star cleanliness. However, the customer service from staff was fantastic. About 1 mile walk to Disney Springs. They have free shuttle to all the resorts (except for Universal).

We’ve stayed at several double tree locations all over the world. This was the first time we’ve been in such an unkept hotel. There were cockroaches crawling around on the walls and up the carpet. The staff were unwilling to assist and if they made an attempt it was very half hearted. The bed and bathroom were falling apart. They provided some bare provisions at the coffee station and did not want to refill it when requested. We had to ask three times before we received extra cups and coffee. We thought it would be a nice place to stay as a Disney resort but this place did not live up to that expectation.

We stayed here on our last night in Orlando. The transportation was very easy to use. The room configurations make it easy for larger parties to stay and were very nicely designed. Would highly recommend this hotel. They are undergoing construction so excited to see what the new lobby looks like.

Stayed for 3 nights. Room was spacious, clean. Hotel is under construction, but it didn't impact my stay at all. Used the pool two days. Everything was great.

We booked for a family trip to Disney. We knew this would not be the full Disney resort experience, but the customer service was lacking more than expected. We were told wrong information regarding the shuttle and desk staff was rude at check in. It’s currently under construct… maybe that is impacting the overall experience.
The positives are convenience and nice bartending staff and bar food.

From the staff to the actual room, I loved it. I would stay here again. Everyone was nice and I love the cookies. This was one of the best stays I’ve had in a long time

The sofa and carpet smelled terribly, like someone vomited all over it. The tvs turned on but we couldn’t select anything; the remotes didn’t work. Breakfast isn’t included, even a light one, and pricier than the Disney places we ate at.
We needed a place to crash after a later arrival before checking into our resort the following morning and while this place was not expensive, it was not worth it, especially if you are staying multiple days. That would have been rough, especially with kids.

Service was good, room was nice, but we weren’t notified that the hotel is undergoing some construction when we made the booking. Luckily we got a room on the first floor, felt bad for anyone 2nd floor and above, there was only one working elevator, long line sometimes for elevator.

Shaq is SO cool. The property is being renovated, but you do not hear any of it. Buses to Disney come to the hotel and are free. We had a suite and it was well worth the price. Really liked the pool bar and the pool was warm. Would stay again.

This hotel is undergoing a refurd. So that caused a lot of hastle for everyone.
I will say the whole front desk staff was fantastic. Before we even checked in Ben was helpful over the chat. Shaquille kept it going with a big smile and was sooo helpful on check in. Jauls was great with directions and making my kids feel so comfortable. At the pool bar Julie made sure I was aware of all the discounts available as a member. She seriously was a highlight of our last day.
We are planning on returning once construction is complete.

The rooms have all been renovated and ours was nice and clean. The hotel is undergoing renovation ( which I was not aware of when I booked out 3 night stay. There was no lobby and parking was difficult and almost unavailable for the $25/night charge. Our daughter and her family couldn’t get into their room at 2:00pm as “it was being cleaned”. They changed in our room to go to an evening event with us. When we got back at 1:00am, their room was still unmade, bathroom was filthy etc. The hotel was full so they couldn’t get their room changed. A cleaning guy with a mop showed up at 2:00am to clean which was ridiculous as the kids were asleep. The hotel finally made good on the first night after a long and drawn out complaint.

It is presently being renovated. Nonetheless, it was incredibly quiet and we were amazed that we never heard another guest from our room the entire trip. Our room was spotless. The staff was helpful. Pool was clean.

If you get the heavenly pleasure of seeing Louree, I'm very excited for you. She radiates southern hospitality and makes you feel so welcome.
Hugh and Ben at the front desk are a absolute delight and pleasure to meet and see. They go above and beyond for you and welcome you with open arms.
The house keeping is incredibly sweet and kind. Just like all the servers and omelet chefs in the breakfast area.
We feel like its a second home. Please do yourself a favor save money and stay here.

Room was great, loved the separation between the bedroom and living space. Cookies and water were a nice welcome. Somehow I missed the $51 resort fee though, not sure what that is for? cookie/water/bus that needed to be scheduled the day before? We only used the room for sleep, gone to Disney from wake up til bedtime. There is construction on site but didn't affect our trip.

When I arrived it was dark. There was a chain link fence across the front of the hotel and no way to enter. I eventually saw a car drive up to the parking lot blockade and it raised so I did the same. It was a very stressful way to begin my stay. I eventually checked and slept well but I should have been notified about this beforehand

This property is undergoing some major renovation in the reception area, this however did not spoil the experience.
Main restaurant closed for evening meals and main Bar closed, this is a let down and is not advertised on the website.
Pool Bar is open till midnight serving good food basic menu but tasty and good selection of drinks.
Only down side it is outside if raining the small umbrellas at the tables are not sufficient and you will get wet. Only a few seats around the covered Bar on stools.
Guest Suits very good fully kitted out with all you need.
Staff very polite and always happy to help.
Aircon was a small issue on day one but was repaired very quickly. Noise of the Aircon is very loud in the main bedroom not to bad in the lounge are of the suit.

They were renovating the hotel, which had I known prior to booking, I would have never stayed there. And everything was dusty and moldy smelling. I almost fell through a wall outside my room because of loose panels behind the wallpaper.
