The house was beautiful, but could of been a little cleaner. Pool was not in working condition, but owner tried to fix and did give me a small refund for not being able to use. Has a nice game room and toys for kids. Also two nice restaurants across the street.

This was a great home for our two groups of families. The house upon arrival has ample parking and exterior is is very nice! Inside the home the best part was the game room, it had everything from air hockey, billiards, to video games for the kids. It was located in the downstairs right next to the outdoor pool. The pool area was wonderful! We really enjoyed spending the whole day out there. The private docks were also wonderful! Inside the home was large and comfortable. We had minor issues with the TVs not working etc. but the property manager was very quick to respond and was apologetic (thanks Joe). The home is located directly across from two great restaurants . Circles has unbelievable food and Finn’s dockside has the best atmosphere and drinks! Overall it was a great property for a weekend stay!

Last weekend (6/10 - 6/12), we had a group getaway in Apollo Beach. Communication leading up to the property manager and owner was very clear and the check-in process was a simple as entering a 4 digit code. The house itself is extremely well kept, clean and huge...The game room consisting of a pool table, dart board, and air hockey was perfect for those moments when needed to cool off inside. Outdoor activities starting with the pool, then continuing with frequent jet ski rides in and around the canals with access to the open Bay so much fun. And of course you can walk to restaurants directly across the street without having to navigate traffic. Highly recommended to anyone that wants a little R&R...This is definitely a 5 star retreat!. Joe - Many thanks for the hospitality and flexibility during our stay. We will be back!
