Beautiful view

Can't beat the view and location at that price! The property was overall clean. Some obvious wear and tear...it's nothing fancy but you are here for the beach! The owner was great to work with and very responsive. We were a little disappointed that we did not have access to the pier/direct walkway out to the beach as shown in pictures. It was closed due to repairs needed to be made by the State. I understand it needs to be fixed (probaby the outdoor stairs need to be fixed too...a little scary to walk up). We were able to access the beach from the walkway in the middle of the condo property....just had to dodge the super vicious mosquitos! It would be nice if they could spray for those suckers because I have never seen anything like it (and yes I'm from Houston). But again...cant beat the location for the price.

The location is average, but it is on the beach. Get up early if you want a space behind the house as this place gets packed with cars early... property is in poor repair, as the balconies and associated railings, walls, ceilings, and floors are all in disrepair. The appliances and beds should have been replaced some time this century. The private wooden walk to the beach was blocked off with danger signs and rape, and the leasing company explained it was unsafe for use... had to use the common walk several slots down... toilets have visible pee stains thay make them look as though they are always containing urine. I think you get the jest of not as we expected.

The rental process was very easy. We had a wonderful time!

This was our first time ever using a VRBO service, we were pleasantly surprised and had such a wonderful stay. The management company was so easy to work with. The home was beautiful and comfortable. We will be back!

Property is in dire need of attention. If we hadn't prepaid, we wouldn't have stayed there.

The property has a million dollar view but that's it. Unfortunately, this property needs a lot of work and has many structural issues/safety hazards. I was hesitant to stay in the property and wanted to request a refund upon arrival. Here is a list of items that are concerning: Improperly installed steps outside of the unit ( I fell and so did my friend on the way down). We did not swim therefore the the steps were not wet. We all determined it's the angle of the steps. The property is leaning, the shower outside did not work, there is excess humidity in the property. A dehumidifier must be installed to control the humidity in the unit, Strong odor of mold (potentially black mold behind walls), visible water damage (floors and ceilings), the bridge/platform structure is not safe and must be replaced. Some of the gaps are too far apart and the structure is very old. All balconies must be replaced as they are old and unsafe. There are areas on the upper balcony that are not not secure and a child could easily fall through the loose wood surrounding the balconies. Not enough clean towels, old linen and old utensils. This property should be removed from VRBO listings until the proper repairs are completed. I do not recommend anyone stay here especially if children will be present. Quite honestly, the property’s daily rate is unacceptable considering it’s current condition.

The property was exactly like the pictures. Great views, clean and a great location. We will be back
