About this house rental

Nestled in Bloomington, this charming house for $134 per night is a great option for your next trip. Private entrance, in-law suite on the east side. This totally private space is attached to our home in the basement where you will have complete isolation. Our house is within walking distance of Target and the college mall. It's a 5 minute drive to the IU campus and in a quite neighborhood. The room and bathroom have recently been redone. We have a king bed, a queen air mattress, and a sofa that guests are welcome to sleep on. We are happy to host you and your pet. Please make sure to let us know your pet is coming prior to arrival.

This rental was perfect for my family , nothing too extravagant but very homey and perfect quiet place to stay away from home. The host was very welcoming and kept great communication for any of our needs during our stay. Would 100% love to have another get away and stay at this property again !

It was perfect for our overnight stay. We attended the IU/unc men's basketball game. Had a 4 hr drive ahead of ourselves so this room for our needs. My only suggestion is to provide more lighting to get from the street to the room. Thank you for a pleasant and comfortable stay!

The room was nice and the host was very responsive. One thing that could be improved would be a pathway to the room so we didn't track mud in. Overall, a good stay!

We stayed one night. The room and bathroom are clean and cozy. It has a large closet and good size refrigerator. Nice TV with Netflix etc. Good location near campus. While it has a separate entrance, we were surprised there is no walkway to door. You have to walk on the grass and the lawn has small holes you have to avoid. The door is far walk from road. Also somewhat muddy near door. In addition, while they allow pets, no outdoor trash can for pet waste bags. We had to take bags to local gas station outdoor trash can.

We were visiting our son who is attending IU. Close to campus and provide exactly what we needed for one night. Well decorated.

We had a lovely stay. The room was clean and all amenities were as stated in the ad. It was easy to find and we had no trouble coming and going from the property. We did not spend much time at the residence, but when we were there it was quiet. Lovely neighborhood.

The property was very nice and beautifully decorated. All the plants were a great touch. Easy in and out. Comfortable bed. We would definitely recommend this property and stay here again.

Heather was a great host, and the property was just as shown in the listing. Recently updated, very clean and comfortable for my one-night stay while I visited my daughter at IU. The property was less than 10 minutes from campus and was perfect for what I needed

We loved our short stay in this beautiful suite. It was the perfect spot for us—close to IU which was convenient for moving our kids in but far enough away that we enjoyed a quiet, peaceful stay.

Very clean, close to IU, nicer than the photos. The owners were readily accessible and very hospitable. We really enjoyed our stay and felt like we were home.

The property is in a beautiful location - very pretty, very peaceful (even saw a deer on the property!), and very convenient to downtown Bloomington. If you need more space than a hotel provides, this is a much better option. It's like staying in a luxury hotel suite.
