The house was perfect.Clean + cozy! We loved the sunroom, so we got to utilize that everyday since our stay wasn't too hot. The pullout couch and rollaway bed weren't too comfy, but we managed. Will definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect for us. It was clean, nicely decorated, more than enough kitchen supplies, and within walking distance of town. The sunroom was really cute but extremely warm. My son was comfortable sitting out there with the fan on though and made use of the room. The location also was close to Tom's Cove Campground where our other son and his wife were camping, so it was easy to get together with them too.

This townhouse was perfect for my family. We absolutely enjoyed the sunroom enjoyed the morning’s listening to the birds and kept dry when a storm came in.

This property was perfect for us. It was clean, nicely decorated, more than enough kitchen supplies, and within walking distance of town. The sunroom was really cute but extremely warm. My son was comfortable sitting out there with the fan on though and made use of the room. With COVID, were not allowed to check in earlier as have done in the past , siting it was due to extra cleaning efforts.. I can attest that NO additional cleaning was done. Shower wall soap scum was visible and air vents fuzzy. Can’t see that EXTRA cleaning was done.

Very nice and relaxing. My family stayed here last year and really enjoy this place. we would definitely be interested in buying if available. The only issue this year was bathroom wasn't very clean and trash piled on top of outside garbage (by previous tenant) can got ripped open overnight. But realtor took care of it.

Townhouse was comfy and relaxing. We loved the games and decor, especially the artwork. Good location and and well supplied with essentials. Lovely Sunroom was very nice in the morning and night but unbearable during the day. Our family had a great time, as we always do in Chincoteague, even with the cancelled Pony events!
