Located in South Bethany, this lovely house for $300 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Walk to the Beach! Coastal style home featuring 3 bedrooms plus large loft and 2 full baths and outdoor shower. Open living with vaulted ceiling and skylights in great room adjoining dining room that opens to a charming screened porch and open decking with southern exposure. Kitchen features in-kitchen dining and good storage. Main bedroom and bath on first floor with two additional bedrooms and large loft located on the second floor. After enjoying the beach all day, shower off in your outside shower, then relax on your back deck or porch. Excellent parking with driveway running street to street and under-house parking. This breezy all-season beach rental. Relax and enjoy this wonderful place at the beach! (Sunday to Sunday booking only for May- Sept 2024). Linens and towels are not provided. THINGS TO KNOW - We love our home and like to know about the guests who share it. Please tell us a bit about yourself, your group, and your travel plans when you request a reservation. - Please treat the Property with the same care you would use with your own residence and leave it in the same condition it was in when you arrived. - Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. -Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a weekly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). -The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.

Quiet, laid back area within easy access and walking distance to the beach. Ellie, the owner of the property couldn’t have been nicer. I would highly recommend this property.

We all loved the house and the neighborhood. It was such a short walk to the beach. The kids loved their own little living room. We had such a great time. We would love to stay at your home again, and I will recommend this house to family and friends.

Great size house for small family. Kitchen is large and easy to have people gather helping to prep. Beds were comfortable we had everything we needed. The location is really the best part as it’s next to a great Produce market and super easy beach access. Outdoor show was also a treat! Wish the furniture was a bit newer and more comfortable but we didn’t spend much time using it as we were at the beach all day.

Only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Beach was not crowded at all. Beds were comfortable (nothing worse than back pain ruining your vacation!) Kids loved the loft area with beanbag and all the games available. Very quiet at night.

TLDR-it was the perfect house for our small family! This was perfect for my husband, myself, and our 4 yo. Short bike ride to the beach. Large storage shed underneath the house for our chairs and bikes. They provide a few and some toys as well. They had the perfect small chair for my daughter. The kitchen had lots of great cooking equipment (I’ve been to some rentals that were seriously lacking in this department) and was nicely up to date with quartz (I’m guessing) counter tops and a large sunken sink and great hooded range. An up to date kitchen like this really makes a rental for me. That and comfortable beds-which they were. We really appreciated the keyless entry/number pad. My toddler loved being able to help press the buttons. My daughter also loved the game room/loft area. That giant green bean bag chair was a big hit! I’m actually hoping yo find out the brand so I can get one for my own house. Didn’t see a tag on it though.

This was the first time we ever rented a house for a week! My kids are 20 and 18. The location was great! The house had all the things we needed and was very comfortable! I would definitely stay here again!

Loved this clean, welcoming space! A super quick walk to the beach and close to shops/restaurants. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the beachy decor was a fun touch. Highly recommend!

The house is clean, well stocked and a quick walk to the beach. It was perfect for a girls get away. The owner was lovely and communicative. Only drawback was the 30 minute hike to downtown Bethany. Just a minor trade off for peace and quiet! I will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property (Sandpiper pines). The house was very clean, convenient with everything you would need for a week at the beach. The best part was its proximity to a beach with little crowd. The price was very reasonable as well. Thank you!

This is the perfect place to stay. Excellent location in a pine shaded neighborhood, just a short walk to the beach. The house is beautiful and well maintained for a family with two small children (including a child step stool, beach toys/chairs, puzzles and games). The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary cookware and utensils, and key pantry items. We loved lounging and dining in the screened-porch area (with fan). The utility room washer/dryer was a huge plus, and it was a great place to store our beach cart/toys. The owner was very responsive to our questions, and the keyless entry made check-in very easy. Our young girls felt right at home, and we hope to return year after year.

The house was lovely and in a perfect location. We were close to the beach and restaurants but the neighborhood was quiet at night. The beach in this area is not crowded at all. We had a great time. Outdoor shower at the house was tremendous.

Sandpiper Pines was great. It was very cozy with the perfect amount of space for our family, and it provided all that we needed. Whether we stayed in playing games or took a walk to the beach or the Bethany shops, it was a wonderful place to stay! Doesn't hurt that Grotto Pizza and Sandy Pony Donuts were very nearby! Ellie was very responsive leading up to our stay, even providing a list and links to events happening while we were in town. We would definitely like to stay again sometime!
