Tucked away in the trees near Woodlands golf course, this stunning 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom air-conditioned home has everything you need for the ultimate Sunriver getaway. Downstairs you'll find an open floor plan, primary suite with spa-like bath, laundry, and half bath. Upstairs you'll find 3 more bedrooms including a second king suite with attached bath, a queen bedroom, and bedroom with 2 queens. A jack-and-jill full bathroom connects the two queen bedrooms. The large deck with gas BBQ serves at the perfect spot to gather and soak up the Sunriver sun or relax in the hot tub. The garage also has ping pong and foosball for a little competitive fun! This was a lovely property!! We really enjoyed our stay here! We loved the set up of the house, one of the master bedroom/bathroom was on the main floor and the upstairs had another slightly smaller master/bathroom. One of the bedrooms had a queen bed that was air adjustable, the boys enjoyed that, one had the side really soft and the other firm. There wasn’t any shampoo just bars of soap so good thing I brought some. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. Quite a few option with appliances. It even had good sharp knives :)
We were so impressed with the cleanliness of the home and we would absolutely stay here again. Also being able to message Bennington Properties was so easy and very helpful. They even sent out someone to helps us when one of the rigs had a dead battery. Amazing customer service!!

The house was great with a great location and plenty of amenities (Traeger, Hot Tub, Large Outdoor Deck for fresh air, Ping Pong, Cruiser Bikes, etc.)

This place was very good for our 4 night stay in October with two teenagers and grandma. Lovely, clean, warm, and spacious, home and bennington’s hosting service was really excellent. They communicated clearly every step of the way and went above and beyond when we asked them for extra old towels we could use because we had a teenager who had dyed his hair. 😳
Particularly nice were:
A very well stocked kitchen with a fantastic stove.
A poker table that we enjoyed using for puzzling.
There were a few minor things that could have been improved:
Better/more lamps for reading/spot lighting.
Not nearly enough towel racks or hooks in bathrooms.
No knobs on kitchen cabnetry. It made them Surprisingly annoying to open.
I hate memory foam beds so much.
Living room isn’t very comfortable. Needs more seating for a house this size tgst can Sleep 10. But Only 1 couch -2 recliners? Weird.

A ladies retreat for our HS class, 5 of us enjoying Sunriver and this great home! Lots of room for us, kitchen was stocked for eating, drinking and cooking. Had a great time, the 4 baths were a big plus also. Location was quiet, would have loved to have Shark passes, but the Big hot tub helped. Overall we enjoyed our stay!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The kids loved the loft area and each family had their own space. Great house! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a family reunion at the house with multiple families. The house was great for a large group and included lots of activities to keep us entertained. The hosts were very responses. Great service overall. We recommend this house and would visit again.

The property was just as described, we felt welcomed and communication was quick with questions we had. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here for a nice getaway!

The house was comfortable and meet or needs. It had plenty of space for 4 adults. The only issues we had were the following: no paper towels in the paper towel holder or in the house, the front and back decks needed to be cleaned off. There was a blower in the garage but there wasn’t a extension cord with it so it was useless. I wouldn’t have minded blowing it off myself if I had what I needed to do it with. The last thing is the hot tub key was not on the fridge where it was stated to be and it was nowhere to be found.

Everything about the house and the stay was great. They could’ve had a few more commodities available in the kitchen but otherwise it was great!
VRBO added $100 on the reservation fee and the way it’s done it’s easy to miss which I did so be very careful of that

Our family came to stay in Sunriver for the spring break holiday and we really enjoyed our home. All the right necessities and beautiful home. We will definitely come back again!!

The kitchen was well stocked!! Good knives, lots of dishes and silverware, bowls, and equipment for mailing good food!!! Love the open floor plan! Just one thing… get a new broom!!

Two families with kids (ages 16-23) really enjoyed this property. It is beautiful and spacious. The ping pong table, the Foosball table, and the poker table were used a lot during our stay. I would recommend this place for sure.

This home was very clean and as described. We weren’t there long enough to enjoy all that it offered. I would recommend and would rent again next September for a week if I could bring our cocker. Thanks!

We chose this property to spend a few days with our grown son and daughter and their spouses, and it was almost perfect! The layout gave each couple a good sized bedroom with a private bath. The master suite was on the main floor so us “oldsters” didn’t have to climb stairs. The kitchen was easy to cook in, and with the island, easy to congregate in. Open concept made it easy to do different things (like jigsaw puzzles and football)while still being together. The deck and hot tub were a great spot to finish the day. We only had one critique, and that was that the living room only had seating for 4 or 5 people, we had to supplement with dining room chairs, not a deal breaker, we would stay there again, but a couple more comfy chairs would help. The 10:00 am checkout also seemed a bit early. All things considered I would give this property a five star rating
