The villa is brand new and has been built with no expense spared, providing true luxury and sophistication. The exterior living space is grand and offers a stunning backdrop for relaxation and entertainment. The interior design and furnishings are equally impressive, creating an atmosphere of elegance and comfort. The villa features five large bedrooms, three of which are master suites, designed to comfortably accommodate 10-12 guests. The Aspen modern design of the home adds to its mountain charm. Despite its proximity to the attractions and amenities of the greater Blowing Rock/Blue Ridge area, you may find it difficult to leave the property. The great room, dining room, and kitchen provide ample space for gathering, while allowing for quiet personal time. The house is fully stocked with all the necessary appointments to make you and your guests feel at home. Blowing Rock Wow House is conveniently located just a seven-minute drive from Main St. Blowing Rock and a five-minute drive or a short downhill bicycle ride from the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway. This prime location offers easy access to hiking, fishing, sightseeing, ski resorts, restaurants, shopping, and other tourist destinations in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina. If you're looking for a luxurious and unforgettable mountain retreat, Blowing Rock Wow House is the perfect choice. And Yes We do understand that $1000 for a Pet fee is exorbitant. That is because we do not want your dog at our home to be very honest. You will understand when you see the layout in person from the pool through the accordion doors into our living room; but we also understand some pets are part of a lifestyle that no price will prohibit. It’s not refundable. You can choose to pay $300 a day for the pool heated at current propane rates. House can only hold 5 cars maximum in the parking area and there is no other parking in the neighborhood

Stunning views from most every space. The home is equipped with everything you may possibly need.

The property is truly breathtaking. You think the pictures are amazing? Just wait until you see it in real life. Our 9 year old daughter literally started crying when we drove up, that’s how pretty it is lol finding the house is a little tricky. You pull onto a gravel road that goes in a couple different directions, but you just need to take the one toward the right and go all the way back, then you can’t miss it. It’s private, there’s no one else around you. It’s not steep to get up there either for anyone out there that’s afraid of heights. The owner sent a very detailed list of instructions for check in and check out as well as information about the sliding doors and pool and sauna. The house has everything you need (seasonings, oil, foil, ziploc bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc) and a plethora of bath & pool towels. The beds are very comfortable. The views are breathtaking. We paid extra for the owner to heat the pool on our second day and it was worth it. She turned off the pool’s infinity edge and the heat lasted two days. Without heating, the water was pretty darn cold even in 80 degree weather. We loved everything about the house and didn’t leave once during our stay. Truly magical!

Breathtaking house and views. Our family was totally impressed. The only negative was my credit card was hacked after making a VBRO payment.
I only used that card to make that payment. I did not appreciate that experience.

This was our first time ever staying in a VRBO. Let’s just say it is going to be hard to beat. Everything about the house was better than we ever dreamed it would be.

Definitely a WOW house and views! Happy to find that the actual house and views were better than the VRBO website pictures. Excellent heated pool with mountain views. Great place to stay and we enjoyed it. In the mountains but yet close to Boone and Blowing Rock for supplies and restaurants.
Only issue we had during our stay was running out of propane (no hot showers 1 morning). However the owner quickly reacted to that and addressed the issue shortly after being notified.

Our stay was simply incredible. We came as a church staff of nine people for long weekend retreat of rest and relaxation. It provided the perfect space for us to gather. We had activities planned around Boone, but honestly we could have stayed at the house and not even left. The house is beautiful - well-designed, well-stocked and well-cleaned. Every room has a wow factor. The views are breathtaking. We cooked, grilled, and used every amenity of the house. We even took advantage of the pool in the winter snow flurries and did ice baths! Cameron was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. We couldn't have dreamed of a better oasis for our retreat. Thank you and we will return!

When I saw the pictures of the house I thought it was amazing. Little did I know when we arrived for my wife’s birthday celebration with friends the house would exceed expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice if you can believe it. The house was immaculate and invited conversation and quality time with the tv to the side and the couches by the fireplace. All of the measurables like cleanliness and responsive to requests were 5 star. We cooked breakfast in the expansive kitchen amd Viking range which made for a great start to the day. Overall a 5 star stay and will go back.

The views are amazing and the property has been created and decorated to the very last detail. A true luxury property experience and the property owners were great to deal with. Very responsive to all messages. We arrived late at night but when we woke up in the morning the views were absolutely amazing. Every inch of the property was professionally decorated and the home definitely did not feel like a “rental”. This felt like you were staying at someone’s multi-million dollar home instead of a rental property. Fully stocked kitchen with all of the necessities to stay in and cook, fire pit outside overlooking the mountain views and a lot location that provided just the right amount of privacy. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a truly exclusive experience.

We stayed here for a short three-night getaway. The house absolutely takes your breath away — first the view when you arrive at sunset and then the lavish interior. The bedrooms are plentiful and the beds are extremely comfortable. The kitchen is very well-equipped. We cooked two nights and it had everything that we needed. On the third night we ate at a nice restaurant in nearby Blowing Rock. The location of the house is convenient to not just Blowing Rock but also Boone and Banner Elk and other spots for food, shopping, and activities. We had a couple of questions during our stay and Cameron was extremely responsive, even in the evening/ night. We would definitely rent this house again.

We had an incredible time here! I can’t say enough about how beautiful the views are and how perfectly set up the house is. I highly recommend this listing if looking for a huge house with everything you could ask for and a perfect location!

This house was gorgeous and depicted accurately in the listing. It was very close to town with gorgeous mountain views. The only issue we had with the hot water heater. It kept going out. The owner wrote back and told me that it was located in the crawlspace so I just had to keep going down and turning it back on. Other than that it was a very nice day.

This house is absolutely beautiful. Everything was clean and great quality. Beds were very comfortable and linens were great quality as well. We will stay here again in the future. Close to Blowing Rock and great restaurants but we grilled in one night to enjoy the pool, the view and the fire pit.

The pictures are accurate for how amazing it is. We had a great weekend! Originally we had planned on going into town but with the pool and view we opted to just stay at the house and enjoy. When we arrived on Friday there was some trash in the driveway and there weren’t enough pool towels for the size of our group but Cameron was easy to get up with and quickly answered any questions we had about things on the property. Couldn’t have asked for a more stunning house.

20th Anniversary Trip to Remember
When we arrived at the home, the only word that my 4-year old daughter said was WOW! The home was luxurious inside and out, and the view was breathtaking! From the time we entered the home, everything was perfect. The detail and craftsmanship throughout the home were stunning. Comfort, peace, and relaxation in every nook. It’s going to be hard to explain how we took a mountain vacation, and came back home with tans! The pool, the pool, the pool! The view from the heated pool was captivating.
The view from the master terrace was amazing! Cameron was the best! He was very accessible and helpful!
This was truly a 20th anniversary my wife and I would never forget. I would highly recommend this amazing property to anyone looking for amazing Mountain views!

Amazing Blowing Rock Villa!!
Our stay was absolutely fabulous! The views were nothing short of amazing. Our family had a blast in the infinity pool and we enjoyed the fire pit – made the best Smores ever!! The kitchen was well equipped and lacked nothing in the way of utensils, dishes, silverware, small appliances, etc. We had a caterer come in for one evening and he was very complimentary-particularly the Viking range/ovens. Bedrooms and baths were nicely furnished with every amenity needed. The layout of the living area/kitchen/dining was very comfortable and conducive for great conversation. Cameron was very responsive both before and during our stay when we had questions. The family is already looking forward to booking again in 2024 (next available year for all the family)!
