You'll find yourself surrounded by unique elements that pay homage to the country's most beautiful theme park, including a stunning mural of The Dollywood Express steam train emerging from the mountains. We have a special butterfly photo wall, another nod to Dollywood's theme, that's perfect for capturing memories of your stay. Outside, you can enjoy a game of horseshoes at "The Pitstop" while taking in the beautiful surroundings. We hope our unique décor and amenities will make your stay unforgettable! Available only thru Platform Messenger, 7 days per week 9-6 EST **OTHER THINGS TO NOTE** • We provide a starter pack consisting of hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, trash bags, and dish soap. You may need to buy more during your stay. Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal, and coffee are NOT provided. • 8 bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided for use during your stay. A washer and dryer is available for your convenience • Infants and children must be supervised at all times. • Remember to bring extra towels for the hot tub. The hot tub may have been refilled the same day you check in. If so, it likely won't be hot until the following day. They do take time to heat up. • You will likely encounter critters and bugs. Keep in mind you are in a wooded area and although we maintain a monthly pest control service, inside and out, it is impossible to eliminate all bugs from the property. Don’t let those little bugs put a damper on your vacation! • Do not approach or feed the bears if spotted. Please refrain from leaving food, drinks, or scented items outside or in the vehicle. • There is a sleeper sofa in the living room and linens in the closet if you choose to use it. • There are extra propane bottles on the deck for the outdoor fire pit. Cooking food or placing anything near the fire is strictly prohibited. • Driveway is loose gravel and on a slight incline. There may be some ruts due to recent heavy rains. Not suitable for trailers. • For security purposes and to ensure guests safety, there are two cameras located outside. They are always recording, but not monitored • There is low head clearance in the stairway. Signs are posted as a reminder • High Speed Internet and ROKU TVs provided. Traditional Cable TV is not available • Winter Travel Recommendations: Although we have no steep mountain roads leading to the property, a 4WD vehicle, Roadside assistance, and Travel Insurance are recommended due to occasional snowfall in the area. **POLICIES** • Minimum age requirement to make a reservation: 25+ years of age • Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 8. No exceptions • No Parties of any kind • Top bunks are for children only • Do not lean or hang on the railings • Children near the hot tub must be supervised at all times. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! • No late check-out or early check-in. Early arrival or late check-out will accrue a $50 charge every 30min • No smoking. If you smoke inside the cabin you will be charged $250, plus the increase in cleaning fee, plus any damages • Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave • Respect our wonderful cleaners and avoid additional cleaning fees • Owner/Host is NOT responsible for accidents or injuries • We do NOT offer refunds for weather or natural disasters, power outages, floods or other things that are beyond our control • Nightly rate does not include: Sales Tax, Lodging Tax, or Platform Booking Fees
