Home has a kitchen, dining, living, and screened in patio. Master bedroom, with private master bath, has a queen size bed and has cable TV, second bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin. Couches in living room have full size pull-outs. Home is walking distance to a playground, Walgreens, some wonderful restaurants, a Finnish bakery, and tennis courts. We are 1 mile to the ocean and beaches with restaurants, parking, shops, etc. House has 2 parking spots for use under a covered carport and on the driveway, and parking is allowed on the street. This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood, and as such it is not a party house.
