I liked the location but it had just a few small things that were weird. No sheet for the sofa bed, no detergent for washing machine, no dish washing detergent, the walk in shower was small(I’m 6’ 5”!).

We were able to check in a bit early which was nice after the long drive! The only concern we had was the sliding screen door for the balcony was broken and leaning up against the outside wall. Also, the condo was not as clean as we expected. Overall we had a great vacation and would definitely book it again.

Loved the stay. Beach wasn't packed even during mid July. Great view of the ocean and a wonderful balcony to watch waves and sip coffee.

We really enjoyed this place. The location is great. The view is wonderful- enjoyed from inside and lots of time out on the balcony. The unit itself had everything we needed, very comfortable for a family of 4. We will plan to visit again.

The condo was great. Short minute walk to the beach if that. Everything was accurate as stated in the listing. it could’ve used a little bit of maintenance squeaky doors, a sink that wouldn’t drain and other small items but other than that it was a great place to stay. Very pleased!

We loved our stay at North Myrtle Beach because of Raintree! The size was perfect for our family of 4. All of the appliances were new and worked well. Communication with the property owners was always prompt and informative. The location right on the beach could not have been better! We were just a very short walk to the beach as the listing advertised. All of the shops, attractions and restaurants were a short drive away. We suggest this place for anyone wanting an awesome experience in North Myrtle Beach!

My husband and I loved everything about this property!! The “home” was immaculate and perfectly decorated. The location was secluded from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach, with the ocean in the backyard! Complete tranquility! We hated to leave, but we do miss our kids.

We rented this remodeled condo in an older beachfront property for 2 months. No elevator. Location was nice. Carolina Resorts Rentals was good to work with. But VRBO charged a separate fee that seemed excessive considering that they were not able to answer any of our questions or address our concerns.

The property was very much as we expected. The beach/ocean view was perfect. We were comfortable in the unit. It was quiet with no loud noises/voices coming from surrounding units.

This is a second story walk up condo with a back porch that looks at the ocean. It’s an end unit right beside the stairs and path to the beach. The only drawback is the internal A/C unit is the nosiest one I have ever been near. You have to talk loudly and keep tv loud. If you are a person that needs absolute quite to sleep pick another place. It didn’t bother us because we all sleep with fans on anyway.

This property has the perfect location. It was so easy to get to the beach with 3 little ones and even to watch them walk to the beach from the balcony. We felt safe in the area and the place itself was plenty of room for this family of 5. A few loud noises made sleeping less than ideal, but not a deal breaker at all!!! You’ll love this location!!!

I booked this unit thinking you can’t go wrong , I mean the pictures show that the place is very nice and clean . Well I was unfortunately wrong Pay attention to the fact that the pictures are that are in posting are wide angel which means makes it look bigger than it is . When we got there we noticed the AC at 75, we tried to reduce it down to 72 or 71 . Hours later and still nothing , still at 75 and even creeped up to 76. When I told management about it the next morning , they did nothing about it . This was the case for the next day as well . Sheets and towels were also not clean , as soon as I took covers off , I saw a dead insect and human hair all over the bed like someone has slept in it or washed the sheets threw them on the ground and then put them on the bed . Both ways , not clean . Towels in bathroom were neatly put but again had human long hair on them . I ended up driving to Walmart to get brand new everything . One very unsettling thing also about this unit is that as soon as my kids and I walked out to what brought me to this unit in this first place which was the balcony , I immediately felt like it was going to fall off . The deck was literally pointing downwards ! I took pictures of this from the beach so you can see how the unit on the far left right in the middle is definitely on unstable footing . I didn’t allow my toddlers out there after that ! Let’s talk about master bedroom door, it doesn’t lock ! So no privacy there For someone that just spent 1000 dollars on 2 nights , I was very disappointed!

We had an amazing vacation. Perfect location, great communication and easy Check in and check out process. My kids cannot wait to vacation here again next year.

The condo is exactly as pictured. Nicely decorated and everything you would need in the kitchen. It must have been recently updated as everything seemed to be brand new. I think I was first to use the stove. The couch and chairs were very comfortable and the space was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location of the condo is great. My reason for four stars is the air conditioning unit on the deck outside the master bedroom was disappointing. You have to get around the unit when using the door from the master to the deck. And the condensation pump to the air conditioner is in the closet outside the master and right at main living area is very loud and annoying when sleeping or watching tv. The air conditioner worked fine, it’s just loud and annoying at its location. My only other suggestion would be keyless entry/checkin so you don’t have to go to the realtor office.

This property was fantastic! It was clean, updated, and in a great location. We had a great trip and the property fit everything we needed. We will definitely look to stay here again.
