You are in the heart of all Helen has to offer. In the summer, you can walk to the access location for the Chattahoochee River Tubing. When you get back from tubing, grab a bite at the North Georgia BBQ on your way back to the condo, or choose from one of the many other restaurants nearby. Sit out on the deck and enjoy the peacefulness as you watch the river flowing by. Grill out on the provided grill while you enjoy a glass of wine from one of our local wineries. There is so much to see and do in Helen. For the kids (and adults), there is the Alpine Coaster and several locations to play mini golf. Enjoy strolling the streets of Helen - whatever the season - and do some shopping or grab a funnel cake. Helen is a great location for family fun anytime of year. Come & visit during Oktoberfest where you can try German foods & beer, listen to authentic German music, and have the time of your life. If you prefer to enjoy nature and the more serene side of the area, there are some amazing hiking trails around Helen and outstanding waterfalls: Anna Ruby Falls near Unicoi State Park, Duke Creek Falls, or Raven Cliff Falls. It was fabulous. Great location and could walk to downtown. Retro decor was awesome. It was very cozy and comfy. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others.

Very clean condo right on river. Great place to stay for watching people tub down river. You can park your car and walk everywhere which was an added bonus.

The property was directly on the river and within walking distance to tubing, mountain coaster and downtown. It was nice to have the convienance of a kitchen, washer/dryer and and outside balcony to sit and listen to the river. Everything was super clean and stocked for our needs during our stay with easy electronic checkin/entry we didn’t have to worry about timing or carrying around a key.
One concern was how busy the street is with all the turbing busses using the road all day but it does not effect the quietness inside and it is quiet at night. The other concern was with the sofa bed which was not comfortable at all and did not have support on the bottom so my son went right through but luckily he didn’t mind just sleeping on the floor.
Excellent spot for a getaway which we will use in the future!

Everything was as pictured. Short walk to everything. Perfect for just the two of us. The walls are kind of thin. We had a great time sitting on the balcony listening to the river and enjoyed downtown Helen. We even got to sit on the front balcony and watch the Shriner parade.

We loved this rental! Close enough to walk everywhere! Loved watching the tubers on the back porch! The bed was amazingly comfortable! We look forward to returning!

We really enjoyed the porch and spent late afternoon and evenings there. It was peaceful in May. We just wanted a peaceful getaway for a few days and found it here.

The location was fantastic, because it was within walking distance to everything in Helen. It had a nice view of the river from the balcony. The balcony was covered so you could still enjoy it during the rain too. The unit had comfortable furniture and it was easy to communicate with the owners. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Spacious room with large deck overlooking the river. Great breeze coming off the mountain. It is a very peaceful location. You can easily walk to downtown by walking 2 blocks (one block up, one block over. Cowboys & Angels and Bodensee were our favorite restaurants in Helen, and if you are looking for brisket take the short drive to Cleveland, GA and stop by Clyde's (jalapeno grit fritters are heavenly)

The 50’s themed villa was more than just a place to rest your head! The view from the back porch is beautiful and the sound of the river will put anyone to sleep. The shops are walking distance away so we left the car, got ready to celebrate the weekend. The place is amazing! The host left little treat bags on the bed, bathroom and kitchen. Everything was clean and well kept. It was like home! We will definitely be staying here again!

We lived staying here! The bed was big and comfortable, the decoration of the space was adorable, and the full kitchen, as well as the washer and dryer, were a blessing to have during our trip! I loved the back patio area looking out onto the river, and the location is super ideal, with everything in Helen being less than a 5 minute drive or a brisk walk!!!

The location was amazing. Close to the main strip but still felt like we were away in the woods. The room was excellent. Very cozy and clean. The only issue is having non guests park in your reserved spot. There is minimal parking and having your spot taken leaks you have to find elsewhere in the city to park. And that could mean paying for parking!

The kitchen is great and everything is new, is 2 minutes walking from everything what you need.

My husband planned a trip to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary and wanted to find someplace that looked like a Hallmark movie. In his search he discovered Helen! It was a very enjoyable trip and we had a great time.
The location of the condo was perfect. We were close enough to walk to downtown and enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of the season!
Would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit the North Georgia Mountains.

The property was very nice, and very centrally located. My only complaint would be how dusty the ceiling fans were. Whoever is cleaning the property doesn't clean the ceiling fans.

A cute condo just off the beaten path and within walking distance from downtown. Very easy check in process. The king bed was very comfortable and fireplace was a great addition for those cold nights. Aerator was missing from the bathroom sink which made it a bit difficult to use but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

By far one of the most peaceful and restful places we have been to. The fireplace , and the balcony overlooking the river was just amazing. Not to mention that during our stay it was raining so sleeping was no issue. The bed was definitely the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. A lot of good walking distance places you can enjoy. Definitely booking again !
