Comfortable room with some nice extras. We enjoyed the pool, some of the conversation areas and the hotel bar.

Hotel was very nice in a great location. Lots of shopping and dining options within walking distance and easy access to everything in Milwaukee by car.

Room was very nice and clean. Very nice place to stay carpet felt a little damp in the room, but nothing to complain about. Was my second time staying there will stay again when in Milwaukee

Shower door leaked water all over the floor. Just poorly designed. Front desk person smelled of unwashed butt.

The stay started iff great. Room appeared clean. Then after a heavy rain the roo. Was filled with ants. I went to turn in a light and it literally shocked me and sparked out of a side wire. Went and reported and the desk staff stated "thanks for reporting i will add you to the maintenance list" i replied "seriously?" He replaied "thank you for reporting this issue". Stayed up almost 4hrs and no one ever showed up. Reported both issues the next morning and exact same response "thank you for reporting these issues". This tells me this is trained by managament. Ants become so bad they got into my cpap machine. I ended up getting up at 4am and leaving on my check out day.
Other slight issue is tv always buffers; this seems to be a brookfield/milwaukee issue as every hotel i ve stayed in this area the last year does it. Bed was comfy until my visitors arrived and tv was big.

I like staying here when i am in town. This time i was given a room at the end of the long hallway. It felt it was not as clean as it should of been. I will book there again. Probably ask for another area of the hotel.

Comfy. Friendly. Housekeeping mistakenly left cleaning supplies in my room and used towels in the hallway outside mine and others rooms. Not a real big deal but made the hallway look bad.

This is a very nice hotel. My stay was short so I didn't get a chance to experience the amenities within the hotel. (Bar area looked inviting).
My room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was quite small but I did enjoy the walk in shower. The refrigerator did not work at all so the bottle of wine I tucked inside was warm. Thankful for the ice machine near by as well as the lovely stemless wine glasses in the room. Can't find many hotels that provide you actual glass glasses. The bathroom also had nice glass ones.
The in room coffee was not drinkable after using the powdered creamer. It would not dissolve & looked like spoiled milk. I am finding this issue in most hotels these days. I would stay here again.

Comfortable stay, friendly staff. The pool was so warm - the kids loved it. We would definitely stay here again if we were traveling in the area.

The room was extremely hot and the heater was very noisy. A loud, shrill noise made it impossible to sleep. Heater also very old and rusty. I asked twice to have it fixed and nothing happened. I ended up leaving around 0400 the second night I hadn’t slept for two nights. Guests had their animals playing in the corridor. Not everyone likes animals. Halls smelled like marijuana. And while the housekeeper was cleaning she was having a very personal conversation on her phone. But the front desk staff were very professional and friendly and the lobby is very welcoming.

The inside of the hotel is nice and has appeal. They need to do a better job cleaning the rooms in my opinion. I notice small details when it comes to cleanliness. The bathroom specifically could have been cleaner. The bathroom floor looked like it hasn't been mopped. The biggest annoyance was the parking lot. We had a snow storm the day before and it was very difficult finding a parking spot because most of them hadn't been plowed.

There was toothpaste still left on the bathroom sink. There was a plastic fork on the floor next to the bed. Overall i got a good night sleep for the few hours we stayed for my son's appointment at the Wisconsin children's Hospital.

We had an overall fantastic stay here. The room was very nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. There was also a large mall across the parking lot which was extremely convenient for dinners out and movies. The only small issues we had was that the elevator closest to our room was broken and there was no change at the front desk or restaurants in order to use the laundry room. I had to drive to a nearby gas station to get quarters for the machines.
