Located in the popular Roads End neighborhood with unobstructed 180-degree view of the Oregon coast, our home is close to everything Lincoln City has to offer; golfing, shopping, antique stores, hiking, fabulous restaurants, fishing, storm watching, fresh seafood, whale watching, boating on Devil's Lake, Premium outlet stores, and Chinook Winds Casino with celebrity entertainment! The house is 45 feet directly above the water, offering amazing views up and down the coast right from Living, Dining, and Master Bedroom. Take a short walk to the beach for jogging, horse back riding, kite flying, and tide pools. New renovations (11/2022): Hardwood floor throughout, exterior & interior paints, granite countertop, gas stove, range hood, gas fireplace, bath vanities, and faucets. 🛌 Bedroom - 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. All on one level. - Master bedroom w/ Ocean view. King-sized bed with attached full bathroom. Office desk & chair perfect for WFH and Zoom calls. A door leads out to outdoor deck. - Second master bedroom w/ Garden view. Queen-sized bed with attached full bathroom and bathtub. - Guest bedroom w/ Garden view. 2 Twin-sized beds. - Kid bedroom w/ Full & Twin-size bunk beds and 1 Twin-size bed insert. - Hallway full bathroom w/ bathtub. 🏠 Living room: - Spacious living room w/ walls of Oceanview windows & bookshelves, Vaulted wooden-beam ceiling, Comfortable couch with Queen-sized sleeper (sleeps 2), & Stone fireplace. - Big screen smart TV, Board games, Books, and more. 🍔 Kitchen & Dining: - Set up for chefs. Our driveway can accommodate 20-foot trailer. ✨ Additional features - Free Wi-Fi high speed internet connection. 📃 House rules: (more details in the attached house rules): - Must be at least 25 years old to book. - Maximum occupancy limits to 13 guests including children. (Per city's regulations). - No Saturday check in or check out. (since Saturday is our cleaning crew's only off day). - No check in or check out on Thanksgiving day, Christmas Eve, Christmas day, New Year Eve, and New Year day. (since these are our cleaning crew's holidays). - Keep noise level to a minimum from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am. - 4 vehicles allowed on the property. No street parking allowed. - No smoking of any kind on the property. - Pets allowed: Dogs & Cats only, maximum of 2. - We understand your pets might feel anxious in a new environment and need to be closer to their people. It was great, wonderful views of the beach and ocean, the host was very responsive. the fireplace would not turn on and he had someone come and fix it. My only suggestion would be to leave a couple of shelves empty so renters have somewhere to put the food they have brought. The house was very clean and the amenities were top notch.

Awesome ocean view from the house. Very comfortable stay with the family and our dog. Kitchen was well stocked but could use proper wine glasses and extra garbage bag. Will definitely stay here again.

The house was everything we were hoping it would be. One level, plenty of bedrooms and beds, VERY well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, wonderful deck and a GORGEOUS view of the ocean! We will be back again!

They always say location location location and they are right. The hamptons is a wonderful house with an incredible view. Very close to beach access and stores. The house was comfortable and homey. Wonderfully restful.

This was a great house for my family’s stay to celebrate my parent’s 60th anniversary. The view was fantastic! The deck lovely and there was quick access to the beach. We’d never stayed in this area before and we would definitely do so again. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the grill was great for family dinners. The master suite was great for my parents. I would make one change. If it was my home, I would convert one of the kid’s room to a more comfortable smaller adult room and use a double or queen bed there instead if so many twins as they aren’t the most comfortable for most people. Overall, great location-beautiful home! Good communication with owner. Thank you!

Location is great, a short walk to beach access that was easy enough for all adults, 6-year old kid, and active grandparents, but my 3 year old needed a little help over the slippery rocks. No big deal. Check in was easy, and we arrived just as the cleaners were finishing up. No complaints about the property. Loved reading my book on the deck each day. Cooked almost all our meals in, so the well stocked kitchen was much appreciated. Grocery store was also nearby. We all slept well and had enough space to stretch out. Dog especially liked roaming around the fully enclosed deck/yard, as well and in-out of the magnetic screened doors on her own. Would be happy to stay again!

We were supposed to be able to check in at 4pm. The housekeeper was cleaning until 4:45 and her child was screaming the whole time. There was dog hair all over the place and huge piles of it. Didn’t look like it had been vacuumed. The second bedroom shower was clogged and there was dirt coming up the drain when we tried to use it. The fridge was warm when we got there but the owner was timely at getting back to us and getting it working. The view was great and so close to beach access!

The layout of the house was great for a family vacation. The views and deck to enjoy them were amazing. The house has everything you could need especially if you plan on cooking. Overall a great house and experience!

The views are breathtaking! The house was comfortable, the furniture was comfortable. The owner thought of everything! All light switchs were labeled. Instructions for appliances and TV, gas fireplace. We saw deer in the backyard of the neighbors two different days. The bed was comfortable. The rain came as soon as we came in from the sunny stroll on the beach. Fabulous!

