Excellent location, beautiful property

G O R G E O U S cabin about 25 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. Extremely clean and ample room for two families. The kids (6 years old) could not get enough of the video games and the adults took in the views from the wrap around porch. Such a treat that the owner had the cabin decorated for Christmas! Will definitely keep this property in mind for future mountain stays.

We had an incredible time staying at this property. It was just perfect for our girls' weekend. Everyone kept raving that it exceeded all of our expectations. The home was immaculate and spacious with the most comfortable beds. The amenities (wrap around porch, porch swing, hot tub, rocking chairs, fire pit, fire place) truly allowed us to immerse ourselves in the Blue Ridge Mountains experience. We missed out on nothing. The hosts were very communicative. 10 out of 10! Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for that perfect place to stay!

Wow! This cabin is beautiful! Location was close to everything and tons of space. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. We had some power issues (mountain storms in the summer), owners were quick to help and kept us updated. We all had a blast rocking on the porch and playing some intense games of ping pong 😉🏓

Very nice property we had a lot of fun! Close to recreational activities especially white water rafting! Would rent again

We had a great time at Red Oak Retreat! The house worked great for our two families! Black stone was great for cooking breakfast and the hot tub was perfection after hikes!

For Starters I would like to say my family and I really enjoyed ourselves. We are currently planning a trip to return in the summer of 2023. When we first arrived the first things we stated was “OMG”. The cabin was beyond beautiful and way more than we expected (in a good way). The cabins is even more beautiful in person. The cabin is suitable for all ages and has plenty of space. We had a age range from 5 months to adults and everyone felt comfortable. The location was so peaceful and beautiful. I really loved how the Cabin had 3 levels which gave the kids their own space and the adults their own space. I really enjoyed how convenient each level was (such as a microwave and refrigerator) on the ground level. The out door space was just as good, with plenty seating areas. The wrap around deck was truly amazing. The location is minutes from downtown Blue Ridge which was great. I will not spoil all the surprises that this beautiful gem holds. The only issue that we had which wasn’t a issue for the home, but the incline to the cabins had a roadway partially wiped out. This was the only issue we faced. I would recommend this cabin to anyone who wants a peaceful stay in a beautiful location. The host was truly a blessing to my family and I. The response quickly and assisted with any questions that were asked. The host also made it convenient for us timely. ~Tez
