About this condo rental
Fully furnished 1700 sq ft 4 bedroom/3 bathroom condo at Bridges Bay Resort on East Lake Okoboji. This is one of just a few four bedroom units at the resort and sleeps 10 comfortably. This unit is lakefront with exceptional unobstructed views of East Lake Okoboji! From the moment you walk-in, you will experience breathtaking views of Lake Okoboji and upscale furnishings to provide a contemporary yet comfortable experience perfect for family vacations or a couples getaway weekend! In contrast to the cabins that are behind the resort, the condos are lakefront and very close to all the resort amenities. In addition to the views, this condo is centered around outdoor living with a private and protected large 375 sq ft. balcony equipped with plenty of lounging patio furniture and a large outdoor dining firepit table with eight chairs to accommodate meals overlooking the lake. In addition, this condo is in the building next to the newest outdoor pool and has it's own rooftop patio. The rental includes six daily water park passes at Bridges Bay Indoor/Outdoor Waterpark with additional passes available at a discounted rate. The unit is within the newest building at the resort that is very close to the multiple onsite restaurants, the indoor/outdoor waterpark, and a large dock system for swimming, fishing, and boating. The resort also has a stocked fishing pond, zipline, fitness center, arcade, playground, basketball court, etc. It's close to the great biking/running trails throughout Okoboji. The condo has excellent wifi and smart tv's throughout with access to streaming services. Although this condo is brand new, the owners have been renting condos at the resort for the past several years and have this new condo stocked according to past feedback to provide the best possible experience for guests. We treated our mom up there for her 91st birthday. She enjoyed it very much. The location was wonderful and right on the water. Because of my moms age, we weren’t able to do a lot of things except enjoy each other’s company and and sitting on the expansive deck and watch and listen to the scenery and that was great with us. The elevator was definitely a plus and made it easy for my mom to get around.
Property management was wonderful to work with, quick responses and accommodating.

First of all, Cassity is a great hostess - any concerns were addressed almost immediately, and she’s very accessible. We found the condo to be quite comfortable, the great room was perfect for our party of 7. We had plenty of room to store away the food and supplies we brought. Really appreciated having the washer and drier in unit. Don’t use the maximum setting on the washer, as we tripped the electrical panel. This condo is an easy drive to shopping or restaurants, and easy access to the workout space in a near building. And the pool is really nice! We all loved being right on the water. My 88 year old mother was easily able to navigate down to the dock and back up the hill to the condo. We most definitely will keep this condo in mind when we come back to this beautiful area.

We came with 11 people, 5 adults and 6 kids. This was a great condo to fit us all. The kitchen is so nice. The view is amazing and relaxing. I'm happy with everything this place has to offer. The property manager was very easy to communicate with too.

Our condo was perfect for our family. It was very spacious and we loved the layout. The amenities met all our needs and location was exact. The view from the deck was beautiful and a great place for morning coffee. Our contact person was over the top and was always available to answer our questions. We highly recommend!! Five stars!!

This is a lovely condo! Communication with the owner was clear, concise, timely. It is spacious but cozy; furnishings are comfortable (beds are great) and the kitchen is well-equipped. Plenty of room in fridge/freezer to store your goodies. Loved the deck, especially the portable gas fireplace. Very nice on a cool night! Only suggestion might be to have deck cleaned as there were a lot of webs and bugs to clean off before we used. No biggie - we know how to clean, so it's not a deal-breaker by any means! Thanks for sharing such a nice place!

I should have printed out the directions to follow as our Maps didn’t read the exact location very well—and we had a hard time seeing the signs on the buildings. Renting the property went well and Cassity was good at getting back with me on a couple of things. Our family enjoyed their stay!

We spent 90% of our time in the condo. Ou r ages were 62 -84. The sofa was very hard to get off. However they provided 4 folding chairs which were awesome. One suggestion would be a crock pot. Also sugar salt and pepper and a few of the simple pantry items have been provided in our past vrbo. Just a suggestion. Beautiful place.

Highly recommend. Beautiful condo and view. Was perfect for our family of 9 to stay. Very close to all of the boat rentals and restaurants including Arnold’s Park. Will stay again!

Rented for a girls weekend trip. The condo was beautiful all the girls were stunned. Easy access, has everything you need, friendly owner/manager. Amazing patio with gorgeous lake views! A bit spendy but everyone agreed it was worth it!!

Great sized kitchen for family and good seating inside and outside for playing card games,etc. Loved the gas fire pit table and used at night or morning when air was crisp or chilly. Comfortable seating and atmosphere was elegant but family friendly.

We made our reservation super last minute and Cassity was great. She was very responsive to all of our questions and we had everything we needed at the condo to enjoy our time in Okoboji. The condo is beautiful and the lanai overlooking Okoboji East lake was our favorite place to be. Recommend for sure!

Everything about this property is what you would expect and more...The owner was amazing about any questions we had and suggestions of some places to check out. The condo is gorgeous and a wonderfully eclectic mixture of minimalism, lake life, and a touch of glamour!! The kitchen is wonderfully stocked for most anything you would need. Loved having the Kuerig since we all drink different coffee. The view of this particular unit is spectacular right over the lake. 5+ stars on everything!!!!!