The house has unobstructed views of ocean, is very comfortable and well decorated. We prepared all our meals in the completely equipped kitchen and took advantage of the washer and dryer.
This property also allowed us to park our 20 foot travel trailer in the driveway with room for additional vehicles.We enjoyed our stay in this lovely, newly remodeled home and would definitely return in the future.

This property was amazing!! The stay was perfect for my elderly parents. No stairs to climb. Lucy our dog enjoyed the stay as well. Just a short walk to the beach. The enclosed yard worked well for our dog as well. The location was close to town, grocery store, and restaurants. Just one improvement that could be made… the mattress was not comfortable. Everything else was wonderful We had a wonderful time

Views were amazing. Check in was not. They were late cleaning and didn’t notify us until we were already traveling. They said we should just go get dinner while they cleaned. Also it says wheelchair accessible. Not even close. The ramp is across a lawn and a huge step up to the ramp. Through the garage are multiple steps. The furniture is to crowded for accessibility. Avoid if you have a wheelchair or walker.

The house is very nicely decorated. The couch is comfortable, but could use some floor grippers as it slides on the LVP flooring. The view is nice. I found our time there to be relaxing and everyone enjoyed it.

My mother has mobility issues and the house was easy to get in and out of with easy bathroom access. The only suggestion would be to add some grab bars in the bathroom.
We had a wonderful time and hope to return to the same location again.

My family and I stayed here over the long MLK weekend and absolutely loved it. Awesome location, amazing views, great price, and the family dog was able to go with us. House was clean, well equipped, and has comfortable furniture. Great to visit during the off season as it’s quiet and even if the weather isn’t great, you get the up close ocean view 24x7 in front of the gas fireplace. Will stay again next year!

My family came from all over CA and Oregon for Thanksgiving. We had a wonderful time. It couldn’t be better. The house was gorgeous. It had everything we could need. The view breathtaking. The owner was so helpful with any questions we had.

We had a great time at this rental! The view is awesome!!! We had a view of the ocean from the living room, dining room, kitchen, & master bedroom. The other 3 bedrooms are on the other side of the house, separate from the master bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked. The washer and dryer look new. The house is very clean. It is a short, easy walk to Roads End State Recreation Site with beach access. I received an email a couple of days prior to check in & the door code was not included. I didn't think anything of it because most owners send the code at check in time. We arrived at the rental an hour after check in time & we still didn't have the door code. There was some kind of glitch in the vrbo message system. I called & text the owner & received an immediate response via text & we were in the house within minutes. It was no big deal for us because we needed to let the dogs spend some time outside in the fenced yard before we went in anyways. That was the only "glitch" we had with this rental & the owner responded so quickly & apologized profusely. I would highly recommend this rental & we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views of the ocean from several large windows and comfortable deck!
We understand the house was recently purchased and it needs updates, such as carpet. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans but could use some more utensils like a pizza cutter. . The door lock didn’t work initially but the owner had it repaired. The light outside the door didn’t work and the propane tank with grill was empty. The kitchen was not clean and several dishes were placed in the cabinet dirty. The views make these complaints tolerable.

Good Beach Location with quick access to the waves, sands and ocean air. The kitchen is small but well stocked for the guests who like to cook. Families with dogs will like the space but we were disappointed in the very soiled condition of the carpeting with little ones running about - and we have dogs, too.. We also happen to love great beds at a vacation rental but again, we were disappointed. Maybe this experience will be better for the next guests. As seasoned renters , we rate the accommodations as ok, good location but we expected more and wont be back, sorry.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this house. Road's End is possibly my favorite neighborhood on the Oregon Coast and this house is key to that. The size of this house really makes it a gem. Me, my husband, our two kids, our dog, my sister, and her two kids all stayed here for three very comfortable nights. There is plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen is just big enough to handle a full house. The dining room table overlooking the ocean seats 8 comfortably. The huge master bedroom and bathroom provided plenty of space for my husband to work while we were there. The provided desk in the bedroom, overlooking the ocean, was a treat. There is plenty of storage and 3 full bathrooms so no lines! The fenced in front yard was great for the dog but he mostly enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the gulls and pelicans. Getting to the beach itself is a slight trek. A wagon would be advisable to bring with you if you have kids and the resulting ephemera.

This property is perfectly located away from the busy streets of town and close to Roads End (great tidepools at low tide!). The views are spectacular, the beds comfortable, plenty of towels and dishes, appreciated garage.
The home is in desperate need of a deep clean and some minor repair work. Had to wash dishes from cupboard, collect trash from under beds, tape up kitchen fan cover...little things like that. I contacted the manager and they were very receptive to and grateful for my feedback. They let me know they are working with a new housecleaning company and will address issues immediately. Once updated, we'll definitely book again.

This is a beautiful home. Well maintained and clean.
When we arrived we noticed that the blind on the back door was broken. I called the phone number in the Welcome binder to report this and was advised that they are not the property owners any longer. This information needs to be updated

Beautiful view
Beautiful view with lots of room for everyone. The house was convenient for a comfortable stay. Never figured out the tv in the living room but wasn’t there to watch tv..had everything we needed except toilet paper but some was brought right away. Was great for elderly parents with easy access.
