On the main level, you will find an open concept living room with a pull-out sofa, dining and kitchen area centered around a gas fireplace, in suite washer/dryer and full bathroom to complete the first level. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, one with two twin beds and a master bedroom with a queen bed with access to the shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Just across the street from the north end of the village stroll and Marketplace area. The village playground and Olympic Plaza are just a few minute's walk from the unit with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The complex has a communal heated outdoor pool and hot tub available all year-round. One designated parking stall is available in the underground parking with visitor parking on a first come first serve basis. AGE REQUIREMENT Guests must be 26 years of age and must provide a photo ID upon check-in unless prior approval has been granted. Families and children are welcome; parents and or guardians must accompany children. Whistler Ideal Accommodations retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met, with no refund provided. NO SUBLETTING Absolutely no subletting of the property or individual rooms of the property for a period or the duration of your stay. CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS To ensure the safety of our guests and the property, all reservations go through a verification process. You will be asked to sign a rental agreement, provide a copy of your official government-issued ID, and provide a valid credit card for the security deposit of $500 CAD. The security deposit is a hold on your credit card 2 days prior to check-in. We cannot provide access to the unit until this process is completed. Upon booking, you will receive an email with the next steps.
