This 1,963 sq ft condo is brand new with all brand new furnishings. It is in the Bridges Bay Resort, Stillwater Complex #311. The Bridges has 4 outdoor pools, a swim-up bar, 6 passes included to the indoor/outdoor waterpark, zipline, outdoor children's play station, workout center, basketball & sand volleyball courts, and stocked fishing pond. Other resort features: Waterfront meeting room 4 easily walking-assessable waterfront restaurants Boji Splash Indoor Waterpark and Pickled Parrot Cantina ***NOTE: Off Season (day after Labor Day until Friday before Memorial Day) waterpark and pool hours are limited: Friday: 4 p.m.-8 p.m. Saturday: 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Sunday: 10 a.m.- 5 p.m. Master bedroom: king size bed, patio access, TV, full bathroom Bedroom 2: king size bed, Bedroom 3: king size bed, Bedroom 4: king size bed Bedroom 5: king size bed **All 5 beds are high quality Rockwell EPT 66 mattresses Bathroom 2: full tub/shower Bathroom 3: half bath Living room: TV, fireplace, leather couch and loveseat along with a matching chair. Fully stocked kitchen: utensils and machines (coffee pot, Keurig, crockpot, pots/pans, others listed in "Amenities" tab) Tall island stools for 4, dining table has seating for 6 Linens & towels provided, washer and dryer in the unit Free Wi-Fi internet access Non-smoking, no pets allowed Bridges offers some availability for rental dock access. There is also a public boat ramp just up the street. Easy access to Arnolds Park & lively downtown area: many bars and restaurants within easy access via car, boat, or walking. Watercrafts available for rent at various locations around the lake.

Our family (6 adults, 6 children-11, 8, 5, 4, 2, 1) gathered at this beautiful, spacious, and very clean condominium (1 level) to celebrate our Christmas/NYE. It was very nicely furnished with 5 bedrooms (2 bedrooms large enough with closets to place a pack'n play in for 2 toddlers and 3 other bedrooms with enough space for toddler cots/sleeping bags, or another pack'n play in the actual bedroom). I have stayed in a number of VRBOs and this one was the BEST OVERALL as it also had the necessary supplies needed for the additional cooking that we did daily while we were there! The owner and property manager were readily available for any questions that we had before/during our stay. The 6 waterpark passes were a plus and were used on two of the days. (Please note on the Bridges Bay site the times/days that the water park is open, so that you can plan accordingly). I can't say enough GREAT things about this condominium! We will all be back again soon! Thank you Kirk and Sabrina!

Great location and a beautiful view. Beds were good (They are tall beds and the older adults had difficulty getting in and out) The place is new and clean and if you want privacy space and quiet bedrooms this is a good place. đź‘Ť

My husband and his family/cousins have made this a annual trip based around the Clay County Fair. They had a fabulous time. The condo was perfect!!! Have already rented it for family vacation at lake next summer!!!

Loved the covered deck with view of lake …. So many boats to watch coming and going. Very spacious and clean. Very quiet … didn’t hear guests on either side of us or above or beneath us. I would suggest games and playing cards for the guests and some comfortable seating on deck rather than high top table. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, modern beautiful property. We had 9 adults so the five bedrooms with all king beds was amazing. Gorgeous view of the lake. Nice, comfortable furniture. Will definitely book again!

This was the perfect location for a family vacation. The condo was large enough for three families, and the location was perfect for all of the lake activities! The property was clean, and the amenities were nice. Enjoyed the onsite restaurants and close proximity to many activities!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family! Everyone had their own space plus a very large common area. We cooked, we did laundry, we went swimming, we went boating. Great restaurants nearby. The pools were great. Boat ramp was super close. We couldn't have asked for anything more, unless Kirk provided a chef!

This property was perfect for our group of friends! It was wonderful to have a king bed in each room. The kitchen had every appliance and utensil needed, and the space was very functional. The view from the lakefront porch was perfect and great place for morning coffee and evening fire pit. The entire condo was clean and as advertised. The only constructive thing I can think of is that there is not a clear walking path from the condo to the restaurant, but obviously that is not the condo owner’s fault, and we easily made due. I would absolutely stay here again!

This was such a fantastic place for our group. We had 7 adults - cousins, brothers and spouses. Everyone had incredibly comfortable beds. 4 of the bedrooms have no windows, so everyone slept really well. The condo is very new, so everything felt clean and comfortable. The outdoor sitting area was wonderful - we spent a lot of time sitting at the fire table in the comfy chairs overlooking E. Okoboji Lake.
The waterpark and restaurants were a bit of a walk away, and the staff at those places were hit or miss on whether they cared about their jobs. Food took awhile, check-in for wristbands at waterpark took awhile, pool towels took awhile, etc...but the swim up bar was awesome and food tasted delicious.
On the VRBO listing, it said that check-out was 11, but the paper/instructions inside the unit said 10am. Just a heads up...Also one of the bathrooms is in the master bedroom, which left the other 4 bedrooms to share one bathroom. Not the worst, but not the best for a group of adults.
We had no issues, but the owner was very responsive to our questions and communications. All in all, it was such a gorgeous unit that we can't wait to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for our family of 10. There were plenty of rooms & beds. We loved how new everything is. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the view & the sunsets on the balcony. The location is awesome & everyone had a great time; nobody wanted to leave.

My high school friends and I make an effort to get together once a year for a long weekend and catch up. Seeing as they are coming from Nebraska and Minnesota, and I am coming from Pennsylvania, this seemed like a nice spot and easily accessible for everyone.
The townhome was great, clean, comfortable, wonderfully stocked kitchen for people who enjoy cooking, which we did. Plenty of space to gather and visit, not all that far from the town and the O’Farrell Sisters for breakfast!

This is a newer property and really nice. Just a few things missing such as a hair dryer and decor to make it homey. Nonetheless we enjoyed our stay and we’re glad to find a property with enough rooms. Many times ther aren’t enough beds for everyone and someone ends up sleeping on the pull out. Not this time. Plenty of beds for everyone.

We rented this Condo to gather our kids together and celebrate our granddaughters 4th birthday. The condo has 5 really nice bedrooms so it met all our needs for room accommodations. The condo was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked to be able to cook a meal. We spent lots of time out on the deck. We also enjoyed the water park that we got access to. The owner Kirk was very informative and extremely helpful with information about the condo. We Will differently be back

Great Stay!
100% recommend this place every time! The best view on east lake! The place was spotless and had everything you would need to enjoy a great vacation at Okoboji!
The only issue we had is the TVs weren’t set up yet and they took care of it immediately! Amazing place, amazing renters! Hopefully we get the chance to stay here many more times!
