The bedroom area is 19’ X 14’ and you’ll have your own, private 3/4 bath with an adjustable shower chair. A well-stocked Keurig, microwave, and fridge loaded with RO-filtered drinking water and your favorite soft-drink choice await your arrival. You will have a private entrance, a work desk, plates, silverware and cups, air conditioning/ heating, a walk-in shower, blow-drier, hi-speed internet, 40" smart TV… and a super comfy, king-sized bed. This property was at a good location -not far from Tonto National Forest and Scottsdale. Chris was a good host -he stocked the mini fridge with cold water and our favorite sodas. The room is clean and comfortable, and is part of his home, but there is only a shared entryway.

We chose this property for a long weekend. It was clean and had lots of room. They provided a number of snacks and beverages as well as breakfast items. I liked the dedicated entrance and parking spot in the driveway for our rental car. Owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here on any return visits.

Chris was very accommodating when considering our request for early check in & most responsive when we experienced a minor interruption of the internet and TV service. It was nice having a dedicated parking spot available too.

The room was exactly as described. Very large, nice bathroom, comfortable bed and a quiet neighborhood. Additionally, Chris, is a great host and responds to requests in a timely manner! My wife and I highly recommend staying here! 5 Stars!

Nice, very clean, place to stay in Sedona. It's a 0.2 mile walk to downtown. It's up hill of the town so save a little energy for the walk back. We only slept here because there is so much to do and see in the area.

This was a great stay and honestly what I wanted and needed. The room and neighborhood itself were very quiet - which is what I wanted - the room itself was fine for just me.

Great stay! Great attention to detail! Everything was labeled. A lot of thought was put into this place. Very kind host. All positives. Only thing I can think of is that if you are renting this VRBO you are in the same home as the host, just locked off from the rest of the home something I clearly missed in the listing. Same main entrance but it connects to a hall that splits off to host entrance and your entrance to your VRBO room. Only issue I saw with this was when you leave the premises to go do things you are unable to lock your VRBO from the hall so the perception of privacy to your belongings is defeated. You can still lock it while you are in it so that’s great. All in all 10 star rating would stay again!

This was my first time staying here but it won’t be the last. Everything was great from start to finish. It checked all the boxes. Quiet neighborhood but close to major highways. Not that I needed it but it is ADA compliant. Off-street reserved parking. Two thumbs up!

Easy to get to and check in. The place was clean and mostly quiet. Perfect place if you just need a bed and shower. Internet worked well and the coffee bar was great. Would definitely book again!

We had a great time here. Chris the owner was friendly and is a great host. The room was large and comfortable. Enjoyed the Keurig in the morning. A very nice neighborhood for walking. Very quiet at night. Definitely would stay here again.

The property was clean and tidy, well located for the airport as we were just staying overnight between flights, perfect for our needs.

We were heading into town to take part in a local conference and because of the Super Bowl, we were priced out of hotels. Thankfully we found this listing which was quiet and restful. The owner was very communicative and the property was very nice. A great night sleep. Easy to locate and everything we were looking for. Thank you!

My stay at Haven was perfect and just as described on VRBO. Quiet neighborhood, very clean with small touches that made me feel at home. The keurig coffee in the morning and breakfast treats were all I needed to start my day. Chris was easy to contact and answered quickly. Definitely will return

Chris is attentive in every way. Never had such a detailed detailed host. His place is very comfortable and neat. Neighborhood is quiet, easy to find. Close drive to a shopping plaza, great restaurants and highways. Will definitely book again! Thank you Chris!
