Indian Shores is a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach and popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds. It’s laden with Florida charm and fiery sunsets, and its assortment of shops and restaurants helps visitors feel right at home. Just 19 blocks long, the community is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It’s also home to the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the country (a 5-minute walk from the Sand Dollar), and the fun-filled Splash Harbour Water Park. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. A beach restoration project is scheduled to begin between 12/11-12/15 and will be completed by 1/31/24 Streaming is available using your own account. Sand Dollar complex wristbands will be provided in the unit. They must be worn in the pool and common areas year-round. From January 2nd - around January 12th, direct access to the beach from the building will be unavailable during daytime working hours. Direct beach access will be available before and after daytime working hours. During daytime working hours, beach access is still available south of the nearby seabird sanctuary. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
