I have an extensive hospitality background and this hotel is very impressive. Beautiful hotel, beds are very comfortable. Workout gym is great. Bar and restaurant are top notch. The staff are friendly and kind. My only wish is that there was a small fenced in area to bring your pet to relieve himself.

3 Cs Hotel was clean comfortable & had free cookies. The staff were great and the room was very comfortable, secure parking and so convenient near so many walkable restaurants and Costco a 6 minute drive away.

Older hotel, thin walls. Our room was next to the elevator, constant people going up and down all throughout the night. Woke up at 2am to shouting and laughing from the unit next door that wasnt the elevator. Called the front desk and security i think came by about 10 minutes later where they stopped shouting but continued talking until about 3am when i could finally fall asleep again.

I read many of the reviews and was puzzled by the negative comments. My experience was very good with this hotel. The room was great, bed very comfortable. I appreciated the in-room mini-fridge & microwave. Everything was clean. Good facilities, pool, restaurant, gym, everything I needed was there. Staff was very helpful & even gave me a cookie when I checked in. Overall, a great value for the rate.

It was everything the way it should be done. Booking: easy, check-in: easy and thorough, the room: simple, clean, modern but not contemporary and prompt service when I requested a few extra shower towels

Shower made noise as water was released, t.v would freeze, no breakfast unless you pay 18.00z over all was a comfortable stay.

I went there and I accidentally booked the room on the wrong night said sorry can I get a refund than the guy didn’t want to do it and I lost 155+ and didn’t even stay their and they never refunded me. Cool thanks guys

When arrived we were informed that our reservation was canceled in advance with no notice after receiving an email the day before our check in date reminding us of our reservation and to arrive on time. There were no other accommodation available. Later on that night someone else told us the same thing happened to them.

There was jolly rancher candy pieces on the top sheet when I pulled the cover back. Housekeeping also knocked on our door at 8am. When I answered she walked away and went to someone else’s door. The man opened the door looking confused and she walked away from his door as well. Check out is at noon. Why are you knocking on peoples door at 8am.

It was gross. When I went to my bathroom and there were small curly hairs on my toilet. There were other hairs on my shower wall. The bedding clearly wasn't changed. It smelled of womens perfume, like Victoria Secret. Definitely not of any kind of laundry soap. I had to ask for a Do Not Disturb sign, because there wasnt one in my room. I specifically told them I do not want anyone in my room at all. I had the Do Not Disturb sign up, and when I returned someone had been in my room. My belongings and private documents all rearranged. I was so...... mad. I went down and expressed how upset I was. They guy apologized and the lady said oh well you signed a paper. Extremely rude. She then said well I don't what your expecting but I can give you a few points for the mishap. I told her I did not want them. That was not the point. I specifically said no one in my room. It should have been noted. I run a retreat center and that was not good customer service at all.

This hotel was a little pricey to me considering you have to pay parking per day separately and breakfast is not included. There were several events while I was staying so the parking lot had a lot of cars so parking was not even close. The bathroom was smaller than expected for a double bed room. The beds themselves were very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. The service was not up to expectations. Whenever I would request something I would be told it would be brought to me and an hour later I would still be waiting. And the requests were very minor. For 3 guests we were left 2 single creamers in the room. I went downstairs to ask for more because we are all morning coffee drinkers. An hour later nothing had been brought to our room. I asked again and 10 mins later a very rude woman brought a bag of creamers. By that time the coffee was already cold. We had also went out to the pool during our stay. I loved the jacuzzi and the pool was very nice. However staff never came and brought pool towels after they were requested. We had to walk back to the room wet and request more bath towels to be brought up which took almost an hour. Overall I’d suggest booking with La Quinta if you are staying in the area. Nice rooms, good price, free parking, free breakfast, and they also have an indoor pool and gym. That’s where I will be staying my next trip (:

Stay there 4 nights I told them every day to clean room they never did was charged for a 5th day they where going to clean room they had come to the door early and said that the whole floor smelled of smoke but only came to my door I let them in there was no smoke in my room they did say I need to reg my partner who is much younger than me I went to the front desk paid and he came with me we PD and left as they were going to clean room when I returned the girl at front desk yelled across the lobby Mr Dxxx x I'm evicting you for smoking I ever did smoke in my room she also said you're key no longer works I will escort you to your room to get your things my partner was told he needed to wait outside while she in front of multiple guests told me they dont want are kind in San Bernardino i was charged for that night and 250 more im a senior disabled vet I took pictures as i never smoked in room and why did they rerent to me to only then put me on the street this happened at 1 pm
