A lovely 1 bedroom studio with King bed plenty of amenities! Enjoy the perks of being downtown without the noise of being downtown! Spend all day reading in the sun or spend it walking to all our favorite local spots. Wineries, eateries, breweries, shops, you name it, you will find it close by. Needing quick groceries? Head over to The Kiva market for a number of local options. A quaint studio with lots of light! This space features a full kitchenette area with coffee maker, fridge, microwave, and dishes. There is a full sized washer and dryer. The sliding glass door leads to a small fenced patio with seating and a BBQ.

This property is the perfect size for a quick weekend visit. Close to UofO and many good restaurants and shopping. Comfortable, clean, well-appointed and centrally located. Would definitely stay again.

ricky’s home was exactly as pictured! perfectly clean, walking distance to everything, and a nice little patio to sit in the sun. ricky was very responsive and accommodating! will definitely stay here next time I’m in Eugene. thanks!

This place has it all and is located in a very safe and convenient area with everything you need very close by! Ricky did an amazing job with this property and I definitely recommend this place to anyone passing by Eugune! We even got a free wine!!!

This property was wonderful! In a great location close to great coffee shops and restaurants and U of O campus. The property itself was beautifully appointed with everything we needed. Very cozy to come home to in the evening.
