Booked online (with Hotels.com) appon arriving into Beaumont, 4.5 hrs before check-in time, i called the hotel directly and they allow me to go ahead and check-in.
Appon arrival, the checking in process was smooth and in a very timely matter! Thank You Ms. Manager Lady (didnt catch her name at the time), your very AWESOME at and doing your job there! Thanks again!!

Check in was lovely and the black man who checked us in was very friendly and nice . Its the next day that pissed me off! Housekeeping coming at 9 bamming on the door and then at 11:35 i couldnt even take a quick shower the black cleaning lady bamming on the door like the police and check out wasnt till 12 . I just felt rushed and im pregnant which made it worst overall nice hotel just rushing rude cleaning staff

After making reservation I wasn’t allowed here they refused to rent me a room

Do not stay here! Our room had a strong Pinesol smell when we arrived. This was to mask the smoke smell in the bedding, which we didn’t notice until the overwhelming Pinesol smell was gone. We also turned the temperature up but the heating unit continued to blow cool air. Also killed a small cockroach in the bathroom.

I love this property the only thing that I didn't like and couldn't believe because I come here quite often. The issue of not having soap in my room was an inconvenience to have to leave out of the room and go to front desk to pick up soap. Other than that, I was satisfied.

We did not stay long. Short stop on the long drive from FL. We checked in late and the young man checking us in, was very pleasant despite late hour. We had rather opposite experiences other stops on our trip.
It was a good price for a budget motel. Room was spacious and reasonably clean. Not a resort of course but I would stay there again and probably will as we have another similar route coming up.

Loud guests all through the night. Car alarms going off. The door was not lined up right so created a big gap in between the door frame. Wad of black hair in sink. Management was wonderful though. Was not told required cash only for $25 pet deposit.

I had a very late check in. I arrived at 4 am. The gentleman working seemed bothered with me arriving so late. He was wearing flip flops, a tank top and some sweat pants. I'm guessing by this, this location is a franchise. I was bitten on my jaw, my chin and on the right side of my chest. I informed the ladies at the front and was just told okay. I just left. I didn't feel like wasting any more of my time after being woken up to the same lady screaming at one of the occupants near my room. Telling them that they needed to leave cause they owed $100. This is my second time staying at this location. The first time was good enough i decided to book again, but after this second time, I'll never return. This was in room 145. Dirty freezer, no trash bags in the trash cans, dirty walls, stains on ceiling and bathroom walls.

Checking in was great. The employee at the desk was friendly and kind. That is where my good experience ended. The room we were given was filthy, smelled terrible and was unlivable. The swing bar for the front door was even missing. We ended up getting back on the road rather than sleeping in this disgusting room.

The property was run down and in a not so great area. They also booked me a stay a month later without my permission. Be careful and watch your accounts for double bookings at this property.

Didn't stay long, just enough to sleep for a few hours and back on the road so I really didn't look around much but the staff was really nice.

the outside area seemed to be in a sketchy neighborhood. When we pulled up the front desk guy was outside smoking but came in promptly. he quickly checked me in and I had no issues. We were directed to the room that had a funny smell but nothing that was not tolerable. I did see a few small roach type bugs running around in the bathroom area so I kept my bags on the closet rack. The bathroom was dingy but appeared clean(ish). For the price the room was good. We were told breakfast would start about 615. when we arrived, it was a bagged breakfast but I guess better than nothing (again, for the price). We will probably stay again on our way through if we can't drive any further. This was a last minute booking online at Expedia so I'm pleased.

It was a good stay at the price point. Check in was very good and helpful. It could use some work and the bolt on our door lock didn't work completely. It was fine for a one night between 14 hour drive but I wouldn't want to stay there for any longer.

The only real issue I had was the pillows. 4 small throw pillows they were not comfortable, but a lot of people travel with their own so would not bother most.

As supposed to be a non smoking room. The first 2 rooms assigned both had a very strong cigarette odour. Third room was ok.

Breakfast consists of a doggy bag with a muffin and a breakfast bar. Juicy box . Rooms were very clean and bed very comfortable

They mentioned breakfast was served between 6 n 7 and at 6:30 there was nothing on the counters but overall the bed was amazing, great water pressure and temperature

My bro in law had just passed away and my sister stayed with me so she wouldn't have to go home the 1st night. The room had pleasant smell, bed was comfortable. We were 1/2 hr late checking out due to making calls and due few things that needed to be done, front desk was so sweet about our late check out.

I found this hotel on my last trip here and I liked it so I stayed in it this trip. I will be coming to Beaumont once or twice a month for about the next six months and I’ll definitely be staying here.
