The quiet, idyllic beaches are about a mile away and can be reached by a short car ride or 8-minute bike ride. Relax with your toes in the sand and listen to the ocean waves crashing! When you're ready to cool off poolside, the Fairway Oaks complex provides residents and guests two private pools to choose from. For those travelers that like to stay active, there are six miles of walking trails within the gated resort. Explore all the resort parks and playgrounds, or visit the restaurants, shops, and spa onsite. Guests can also venture to the Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach, about 15 minutes north by car. Please be advised this property is privately owned and managed, and not a rental through the Omni Amelia Island Resort. It does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenities” (i.e. the main Omni hotel pool, fitness center or shuttle service), and Racquet Park is limited only to club members and their guests (unless booking lessons or clinics).
