Amazing property and prefect for the needs of our family for our family vacation. Property was very well appointed and had all the amenities a family would need for a stay. Highly recommend!

This was our second stay. The downstairs apartment suited our needs perfectly. Very well furnished, even with paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, washing machine needs, tea, coffee, and even creamers. We had a surprise treat when we arrived. Hosts live upstairs but never knew it - it was not an issue. Ice- maker wasnt working but getting a bag of ice isnt a deal breaker... would make things more convenient. We are very thankful for their sharing of their apartment. Very clean, supplied linens and all towels needed. It was super to have a washer and dryer on site!

Lovely quiet neighborhood with room for the kids to play in the back yard. Beautiful patio area with shade and at home feels with small details in decor. Will definitely be coming here again on our next get a way.

It was such a nice cozy place to stay for our vacation. Loved the decor. The hosts were very nice and friendly.

This place is very nice place to stay only 30 min from Pigeon Forge TN , super clean, quiet and a where you can relax, has plenty of room for the whole family, there was 5 of us and had plenty of space. Glad we found this place would Love you rent it again in the future.

Was the perfect space for our girls weekend trip. Easy location to downtown, with plenty of space for us to spread out and relax. Steven and Anita were the perfect hosts..easily available but not hovering. The cookies they left for us were delicious.

My family and I had a great stay. All of our needs were met and we intend on staying there for future visits. Thank you for everything!

Came in for a weekend of family events and this was a perfect place to stay. Clean, comfortable and conveniently located.

Relocating for work and needed a place for the work week. Beautifully done apartment. Very clean and comfortable! If I would have changed anything it would have been to add more ambient lighting options. Location is very convenient to all attractions without the tourist crowds! Highly recommend!

This property was top-notch. It is the basement of a residence and we were able to meet the owners who were very kind. The place was outstandingly clean, warm and inviting, and decorated very nicely. It was also very well stocked, everything we needed was right on hand. I would highly recommend this property, and I am certain we will try to stay there again as it is very convenient to Knoxville in the University of Tennessee where our son is in school.

Property is clean but this is basement and lot of flies inside the property and air circulation is not there.

It was absolutely perfect!!! It made our vacation magical..I have an autistic son and they we so understanding with him!

I was on a weekend trip with a friend. We were blown away with how the property was. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Including a little coffee bar for all us caffeine lovers. Would definitely stay here again in the future!
