Front desk staff was friendly. The prices were more affordable than other places near LA without sacrificing quality. Property is close to many restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Balcony had a nice view.

The vanity mirror in my room did not work. I did not have DND door hanger, nor did I have a guide card for the tv. Obviously, I was visiting, and was not familiar with the channels. It would have been helpful to know that the property was being renovated, as the noise levels at times were uncomfortable. On my 1st afternoon, I was startled by a loud banging on my door from a non English speaking individual that wanted access to my room. He probably should have a list of which rooms were occupied. Front desk and housekeeping were exemplary.

Our stay was nice, but most of the facility was being remodeled. So no restaurant or floors above the first. The only negative was a lovely shower with only one door movable. No way to reach inside & start the shower or wait for the right temperature. The staff & people were wonderful!

It was not mentioned when I booked this room that the entire facility was in major renovation switching to a Hilton Hotel. There was no carpet and the drywall was removed and plaster dust everywhere. I was on a very tight time line and I had to find other accommodations quickly. Only to find that after doing so that this facility had removed $535.00 from my bank account. After calling them they did straighten that issue out. They should close this location until renovations are complete and do not subject other customers to this grief.

The hotel was doing renovations so there was a lot of noise and disruption. The Restaurant and Bar was closed in the evening, they said if I had booked through them they would have discounted my rate which was high, I used Expedia and I think they charged too high for the room with the renovations that were going on, Lyn

Property undergoing a major remodel.
Smelled like paint, carpet torn, windows covered in plastic, etc… had we known it was going to be like it was, we would have chosen a different hotel.

This hotel was very dirty, no hot water. We stayed 4 days and never got hot water regardless of telling the staff repeatedly. Location is at a corner difficult getting in and out of the property.

The property is under renovation, something that wasn't noted when we made our reservation. Our room was at the other end of the hotel. We literally had to go outside to get there.
There was no hot waterb for our shower in the morning. The bed was one of the worst I've slept on in a long time. Really disappointed with the entire stay.

Bath room is too small, no room to move around, no water pressure, not enough towels .

The overall stay was good. The hotel is undergoing renovations and there is construction material in the hallways. There was also a lot of construction dust. I had requested a room on the upper floor, unfortunately it was next to the construction area. However, the service was great! The staff went out of their way to be helpful, especially Alex from the front desk!

Have always liked Radisson Hotel but renovations has some kinks…water flow in shower is very low…takes longer to shower! Definitely not conserving H2O!! Couldn’t open door to room..neither could front desk had to call someone else…push handle up hard & shove body against door to open!! Not the best for Sr Citizens!! Room itself was very nice overall.

There was no hot water so you couldn't take a shower. Our group had 5 rooms and none of them had hot water.

I remember the gentleman at the front desk from the last time we stayed there. That's a good sign when the employees are satisfied enough with the job and management to stay. Our room this time was even better than last time because we didn't have an upstairs, so there wasn't noise from people above. It's a beautiful hotel.

Overall we had a very nice stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The only complaints were minor...the fitness facility didn't have any sanitizing wipes or anything to wipe down the equipment before/after use. The people above us were a bit loud during the night one night. We did not eat there so cannot comment on the food. We would definitely stay there again.

There was some construction going on upstairs, but overall the facility was clean and friendly. Beautiful garden outside, nice decor inside. The restaurant on premises offers a discount to Hôtel guests. We'd stay again!

Parking was simple and available free of charge. Who still does that. I appreciated that the most. The courtyards were beautiful and serene. This is important to me when
my husband works. The bar was quiet but we got ppl talking and sharing. We walked to a delicious Country Cafe. That cafe had so much on the menu. I wish we had ordered breakfast delivery on our last day. It was available.

Stayed for the weekend, currently they’re remodeling some of their front rooms, so the carpets were dirty from the work, but overall the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice. Had the king room. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is being renovated and there were large boxes and dirt everywhere in the hallway. The hotel looks nice and the renovated rooms are very nice and it will be great when it is done.
The room we were given faced Topanga and it was very loud traffic noise all night long...be sure if you stay here to ask for a room not facing the road.

Stay was pretty bad. Water leak in room first night (Sat). Had to move to another room at 12:30am. Monday morning the water was shut off in my room due to an "emergency". Which means one of the workers busted something (they're doing a lot of construction). Manager told me "5 minutes". Half hour later, water still not on, told me again "5 minutes". Asked to be compensated for these inconveniences and was pretty much blown off. I've stayed here many times and it's usually uneventful. Oh yeah, the pool has been closed for quite some time and the restaurant onsite is hit and miss. Mostly miss. I stayed here back in April, same thing. Told them I wouldn't be back.

It can be very difficult to find a good hotel in the Porter Ranch area, and I was lucky to find the Radisson. The service was outstanding, both at the front desk, and in the restaurant. The Caprese Restaurant in the hotel is excellent; I ate meals at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We particularly enjoyed the salmon a la limon (I think was the name). I expect to return.

Alex was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. He was able to help us find a new room after I complained that the room next to us was smoking weed and the smell of it is going to my room. Alex took my complaint seriously and made immediate actions to help me out. Thank you Alex!

Hotel is currently about halfway thru a renovation so make sure you get a room finished as we did and they’re excellent!! Pool is getting redone and will be very nice. Hotel has a beautiful courtyard and the desk to check in is finished and great. Great for business people! Alex at the desk is super and will help you with everything!
