Lease this place instead of the overpriced hotels in downtown Savannah. I was driven by price and location and this property really surprised me. The online pics were acceptable, but they don’t really do it justice; it was so much better in person. It’s a townhouse located with other townhouses in downtown Savannah and within walking distance of everything. It’s got a kitchen, small living room, big bedroom, closet, bathroom and it has wireless internet, and overall very modern and clean. It comes with some nice extras like conveniences like pots and pans, hair dryer, shampoo, soap, and iron and ironing board so you really have everything you need. In terms of security, it’s located on a 2nd floor so you do have to walk up some stairs but other than that, it’s gated so you have piece of mind even though there were attractive women walking by themselves or walking their dogs in the daytime so it’s a very safe area. I would stay here again because of the price compared to the hotels in downtown, but also because of the space that hotel rooms don’t give you. Highly recommend.

We so enjoyed the privacy and coziness of this little place. Perfect for two people, clean as a whistle, comfy bed, great kitchen and bath, large closet, nicely decorated and good WiFi.

property was generally fine. Parking was not as convenient as advertised. I parked in the liberty parking garage, which is not a long walk but description indicated parking on street was very available whch I did not find to be the case. The TV was difficult to figure out and received an error where the TV stations (not the streaming stations) i could not get to work. The TV in the bedroom also I could not get to work...it would turn on but could not get any connection to any stations. Should be a more detailed instruction around both the TV....

We love this little one bedroom apartment. Perfect for our two night stay. We walked everywhere we went without any trouble. It was great exercise and a great way to really see the area.

Excellent location and rental unit. Clean and efficient. Would definitely stay there again. Within walking distance to historic sites and restaurants. Felt very safe as well. Would highly recommend!

Check in and out was super easy. The place was very clean, and had everything we needed. Location was close enough to walk most places. We would definitely stay again!
